The BBQ is the best in the city. No question. Prices are very reasonable for the amount of food and most of all the best quality. Servers are also the best. Very friendly and respectful. We eat there at least twice a month. We would eat there more often if we weren't watching our waistlines!

Both meal and service were excellent this Mothers Day evening. All at the table said good things. For me, I do love some perfectly tender, mouthwatering, sugar crisped burnt ends and tonight’s were spot on!! Add the sides and my tastebuds were tantalized and delighted. My increasing body circumference was annoyed, but life is. All in all, a happy outcome for all who dined at our table.

I was passing through Ocala and had a confirmed 10:00pm reservation for Saturday night. I called at 10:00 saying I was 5 minutes away. After a brief hold, the hostess returned to notify me there was no reservation and they in fact closed 5 minutes ago. We were really looking forward to eating at your establishment, it is disappointing that the website says the restaurant closes at 11 and our confirmed reservation was cancelled.

Excellent BBQ place! Fast service with great food and drinks. Street parking can be a challenge so use the public parking lots on the north side of SR 40. It’s a short 3 minute walk.
