Great food. Everything looks and tastes amazing. The pastas are a must, especially the papardelle.
I enjoyed my experience at Bricco. Only thing that could have been better was the seating. Our particular table was upstairs and in the back corner against the wall and was lacking space. It was a little cramped, aside from that the service and the food were both great and I would recommend to a friend
Noisy packed and food spotty
Food was excellent, service was great! Loved the ambient!
The food and service is top notch!!!
I have been to Bricco a few times and have always loved it. This past time I was very disappointed in our service. Our waiter acknowledged that he wasn’t aware we were in his station but even after he apologized we waited 2 hours for our food while people all around us who arrived after we did, were served. I hope it was just a bad night for this waiter. When the food finally arrived, it was indeed delicious.
Excellent as always!!! It was Good to see our friend Emilio
Excellent service!
I've been coming to this restaurant since it opened, and come back every chance I get (since I no longer live in Boston). Unlike many long-standing restaurants this one has gotten better. Seriously.
Great place, delicious food & truly helpful staff
Went to Bricco for my anniversary . We had previously contacted Bricco to tell them about the special date. When we got there we got a very tight table in the seconds floor back room by the kitchen. I asked the hostess to change our table and she said it would be 20 min. After 40 min we finally got a table. Appetizers were amazing. The pasta dishes were OK.
We decided to try a new place in the North End for our date night - we were a bit bummed with Bricco. We ordered our wine and food, our meals literally came in under 4 minutes and mine was cold - made us wonder if they’d been sitting there plated waiting for someone to order? Then our wine came maybe 10 minutes later. Small portions for the price and comparable restaurants on Hanover. Wouldn’t go back... ambience at the bar seemed more fun maybe try that!
We loved Briccos again. It was my second time here and even though we were 45 mins early, they had a table for us on the bar side which was quaint and quieter than the restaurant side. My son had a filet and fries which were both cooked to perfection. My husband had the veal chop wrapped in prosciutto absolutely wonderful. I had oysters to start, so yummy, and the lamp chops which I think we're the best I've ever had. They were juicy, light pink in the middle and flavored perfectly. We also had a bottle of Barolo Gallinotto which was a light perfect companion. The waiter was polite, attentive and informative. Every experience is great when I visit and will go every time Im in Boston and you'll enjoy it too. The North end is always fun to go to and you can't leave without going to Mike's bakery, so good! See you again soon.
Wonderful experience and wonderful food!
The food was wonderful. The upstairs while more quiet was nothing special. Service was very good and the steaks cooked to perfection. We just moved into the North End and expect to come back often. As this was our first visit, we will ask for different seating next time.
Waiter did not understand English enough to know what we told him. Although he was polite. Asked him to decant the wine and he just poured the entire bottle into our 4 wine glasses. Gnocchi had zero taste due to sauce being too light. My husband asked for extra Bolognase sauce but he brought him a second dinner entree!
Portions were smaller than when we were there in December. Our son and daughter in law’ 10th anniversary. Not a night to remember.
Great food. It felt a bit rushed but everyone was very nice. My cocktail was overpriced and watery but the cod and salad and tiramisu were delicious!!
Small portions for restaurant week. Food quality was good though
I have been to Bricco before and had a better experience. I think our mistake was to come during Boston Restaurant Week. Food and cocktails were not up to their usual level
It is a beautiful place but extremely noisy and tightly packed.
Visited during Dine out Boston week, tried the tomato soup, short rib and tiramisu. All the dishes were great!! Especially the soup and tiramisu!! Both of them were smooth and soft. The short rib is a bit unseasoned (for me), would be better with more sauce. Love the service there! Highly recommend.
Too crowded to be comfortable. Service fine. Food good, not great...
This place was incredible. Thankfully we went for a business meal because it is quite pricey! I would recommend over and over, I already have been! Their wine selection was amazing. Their creative dishes were so great, it was difficult to choose!
Bricco is my go-to place in the north end of boston. i'm always nervous about saying this and jinxing it, but Bricco NEVER disappoints
We went with two other couples to celebrate two birthday and absolutely loved the meals and the wonderful energy of the place but the only issue is that it is a loud atmosphere so it can be hard to hear when there is a big table, especially for adults over 50.
we highly recommend the food including the fried zucchini and grilled octopus as appetizers.
The food and service was fantastic! We were upstairs and it seemed a bit quieter than downstairs. We recommend it!
Our waiter was incredible and very knowledgeable about the menu options and wine. Not the best food I’ve had in the North End and pricey, but overall a great date.
1st time rated in MY top 5
Great food! Great service! If you like noisy but with energy you’ll love this place
Food was excellent, service was great and the atmosphere was very nice. Highly recommend!
Nice venue but not worth the price. Service and food were mediocre
Great food
Great food, meals were fresh and delicious. The restaurant is a bit cramped but it is the North End. The noise level is pretty loud. Not a place to bring kids (this was my mistake, haha)
Food was fantastic!
We went because of DineOut Boston. We had to request the menu We had a lovely time. The food tasted good. But both my husband and I were sick during the night and this morning. We both had the meatball appetizer and the tiramisu desert. So I assume the problem was one of them. I was surprised and disappointed.
Great experience- always enjoy going to Bricco.
The food was delicious! It was very flavorful and the portions were a good size. The service was excellent. They were very attentive and provided a wonderful wine recommendation. The lobster mashed potatoes and chocolate cake were fantastic. The restaurant was a little loud, but overall there was a nice environment.
Very crowded time (8:00PM Saturday) we stayed for a couple hours enjoying cocktails and a long meal. Surf & Turf (Filet & Lobster) was a steal and the beef is as well executed as many premier steak houses. Stuffed veal chop was fantastic. Jordan Cab by the glass. Once we were seated the staff was excellent.
Food was delicious. A bit pricey but worth it. I had Chilean sea bass which was perfectly cooked and so flavorful.
Wamo our server was so knowledgeable and Friendly. Made my brothers birthday celebration extra special.
Service was phenomenal!!!
Food was well presented and delicious!
Thanks!
