Brick & Ash is a casual and cozy restaurant that specializes in craft beer and comfort food. Diners will see a wide array of dishes on the menu, but there is a particular love for BBQ on display here, which is where Brick & Ash gets its name. In addition to being a fantastic restaurant, this is also a great hangout place with two full sized pool tables, a dartboard and six fireplaces for guests to gather around.Brick & Ash's menu starts with a Snacks & Shares section, perfect for starting a meal or ordering individually to pair with a drink. Some of the items guests can enjoy are the modern nachos with cotija cheese, corn salsa, mango, guacamole and lime crema and the crazy poutine with extra crispy fries, cheese curds and rich gravy. The entrées are filled out with both sandwiches and larger plates.

Visited here last evening for an early dinner (5:30). First we were seated on the band's riser with one of the wobbliest tables I have ever seen. Is it too much to ask that tables and chairs be sturdy and stable????? Wait staff finely showed after we asked a host, who was helping to reset a table next to us (we watched be vacated cleared and reoccupied) to send us help. The food: Three of us had the short rib taco. What a mistake. Dry dry dry. How about some salsa?? Sauce on the table but no salsa. Fourth person had the fried chicken, He won the evening. The service really did not improve, We will NOT return to this place.
