First time there. Loved it and will certainly go back again
The food was average but the service was outstanding.
Service and food were great.
Good food and good service
First of all, walking in there was a big sign that said seat yourself so I’m not sure what we needed a reservation for. There was only one bartender behind a huge bar. She was working so fast it really made for a poor experience. The food was really expensive for a chili’s style menu. $20 burgers and they just threw cold fries on the plate and the plate was too big for the food, made it look like they shared my fries with someone on the way out the kitchen. The promise of craft beer was not lived up to. Miller and bud are not craft. Zero local beers on tap. Overall not a good experience and we won’t return.
The waitress was am excellent pleasant and efficient having separate checks is no small feat and she accomplished it with a smile
Bday dinner, service was awful saw our server maybe 2 times no refills on drinks manger didn’t help. They didn’t sing happy birthday even though they said they would all together it wasn’t a good experience and the food was ok at best
Just like many restaurants in the US, I feel that they are struggling to find good help. We had a large group but were pretty much the only people there (at 3:00 pm) and the bartender and our one server were basically unattentive. All the while, a handful of servers were sitting outside socializing. With a party of 14 people, the servers had the opportunity to make some good money but were MIA most of the time. Our server forgot a few things (food items, plates, silverware, and napkins) and would fail to walk around the entire table to see who needed a drink refill. Flagging her down was a chore since we never knew where she was. She may have been in the bathroom curling her hair, as there was a warm curling iron sitting on the counter in the women's bathroom. Oscar, the Manager was visible but he never came by to check on us or say hello. I was a bar manager for 6 years and understand that servers come and go, but proper training, good management, and good customer service are of utmost importance. Especially right now when many restaurants (even popular chains) are struggling to stay in business. Brick House has good food and a great vibe, but time for this one to step it up on the service end.
Food was fresh and amazing!!! The drinks were smooth and our server was very sweet and provided excellant and quick service
Great food and great service. Highly recommend this place for a happy hour or a relaxed dinner date.
The food was good! The fried cauliflower is A LOT smaller both in portion and individual sizes than it used to be. Chili was salty. Service was a little slow, because like everyone else, they are understaffed. When our server took our drink order, she said, "Okay, these will be ready as soon as she makes them" - ha. We like that they have happy hour on Fridays, which is hard to find.
Waiter was great, food was okay! They weren’t busy so we were able to sit and actually enjoy the atmosphere. Definitely will be back!
It was a good evening
Enjoyed brunch and mimosas for our anniversary!!
Great food and staff
Food and cocktails amazing! The lobster BLT is really good, only thing is need to add more Lobster as the bacon over powers the lobster.
Perfect place to catch up with family. Drinks were great and staff was attentive with exceptional customer service.
We had a large group and they did an awesome job getting our drinks and food to us quickly and kept up as we continued to order more appetizers. Very efficient and friendly staff. The appetizers we got were excellent!
Open seating which is fine when it's not busy, but no one to even greet us at the door. It took a while for anyone to come to our table for drink orders. Our server as slow and lazy. (I watched him work and I personally would have fired him) He never asked us how our food was, refilled our drinks or asked if we wanted dessert. It took him 30 minutes to bring us our check. (we could have easily skipped out if we had no morals)
The noise level was terrible. There was an engagement party in the back part, which is a great space for a large get together. However, there was only a black curtain blocking which does not keep noise level down. Some type of doors are needed if that is used as an event room. We could barely have a conversation it was so loud.
The food was adequate. Not awful, but not great either. Pulled pork grilled cheese was dry and not much flavor. Philly cheesesteak was ok. The chips, however were excellent!!
This is not someplace I would return to anytime soon.
Great atmosphere and service. Food and alcohol selection was awesome.
Service was slow, food was not great quality. I don't think we'll be returning.
Great upscale pub food. Plenty seating at tables and high top.
Father’s Day lunch
Food was amazing! I visited twice during this trip due to location and food. I struggled the first time to service or any attention from the server (bar) and i was 1 of 4 ppl. Food was very good and anyone can have a bad day, however 2nd try was even worse! my salad, app and main course all came at the same time; not a fan of this. however, again food was great! Maybe next time I'll visit just don't sit at bar?
Ok, nothing great. Like an Applebees. Not the highest quality food.
Great service, great food, good drink menu
Server/Bar tender Annika was exceptional!
Restaurant was busy. Service a lil slow.
Food was very good!
It was amazing! Our server KaDarius was very attentive and personable and the food was great.
Due to the COVID situation, the restaurant is not properly staffed at a level to handle all the tables like before. Everyone working in the restaurant did what they could do to accommodate and service all the customers. Manager was so kind to comp our first round of drinks.
This doesn’t take away their willingness to service everyone with a smile and positive experience. Until they are able to regain their staffing levels expect to wait for your drinks and food a little longer than usual.
Understandably, the large number of customers was a pleasant surprise for Brick-house and hopefully they will have more help and get back to speed.
Definitely will go back and have dinner again and hope to see them back to pre-Covid service levels soon.
Delicious food and amazing service!
We went for Mother’s Day brunch a week late. Overall good experience. The restaurant was not busy as we went when they opened on a Sunday morning. Our server was prompt and helpful. There was a leak above our table and once she was alerted she offered to move us immediately. Only item I would say could use improvement is the brunch menu was pretty sparse. I would’ve liked to see more options but it may not be their busiest time of day.
Food was okay. Wife's steak was overcooked and broccoli looked like it fell off the truck a week ago. Vibe was good and nice patio. Service was slow and drinks ran empty several times. Not a bad place but would not rush out to go to again.
the hostess looked like she just got out of bed, dirty shirt. Put us in a both that had syrup all over the table, how she missed that I don't know. When I asked to be moved she said she would wipe it off. I asked for another table and that was dirty as well. Server took forever but was pleasant. The manager didn't come over till after we were done eating and she even looked like she was overwhelmed. The pork chop was very dry, same for the Philly steak and cheese. Drinks were great when we finally got them.
Service and food were both good
The restaurant was under staffed. The hostess was running food, running bar drinks, and cleaning tables. We were given a table a few minutes after we arrived and the hostess cleaned the table. However, we did not get a waiter for about 40 minutes after we sat down. We ordered food and drinks at the same time. Two of our bar drinks showed up about 25 minutes later but we were still missing one bar drink and a soda for my child. I had to wander around to find a manager to ask for our remaining drinks. Our food was delivered by the manager and the hostess before the other drinks showed up. I told explained to the manager that we had not had a great experience and she said sorry and asked if we were good now that we had our food. She offered nothing other than an apology. The food was ok but based on this experience I would not go back.
It's been a long time since we've been to a Brick House. The menu is a bit more "generic pub" now but still decent. Our server was great! Very attentive, which when you are outside and not many others are....was very impressive. Beer choices decent, food a bit better than average, but still a good place to go!
Thank you for the nice review. We hope to see you soon. Cheston Christie GM
service usually very good, but was on the slower side when we were there. Food is always good.
The staff was extremely attentive to needs. And food and drink orders were adjust to our request.
Food was cold. Service was lacking. Orders were wrong. It wasn’t horrible, but definitely won’t be going back.
