   We had a small group that was eating dinner before a local event. I called to double check that the restaurant could handle the party of 6 in a timely manner since we were on a specific timeline and had had trouble last time we ate here. We were assured it wasn't a problem. I let them know there was a huge event happening next door, just in case they didn't know. They told me they could easily accommodate us. We ordered food and gave the waiter a heads up on our timeline. After 45 minutes with no food I asked them to please check on time and let me know. The waiter never came back with an update. I asked again after we had been waiting for an hour and got no response again. After 70 minutes waiting and asking repeatedly we informed them we had to leave. As we walked out a waiter apologized and said they were really understaffed. This is completely unacceptable. ALL they had to do was let us know there was a MASSIVE delay. We all left hungry for our event. Since this is the second time this has happened they have lost my business for good. Too bad because it is a great space and the food, if it ever arrives, is good. REALLY poor management and communication. I don't recommend it at all.

   If felt like they were still settling into the space and working out the details on service, but the food was terrific. The fries were particularly good with just a little kick to the seasoning. We weren't particularly happy with the martial arts showing on the big screen TVs--nobody seemed to be paying attention anyway, and there are enough people that don't care to watch that kind of violence that it might be off-putting to a lot of potential customers. If we went back, I might ask the manager to put on something different.

   I was surprised at how good the food is here as I thought it was just another pizza place. The pizza is good but the bowls were even better. They had no problem letting us take our food upstairs so we wouldn’t be late for our bowling reservation. Will definitely be back!

   This was just terrible experience. We were sited but as the food was not coming after one hour we asked about and were lectured by the manager that they were too busy to attend to our order. Our 4 year old was too hungry so we asked when the food was coming, got the same answer that they are too busy and so we had to leave. Crappy place! Arrogant and very inappropriate floor manager! Do not ever go there or support this place!

   The service is extremely slow. The waitresses seemed to try their best, but the food took forever. We were there for a ridiculous amount of time. The breakfast was just ok.....but.....tater tots instead of home fries....you should be ashamed

   Very disappointing. We had reservations we all met there. The manager said they had a private party that we couldnt stay. Nothing even offered to try to make it right. 😕😕

   brunch was pleasant and the service was really quite good. one thing could have pushed this review to four stars: BETTER COFFEE. there’s simply no room for weak coffee in the brunchosphere.

   Our waitress was fun but not the best for service... The food was hit or miss—- some items r good—- others not so much... The place is modern with high ceilings.... They also have table shuffleboard u can play which is different and nice.... The temperature in the restaurant was very chilly—- I’ll give it another chance—- SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS

   I take the time to enter all the info so that when we arrived I assumed that we would not be at a tall table because that is what I requested Regular seating to tall table A hi chair for a toddler and space for an infant! Nothing that I requested happened So I wonder why I take the time to fill it out I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK Seats uncomfortable food ok Retired chef

    About 45 minutes after we ordered our food, we had to flag down the waitress to ask where our food was, as she had been avoiding us. We were told that the kitchen was backed up and that our pizzas hadn’t even been put into the oven yet. The restaurant was not busy, but they apparently had a large order placed at the bowling alley, which they also make food for. Paid for our drinks and left before our food was even started after waiting for over an hour.
