Went on a weekday so was not very busy. Sat at the bar. They have a twist on avocado toast serving it as a caprese hybrid on crostini's. Happy hour provided a few bucks off select appetizers and drinks. TV's all around with various sports. Overall a good experience. Plenty of parking. They have a covered outdoor area when the weather permits.

Our server dropped a drink and glass shattered all over underneath our table and on my child’s shoes. We received no compensation or discounts. The kitchen was slow with an 45-60 minute wait for food and the restaurant tables were not filled. One of the orders had an incorrect side which took an additional 10 minutes to receive. Our table was by the fireplace and other patrons would sit on the edge of the rock hearth with their drinks in hand and their bodies brushing our table as they moved while we ate our meal. Would have been nice if the hostess or servers asked the patrons to move.

We made a reservation for 9:45 and they close at 10pm. We put our orders in immediately. The mgr. shut off all the TVs, music and most of the lights. So we ate in always silence. They should quit accepting reservations earlier if the don’t want to serve or truly be “open”. That being said, our server was really sweet and the food itself was good. Don’t order the rose margaritas.

Our food was good however it came out at different times. All the food that was cooked in the fryer came out quickly but everything that had to be cooked on a grill came out 45 minutes later. I understand that staffing is an issue however this was frustrating. We never complained once just accepted the situation and enjoyed the food however when I bring my family to dinner and am paying the full price I expect good service. I understand that issues can come up and expect that to happen but not having a manager come apologize or offer to pick up one of our appetizers or something is not ok. We will definitely have to think twice before coming back. When we decide on a restaurant we definitely think about how long we will have to be there before we go.

I wasn't expecting a chain-style restaurant upon arrival, but the food was quite good. It had a tavernesque atmosphere in a large space and we were able to sit right next to the fireplace. The service was wonderful. Our server was approachable, kind accommodating and attentive. The only real complaint was that the booths we sat in next to the fire need to be reupholstered. They were worn and dirty. This is really the only reason we couldn't give it a 5 star rating. Condition and cleanliness are key to an overall dining experience.

My husband and I had a terrific dinner that really hit the spot. We started off with the Nashville Hot Cauliflower, and it was gone in a matter of minutes. Very spicy, but just what we love. For entrees, I had the Miso Glazed Salmon which came with Crispy Brussels Sprouts and the Cilantro-Lime Rice, and my husband had the Farmhouse Burger with a generous portion of homemade potato chips. Both meals were delicious, and we had to pace ourselves and not eat too fast (it was all so delicious). For dessert, we had the Chocolate Excess Cake, and it was hot, delicious, and came with a generous side of Vanilla Ice Cream. Not only was the food excellent, so was the service. Traye was personable, attentive, and helpful and made our dinner even more enjoyable. Thank you for a fantastic dining experience.

It was my birthday and we felt so rushed. I realize as a former server, you have to get people in and out, but the couches were open and there were other tables there too. We got there at 6:30 and I think by 7:45 she was handing out checks- I could barely visit with friends. And this was a huge deal for me- I had all of my best friends from other circles in one place. I was so excited to see everyone and then it was just such a rush from the server perspective. I know times are hard. It’s just that I’ve been away since January and was really looking forward to chatting and enjoying my friends. Many of my friends got the pasta and said the noodles weren’t even Al denote- they were barely cooked. We won’t be back- unfortunately.

Quick and easy dinner. It wasn't a bad experience, it was ok but you can't really go too wrong with a burger. Plenty of parking and the restaurant and restrooms were clean. Service was slow but the server was nice. I went with one of their Craft Burger options. I had the Bacon Mac Burger ($15.50). It was topped with white cheddar macaroni & cheese mixed with chopped bacon, onion, lettuce, tomato, pickles. It was a good burger but thought the price point was a little high. I liked the mac n' cheese on it but it was really dry. Definitely needed to be cheesier. The tater tot's were awesome though! You have to get the tater tots.

Our server was fine just not overally attentive or friendly. He just took our order. The General Manager did come by and ask how the food was which was nice. It wasn’t busy at all for a Sunday at 1 which surprised us. The food was very good. We ordered the brunch and it was all good. However we thought the addition of deviled eggs to be a little odd and not enough hash Browns which were a little greasy for our liking. The table we sat at was a normal height but had a couch. Which was lower to the ground. Would have been better if the table would have been the appropriate height. But overall it was a good experience

Always enjoy Brick House and would recommend. This trip wasn’t the best though. My wife enjoyed her steak and my onion soup was good but little. Zucchini logs weren’t cooked well, they did comp us for them. Drink prices are crazy expensive.

Our waitress was very polite and the food was delicious. Unfortunately when food was brought out, it was given to the wrong people. One person had to wait an extra 15 minutes for her burger since hers was given to someone else. Another person was given a more expensive burger than what she ordered, and was charged for that...even though it was an error by the restaurant.
