Brick Pizzeria & Ristorante brings an authentic brick oven Italian experience to Franklin. By way of Steamboat, CO. Partner and Pizzaiolo Leopoldo Demusis spent every summer among the hills of Sant'Angelo all'Esca, in the Campania region of Italy, where he found his love of food. In 2016, he realized his dream of bringing Neapolitan-style pizza from Napoli to Steamboat where he is a wildly successful restaurateur. Brick is our hometown connection to a little taste of Italy from the hand built, 100% brick oven to imported tomatoes and flour, we will do our best to maintain the integrity and vibe of southern Italy.

Both the waitress and the man making pizzas went out of their way to let my daughter see the cooking process. He was clearly an expert at his craft and happy to share his knowledge. Props to both of them for making it an extra fun wood fired pizza experience.

Best pizza in town. Very good salads. Excellent service. Have eaten here several times!!! Want to return to try the lamb!

The host (may have been the manager) and waitress were both super attentive and greeted me by name. It wasn’t busy at all but the food didn’t disappoint and the service was top tier. Great customer service.

Server was very nice. Food came quickly and was hot. Very relaxed atmosphere. It was a very nice evening all around. Flourless chocolate cake was wonderful.

First time at the Brick and will definitely come back. Had 2 pizzas (sorry, don’t remember the names) that were delicious. Our server was lovely and very informative. We’ll be back!

What a delight? The Brick has it all: excellent, friendly servers, a varied, unique menu, truly outstanding food, talented bartenders, lovely atmosphere. Eight of us had a great time. Pizza, buratta, salad, short ribs—all prepared with care and imagination. We’ll be back.
