   Made a reservation not knowing how busy they would be around 5 pm. When we got there it was pretty empty. We were seated at kind of an awkward table, but we were just excited to be there. We ordered the oysters, underwhelming for sure, but we thought whatever yay raw oysters! Then I put my hand down on the booth and felt something sharp and painful, there were small shards of glass all over the seat and one was in my hand. I went to the bathroom so I wouldn't bleed on the cloth napkin. My partner let the server know there had been glass all over the seat... and then we were served our food. Food was okay not amazing, I mentioned to the server I was kind of disappointed with the experience and they suggested I request a different table next time and how weird it was there was glass there. I'm kind of baffled by the whole experience honestly, we had heard such great things and it was kind of a let down.

   Seriously nothing can be faulted. Service by 2 staff was exceptional. They knew their products well and advice was spot on. We created by previous staff Member who remembered me from my last vist. Cocktails were sensation w delectable floral tasted filled aromas, ratios of all drinks were truly marvelous. We experienced multi food courses, both my husband and I were blown away by all that was presented. Beef tartare, delicious, scallops-moth watering and the fried chicken dish for 2 cannot w beat for value. It’s now on the rotation for date night and work/ events. Everyone will be blown away

   The price of the food is astronomical: the fried chicken was dry, and the oysters were small. We won’t be back anytime soon.

   My experience dining at they restaurant was good but not exceptional. I will go back because of the ambience but the food is expensive for the quality.

   I went with a friend to Brick and Brine yesterday for the first time. Our waitress, Hannah was friendly, fun and efficient. The food was amazing. We really enjoyed our experience and will be back!

   The dinner overall was very tasty. The menu is fairly extensive so there are many options. I would not recommend for an intimate dinner as the noise level was challenging for carrying on a conversation.

   Very cool date or group atmosphere. Hard to make a decision as to what to order because everything sounded so good. Enjoyed the fried chicken for 2 with Champagne.

    The chicken was outstanding the salmon was OK to good wish we had better choices and more choices As far as choice of potato or rice compared to being locked into the little bit of potato and vegetables that they had. Wish they would’ve had choices on the salmon as far as a bourbon glaze or other types of toppings other than being locked into just the one and only choice. And they had choices for potato or rice with your steaks. Kind of a limited menu wish they would’ve had a little bit more of a Variety.

    As always the food was delicious and cocktails amazing and fun. The customer service you receive the minute you arrive is wonderful they address you by name the manager comes over and personally asks how everything is makes you feel very seen. Our server Nick did an amazing job didn’t rush us let us take our time he read the table very well.. we will most definitely be back

    This place has exceeded our expectations. Our service was great. 2nd time and she remembered us. The food was wonderful and came out when we were ready for it, after each course. I had the duck hash with eggs and it was delightful. Hubby had lox and bagels and there was plenty on the plate! The rhubarb pie was a total delight. and whatever that ice cream was just bring on a bucket of it please.

    We had reserved a table which we did get but it was the one next to the bar thus the bar noise and constant traffic of the staff was rather distracting. On the plus side it was fun to watch the different plates being prepped through the window.

    When entering Brick and Brine I was captivated by the beauty of the brick and ambiance. The transformation from Zazios was very well done. I was pleasantly surprised that they kept some of the pasta dishes as an ode to the previous restaurant. The drinks were creative and delicious. The food was classic and tasted very good. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond!

    the soups, salads, drinks and desserts were outstanding both times I was there. I had pasta twice and both times tasty but very heavy. Staff is competent and nice but a little intrusive. They ask repeatedly if everything is ok. We got wished Happy Anniversary 7 times!!!!!

    We enjoyed a relaxing dinner with friends that included great wines, gourmet dinners, and friendly unhurried atmosphere. The staff were well informed about all their food & wine offerings, but weren't pushy or snobby about it. While some of the dinner prices are higher than other area restaurants, the food was well worth the extra $$. For example, we had the duck breast dinner which was locally grown and sooo delicious. We all agreed we'll be coming back again soon!

    My wife and I try to invest time into our marriage by taking random date nights as spontaneously as possible when time allows. We were able to book a table on Wednesday for our evening out tonight. The staff was wonderful tonight. I did not catch his name, but the waiter with the beautiful pink nails and blonde hair was amazingly friendly and sweet. The food was beautiful as ever and even more tasty. Always a treat to enjoy a wonderful meal with Brick n Brine family. My wife and myself both are Supervisors within GHG and our proud of this new restaurant within our downtown property. What a treat!

    The service was amazing. We ordered the burger and focaccia. The seafood pasta was quite soupy so we ordered the angolotti instead. The fudge cake was amazing!

    Jen was fabulous! I was hosting four clients for a business meeting and she "understood the assignment".(; She made sure that my client's ginger ale was never empty and even placed a small personal carafe on the table so that she could remain accommodated. The ambiance was amazing! It was lovely to witness the lights being turned down - really elevated the restaurant. My clients couldn't stop raving about how beautiful the space is and how it reminds them of a photo from a magazine. The feta appetizer was to die for and the garlic fries were very delicious. The cocktail menu is vast but I enjoyed my #1 favorite once again - Mama's Pear Jam. Overall an amazing evening!
