Came for a very safe wine tasting. Pour came out to us at a great table outside. Staff was masked and friendly. Looking forward to going back!

We understood it would be cold because we have to sit outside, but we were sitting next to a heater that was not turned on and it wasn't ever offered to us. The server never came back after giving us our flight. It wasn't even very busy, so it was just a little disappointing. I liked the white wine, but the other ones just weren't great in my opinion.

BC has changed the way they do wine tastings by giving you a tray with all the tastings at once so you pour your own and there is a tasting note on the tray. Great way to do it during this time of COVID. Good job.

The tasting menu was very minimal and there was little to no interaction with the staff which has pros and cons given the current pandemic.

I would have liked the tastings to at least be separated per attendee rather than us having to eyeball portions from a group carafe.

It was nicely spaced out on the patio and they were very friendly and accommodating. Didn't feel crowded like other places nearby. I don't know if they served food but I asked if I could eat my cheese and crackers that I bought from the grocery store and they were fine with it.

Our experience was at best “OK”- upon arrival (3:45pm) we were immediately reminded several times that they close at 5pm. We were also told we’d only have time for a glass or a flight/tasting as again, they were closing at 5pm. The waitress/host ensured to check in with us but just felt rushed and they wanted us in and out as quickly as possible.

The web site states the tasting business is dog friendly - upon arrival they told us due to COVID they have changed the dog policy. They did accommodate us in a different area with our dog.

Had a tasting at Brian Carter Cellars. Great wine and presentation even though with special rules enforced due to COVID-19.
The patio is spacious and shaded, so it is a great way to enjoy sunny weather.
Had a great time! Special thanks to staff treating us with some grapes as well.

We enjoyed the opportunity to have a tasting out on their lovely patio. Safe during Covid and a great way to get outside and enjoy some wonderful wine on a nice day. We appreciated that they were reservation only and we felt like we had plenty of space between other guests. Take advantage this this opportunity while the weather is still perfect!

it was a beautiful day for wine tasting in woodinville on saturday. our experience at brian carter was ok. it was our servers first day and that was pretty obvious. she never came back to check on us and then her shift was over and we saw her get in her car and leave without ever checking back with us. the pours were pretty skimpy. many of the wineries we visited give you more wines to taste, selection here was pretty slim.

My husband and I had the most amazing time here. The wine was delicious and the staff treat you like family. The patio is open seating and socially distanced so we felt very comfortable and safe. They have a lovely view of the rolling hills and nearby farms. We will be coming back!

Everything is set up very well for wine tasting during COVID. They had big tents which protected us from rain and wind, plenty of seating spaced out and have organized a pour-it-yourself style tasting. The hostesses were available for questions but otherwise kept a distance.

Very underwhelming experience. They just brought out a tray with the samples for all 3 of us in the same small bottles, so we were responsible for pouring our own tastes and trying to split the wine between ourselves. They didn’t provide details about the wines, merely provided a piece of paper with basic information for us to read on our own. It felt like a very impersonal cafeteria experience and they only briefly checked on us once. The wines weren’t good either. Definitely won’t be back.

Brian Carter Cellars has some of the best wines in WA state, and I'm glad the tasting room is now online so that more people can discover what we have already experienced in the last 5 years of membership. They have spent a lot of effort planning for the re-opening of the tasting room and the attention to detail shows: food has been added so that the tasting experience is enhanced, the tasting flights are now brought to your table so that you can settle in to enjoy the south-facing vista (Mt. Rainier was gorgeous on Sunday), and the knowledgeable staff routinely comes by to check on you to answer any questions. We love the winery, the staff, and their wines so much!

My fiancé and I went here to do tastings because they are a part of the Washington wine passport club. It was a very nice experience, all outdoor seating in their beautiful gardens. They have taken all precautions for Covid, and spray down the seats and tables after every tasting. The tasting experience was unique because all the wine was served in plastic cups and we were given wine glasses to pour into. The staff was fantastic, very engaging, dancing, joking, overall a very awesome experience. they do tastings as well as wine by the glass. With the Washington wine passport club the tastings are two for one. One odd thing was the price of their per glass wine was more expensive than the same glass at a restaurant we later went to…Quite odd. Overall, highly recommended.
