Brewery Bhavana is hands down one of Raleigh’s finest gems! The dim sum menu is to die for. The wait staff is always amazing and the venue itself is stunning. 10/10 recommend to everyone!

Love BB! I am often seated in the bar area and would love to be seated in the main dining room sometime. Just a different perspective. I know this is probably difficult - but I'll get there some day.

Always enjoy Brewery Bhavana. Service was pretty solid. This restaurant needs somewhat of a refresh it seems. The food was tasty but have to say the General Tsao’s chicken was very cold and heavily breaded (not great chicken bites). The noodle dish was tasty but overall just felt like a high sugar/sodium dish you’d get at any PanAsian restaurant. Buns and dumplings were great. The menus were pretty gross / dirty, and the tables and chairs have seen better days. Even with a reservation, they crammed 5 people into a small 4 person table. Worth going, just expect a bit more based on dining there over many years past.

The food and wait service have always been top touch at this establishment. However, our interactions with the Hosted left much to be desired. She was extremely rude, unapproachable and would not even attempt to accommodate a very reasonable request but rather told us we needed to first relinquish our reserved table for her to “look into” our request. After my initial shock and second query, I was told to “take or leave” the table we had reserved 3 weeks ago. I highly doubt I will visit one of Van’s restaurants again; no one deserves to be treated like that when treating themselves to a nice meal.

The twenty minute delay in being seated with a reservation was a disappointment. Once seated the waitress provided excellent service, and the appetizers were excellent. The main courses were okay but not what we were hoping for based on what we had read about their food.

The cocktail and mocktails were inventive and fun! We tried lots of dim sum options and every one was flavorful. Especially loved the shrimp and corn cake, and gai lan.

Took about an hour fifteen to get our appetizers. The waiter then did not apologize and had an attitude when we ordered more food. He rarely came back to ask if everything was ok. I understand it’s the holidays and everywhere is short but larger parties and tables were getting entrees before we even got an app. Then we had a mix up with the orders and he charged us when we didn’t even order something. Overall food was amazing per usual but service was super disappointing.

Only bad review after dining here many times. Our table was right next to a beer refrigerator with very bright lights and doors opening and closing throughout dinner. The reservation was made weeks in advance as I travelled from Florida to visit my son.

As always, this is a must-stop if in Raleigh. This, however, is the first time we made it past the dim sum and small plates menu. Katie (the head brewer) recommended pairing Bounty with the General Tso's chicken and she absolutely nailed the food/beer pairing. The service is phenomenal, food, piping hot and perfectly prepared and the beer is out of this world. I live in New Jersey, but am in Raleigh about a dozen times a year and make sure I eat here at least once when I am in town. Definitely order a variety of dishes and share!

As always, Brewery Bhavana was excellent. The food and service never disappoint! We did dim sum & drinks. Reasonable prices for upscale dining. It’s a 2.5 hr drive for us & we plan a trip around dinner.

I got the pork dumplings, Shanghai moon cakes, and char sui bao. The bao needed a salty component but soy sauce was perfect to fill that need. The moon cakes were my absolute favorite with the green onion oil. The ambiance was pretty but a little louder than the average restaurant but still very enjoyable atmosphere.
