As always, the four wines tasted were wonderful. We had four reds (no choice due to COVID). They were Abracadabra Red, Tuttorosso, Le Coursier, and Solesce. The weather was nice to sit out on the patio, and be served outside. There was really no need to go inside because the staff would come out to wait on you, and bring your purchases, too.
We brought our own food, so that rating was based on our food.
Great wine, great service and pleasant surroundings.
Service here was awful ambience blah and wine average at best.
This was for a wine tasting, no food was ordered, although they have food offerings. Everything was great, as always!
Excellent Italian style wine. Fun place to bring friends. Amazing photo ops.
We enjoyed the wine & the service. They do have snacks to purchase, but we didn’t partake this...maybe next.
Extremely nice servers and great wine! We got to sit inside which was nice on a chilly rainy day.
actually we just enjoyed the wine tasting...did not try any of their foods...fun place the host was very informative
We were a few minutes late for our reservation. When we checked in the host seated us at an outside table, which we had chosen. There were dirty tables near us, it was not “busy” and waitstaff walked past our table several times with no greeting for us. We gave the benefit of the doubt and waited about 15 minutes before we got up and left. Disappointing.
Thanks for accommodating our small group. The outdoor setting is beautiful! Great attentive customer service was appreciated!
We didn’t eat while we were here but we were so fortunate to arrive on a warm, sunny afternoon. We had reservations and were seated outside. It was busy and the staff scrambled to serve us. The wines were delightful and we bought a Tuttorosso to enjoy this evening!
This is a winery tasting room, not a restaurant. Opentable needs to modify their process to recognize this.
Lovely outdoor areas to enjoy your taster tray of wine. Nice European style wines
We had a wonderful wine tasting, no food this time.
Our wine tasting was excellent. Nadine was a great server, informative and generous. We will return!
Great wines and attentive staff. We always have a pleasant experience.
Great spot and great wine!
Not much to eat. It is mainly for wine tasting. Delicious and highly recommend.
Their setup was very nice, we had the option to sit inside or outside under the tent. Hand sanitizer was available when you walked in. Wine was very good, we’ll be back!
We first checked in at the front but I had to use the restroom. When we checked in, we were never told where to sit so when I returned we had to wait several minutes to check in with another person. We were then told we could sit anywhere outside and they would come out to us. After sitting for 20-25 minutes we again had to go to the front to let them know we had never received service. They finally brought our wine tasting out to us after we complained and never again checked on us. Never asked if we wanted any food, what we thought of the wine, etc.
Essentially, they were either overbooked or understaffed. When we were able to get service it was impersonal. The wine did not impress enough to make up for the lacluster experience.
My friend and I rode our bikes to Brian Carter to do some wine tasting and use our Passport to Taste. We had a great time! The people working there were super friendly and very accommodating. They were able to give us tastings of the Oriana and the port that were not on the tasting menu. Yum. We were also able to sit at a table right by our bikes. I gave a one star for food because we didn’t eat.
I’ve been to Brian Carter several times and loved it. We decided to visit on Valentines Day and booked a table. We knew that several local wineries were closed because of snow, and reflected that when trying to book a reservation
Made reservations for outdoor wine tasting. Love that they have this option! The wine was delicious; we came home with 2 bottles of our favorite from the tasting.
Friendly staff that made visiting enjoyable, thank you!
After driving by i for 20 years, we went wine tasting at Brian Carter Cellars. We were using the Woodinville wine tasting passport. No problem. The wines were excellent. The servers were friendly and knowledgeable about their wines. I look forward to going back!
Amazing hospitality. Ambiance is lovely. Great wine
super nice staff and beautiful view! heat lamps were a plus :)
We had so much fun. There was plenty of outdoor seating. Felt very safe. Wine tastings were poured into carafes for us. Arielle was awesome and made sure we were taken care of! We will be coming back!
Great service!!
Came for a very safe wine tasting. Pour came out to us at a great table outside. Staff was masked and friendly. Looking forward to going back!
It was our first experience in wineries! We could ask for more
The wines are outstanding, great blends. Looking foward to visiting again when indoor tasting is available.
Great Service and Staff as always. Wines were great.
This is our favorite winery in Woodinville! Everyone is always so polite and helpful! Every experience we have had has been memorable! We cannot wait to go back!
Excellent customer service, friendly staff and great wine! Will be returning for sure.
We understood it would be cold because we have to sit outside, but we were sitting next to a heater that was not turned on and it wasn't ever offered to us. The server never came back after giving us our flight. It wasn't even very busy, so it was just a little disappointing. I liked the white wine, but the other ones just weren't great in my opinion.
BC has changed the way they do wine tastings by giving you a tray with all the tastings at once so you pour your own and there is a tasting note on the tray. Great way to do it during this time of COVID. Good job.
I have loved this tasting room for years! Delish wines, indoor out door seating and great staff. Not to mention if you get time with Brian hinself your sure to learn something you never knew about wine!
Wine pickup and tasting. No food. Service and friendliness at BC are always the best.
Beautiful wines and lovely view. Staff are so friendly. Will go again
