We had a reservation at 6:45 and got seated right away but that was the only thing that went well. It took 45 min to get a appetizer and we didn't get our food till close to 8:( We almost left because we had to get somewhere but they kept saying a few minutes... the food when we got it was good at least
Waiter came by a few times but never refilled drinks or asked how the food was. Food was excellent. We’d return but not to sit in his area.
Excellent!!!! This is my husband and my favorite place to watch UFC fights! Also a great place for just dinner with friends and family! Rachel our waitress and Jason the manager are amazing! We went to celebrate my birthday and watch UFC 268, they couldn't have made it more special!!!!!
Brick House was great- but they didn’t have my reservation. Not great. Luckily they had an open table.
Good food and service!
Service was amazingly slow and the food was not prepared as requested. It was actually inedible. We had a to-go order which they brought out to us 20 minutes before our entrees and it was inedible as well. We ordered burgers, nothing out of the ordinary. When we got the reservations on Open table day of and there was availability we should have known…that’s a red flag for a bad restaurant. Won’t be back and will let our friends know to avoid it.
Longer wait, but expected given the times. Server handled situation well and was fantastic. Food good.
It was just ok. I would have no issues going back but it isn't a place I would hurry back to or add to my list of restaurant recommendations.
Food okay, beer cold, service great! We like the patio a lot.
Margaritas a bit pricey $13 for what you get. Nashville Hot cauliflower good appetizer. Ribs tender and nice portion. Lobster BLT tasty.
Brick house is a good go to place. Generally very consistent with food and service. We like that they have brunch in addition to the regular menu, gives extra options and everyone can find something that they want. Good for a casual date night, to watch the game and family friendly.
Good service and the food is really good.
Ok food, price not bad, OK ambience.
Sat immediately with the table we asked for. Our waiter was awesome and food prompt. Everything was great
Overall i did not the food quality was a good as i am used to at Brickhouse - maybe due to the MMA event - service was great!
Food was meh and overpriced
6 out of 6 of us all disliked our meals. Easily the worst food in Parker for the price!
Our server Brian was FABULOUS..met our every need. I was soooo impressed with him...his ability He is a true asset to your restaurant and we appreciated him!!
All new staff including manager. Was like a zoo gone wild. Horrible service and food
Great food. A little loud with the wrestling match on every single tv. But overall good experience.
First time here and it was amazing! Very laid back restaurant! Food was amazing
We had a night with the sister-in-law’s because the brother-in-law‘s were meeting somewhere else, it was very nice we were not rushed and you even exchanged my salad because I did not know it came with dressing yet I wanted honey mustard. Good job
Excellent service, but food was beyond mediocre. Burger was overdone, shaped like a thick hockey puck. Flatbread pizza was undercooked; we sent it back but replacement was too! We didn’t eat it, and it was not comp’d. Fish and chips was the only good entree, but they use crinkle fries like Ore Ida, not the thin ones in the photos. The biggest ripoff was the kids meal: a VERY small bowl of Kraft Mac and Cheese for $7, no drink or sides. We wanted to like it, but will probably skip this place in the future.
It is a sports bar, but noise level was ultra high. I had the fish fry and my wife a salad with salmon. Sadly we both felt ill the next day. We dine here regularly and ordered nothing out of the norm. Not sure exactly what it was.
We’ve had better experiences there in the past. This time was mediocre- limited menu, 1 chef, etc.
Stopped by this place on the way to another bar to see a band play. I didn't eat, but my BF had the buffalo chicken meatballs, and said they were great! We had a couple beers, and a shot of a local bourbon that they have for $3 every day. Cool place inside, and they have a HUGE patio area, so I think this will be a great spot for day drinking in the summer. They also serve brunch, so it's a good place all around!
Service was not so great. From the manager on down. After Standing at the front door waiting for the host to acknowledge us for almost 5 minutes as she took a phone order. Then was seated in an area where she nicely informed us that the waiter was not there yet and it would be a wait for a few minutes but someone would come take our drink order. After several minutes of waiting we went to the bar to ask for a drink. the manager rudely informed us that our waiter was not there yet and we would have to wait versus nicely saying your waiter will be a few minutes but may I get you a drink in the meantime. then the bartender seem exasperated that we wanted a drink and that we then moved in to the inside tables in hopes of being in a section with a server and she loudly expressed herDissatisfaction with our decision. The waiter came up gave us drinks and I kindly told him maybe the bartender should talk quieter when she talks badly about the customers so that they can’t hear you. We then finished a drink paid for it and left. we went to red Robin and got much better service and was extremely happy.
Good place, the food was just par. Take a step it up.
Sat immediately, but the kitchen was "backed up" so they warned it would be a "little bit" before we could order food. Waited 50 minutes before finally just leaving. Was told "about 10 minutes" multiple times, couldn't wait any longer. Maybe they could prioritize in-house diners (or close the inside? Was told online orders were causing the wait), or not allow open table to continue to reserve tables when completely backed up. Very disappointing as the menu looks great. If we had just been told that it could be almost an hour wait, I would have appreciated it. When we left, we practically walked next door, were sat in 5 minutes, and were eating in 15.
The server we had wore his mask only for walking from table to front to tables. As soon as he spoke, he pulled his mask completely down. This was every time he spoke. I would encourage a little better compliance.
Keep trying this place hoping the Food and the Service will improve. If you sit at the bar which is usually full the service is a Lot better. The menu is fantastic but the Food is a 3 out of 5 at best. Service outside of the Bar is never good.
One of the first places I took my wife when we first dated. Still as amazing as ever.
Nice atmosphere, and fairly quite for diner. The food is enjoyable, and a good value for the price. The tots are delicious.
We waited an hour for our food, when it arrived it wasn’t at all warm. We ordered the philly cheesesteak and mac and cheese burger. The cheesesteak was about half full with very little onion and no peppers, the cheese wasn’t even melted. The hamburger wasn’t warm, mac and cheese on it was ok, just not warm. We ordered the house made chips; they were terrible; tasted like old oil.
We visited on a Wednesday night, so it wasn't very busy. The food was underwhelming for the price and the service wasn't great either. Also, you could hear the cooks, who were taking a break in the back, talking about the customers. They should try a bit harder.
The waitress was horrible. She didn’t know what she was doing. She brought my wine with not the correct serving size and then she told me that was how they did it but everyone else in the restaurant who has white wine had double the serving I did. The appetizers we had were cold and mushy. We told her and she just said sorry.
Service was terrible. 45 minutes just for appetizers. Dinner came cold and over-cooked. Manager was nice and gave a discount but food was so cold it wasn't even edible.
We keep trying here but keep getting disappointed. Despite having a reservation for a high top and calling ahead to make sure we could sit on the patio near a TV, we were told there was nothing available and it would be "a while" before they could seat us. Hostess had an attitude and finally pointed to a table and said "you can sit there". Not 2 minutes later, a table where we wanted to sit opened up and we asked if we could move and again we were made to feel we were imposing. However, our server was excellent and very friendly. But one of our meals came out a full 12 minutes after the other three were brought out. We ended up finishing our drinks and going somewhere else to watch the game.
The service was friendly and the food delicious! The outdoor patio was pleasant.
