Too expensive and small quantity
There are many great values in Boston's North End. This is one of the very best. The service and the food are flawless. They are right in the middle of the action on Hanover Street. This restaurant is "must".
Outstanding as always! Bricco is truly one of the best in the North End.
What a great dinner before a concert at TD Garden. Only a ten minute walk.
Walmar, our server, patiently answered all of our questions and was right on with his suggestions. The food was authentic and delicious, tasting like you wish every Italian meal would!
Ubicado en North End, agradable restaurante y comida excelente!! Super recomendado!
Great food and service-as always! Can always count on outstanding evening!
With out going into a long boring story, the food arrived very late and wasn't very good. Enough said!
We went there for a dinner on Saturday night. The food was mediocre, at least my dish(the Lamb Shank). Service was all right, we felt like we were rushed and the waiter tried to turn his the table asap. Very loud and very crowded.
Service was great. Oysters were good. Main dishes came out cold. Wouldn’t go back.
Great expirience with food and service. Great dinner before TD garden concert.
Great food and service! Everything was delicious and we would definitely recommend.
Great meal at a great venue.
Too dark and noisy veal tough overcookef
Excellent food, excellent location and valet a bonus!
The service was phenomenal and the food gets better and better every time I go there!
Enjoyed a lovely evening in the North End - Valet parking was great, and less expensive than the local garages that evening - Food was so good - loved that you could order 1/2 portions of the pasta - Loved the fresh ingredients - Had a drink next door first at Mare by the fire tables, then dinner at Bricco - will be back!
Great food here as always! And not just the entrees—the bread and desserts are also fabulous (they actually have a pastry chef), which you can’t say of many other good restaurants in the area.
We have visited the North End for dinner several times over the past couple of years when staying with family in Somerville. I go through many restaurant menus to pick the one that has the most of what we want to eat at the time. This is the second time we have been here during this time based on this criterion. We had a really good experience the first time and the second time was no disappointment. The food was great as was the wine. The server was efficient and knowledgeable and gave us sound advice on our selection of wine as well as the meal. We started with the beet salad and the ensalada mista. Both were tasty. My wife had the pumpkin ravioli and I ordered the sea bass along with a side of mushrooms. All was tasty with well sized portions. It was a wonderful dinner experience.
It is a romantic and nice ambiance , however I'd say the food was quite expensive for what it was. It was tasty, but loud and expensive. I would recommend overall.
Overall we had a nice experience at Bricco. Was not the absolute greatest food we've ever had, but was very tasty. Would recommend to a friend, but would not classify it as a "must-do". It was a bit hard to hear at the table because of the ambient noise and poor acoustics. And beware that the tables are VERY close together.
Service was great. Food was solid as always. Great pregame eats. With a lot more class.
We dine out weekly (sometimes more, unfortunately enough for the wallet), and at the end of our long meal, all four diners agreed that it was one of the best dining experiences in recent memory. Our server made the night.
We sat at the bar and Christina was our tender. She was awesome and definitely improved the overall experience which was awesome from the start.
We started with the burrata salad with a side of prosciutto per the bartenders recommendation. Amazing. Stuffed zucchini flowers were amazing. Ended with a beautiful ricotta pillows entree.
Overall a bit pricey but everything spectacular so worth it and we will be back.
Great experience overall
Listed special occasion but got a table right behind server stand that won’t help you
My husband and I love dining in Boston and specifically the North End! We gave Bricco a try for date night due to the mouth-watering menu and great reviews. The atmosphere/ambience is energetic and welcoming. Our server, Emilio, was one of the best servers we're ever had. He was friendly, engaging, and enthusiastic, not just about helping us, but about the menu options too! The portions were the perfect size and the wild boar over their artisanal pasta was heavenly. We topped off the night with the highly recommended bread pudding which has more of a custard texture than a soft/bready texture. It is on the pricier side, but it is an incredible dining experience- you can't go wrong if you come here!
We had a fabulous college graduation meal here with a party of 7. We were seated upstairs, which was much quieter (at least, at 6:15pm) than downstairs. The portions were reasonable and the presentation was wonderful. Everyone found something that they liked on the menu.
Bricco is my favorite restaurant in the North End. I went the other night because my friend was in town and she loved it as well! The food and wine is amazing, always consistent. I highly recommend!
Pleased with our dinner, service, and celebration
Disappointing. Ordered rack of lamb and got veal chop; well done. Sent back and ordered sea bass. Not very good quality. Husband’s duck good, but only warm at best.
I love Italian food, but so many North End restaurants disappoint. Brico did not. Attentive but not overbearing service, food prepared perfectly. Interesting menu but plenty for folks who want the traditional Italian offerings too. Had the veal chop which was outstanding. My family loved their pasta entrees. Bread pudding dessert was great. would definitely return!
Waiter was wonderful offering suggestions and all was delicious. We would definitely return!
Nice place...too fancy for lunch...very expensive for lunch. If I knew they didn't have a separate lunch menu, I would not have gone.
Got a last minute reservation for Mothers Day and everything was absolutely delicious. I ordered the Agnolotti which was beyond my expectation. Also got the sorbet and it was so fruity and flavorful I ate all 3 of them. The service was excellent and I will definitely be going back.
Great place. Great staff. Great food.Great service Great customers. Like overall everyone is there to have a great time.
Pasta dish was good. Two meat entrees were dry.
Bricco never fails! Great food and a fun atmosphere. We always hit Bricco when we come to Boston!
