    This place was excellent and would highly recommend. I can’t say I am particular Brew Dog fan but I was interested to see the Roof Top and food menu. It was very good, they’ve done an incredible job. One of our party was in an electric scooter and they escorted us up via an elevator in the back. This was the only bad part of the experience. We went fully back of house, through staff areas and loading dock areas, it was not great to see. There should have been an elevator installed front of house for this. This space is only a year old. Accessibility is not a new thing and you shouldn't have to be taken through the back, past all the staff eating. The food, space and customer service was excellent. I see why it is so popular.

    HORRIBLE customer service,Hosts were not present when we arrived for our reservation ,we were ready to walk out and she finally comes out ,she sends us to the rooftop where we would be taken to our seats, YET again the hosts was not there at the top floor we had to ask someone who was walking by to get seated..finally we get seated and it took them about 30mins to come ask if we need any drinks,

    Beautiful bar and restaurant and a great view from the rooftop. The bang bang chicken was horrible unfortunately, heavily breaded, and over cooked.  thought we would try the Yorkshire pudding, but it was dry and tasteless. Ordered a side of broccolini which never came. Chips and guacamole to finish things off which was fine. Probably would only go back for drinks during happy hour, but definite for the food.

    Great atmosphere and view but the service was slow. I also added to Open Table’s comments that we were celebrating a birthday and no recognition until I asked! They said they could do a sparkler on a cake which I thought was complimentary but after I left saw that they charged $12 for the cake. Overall value after spending almost $500 was disappointing ☹️

    The food was so small for the price. We got the bang bang chicken and the salt & vinegar chips. The chicken had a weird after taste that I was not a fan of. Not to mention the plate was TINY. Not a great value for the price. And the salt & vinegar chips tasted nothing like salt & vinegar… just tasted like potato chips. And the dip tasted like plain yogurt with no seasoning. Very disappointing bc the view is incredible and we were looking forward to seeing the view (although 90% of the patio was blocked off for an event, even though we made a reservation a month in advance)

    I was so excited to go to Brew Dog Las Vegas and went with family from out of town. The atmosphere was awesome and loved the rooftop view. The pizza and beer was excellent! The service was extremely slow and that was a huge letdown as we had to wait for everything and they only came back at the end to check on us. I would have ordered more drinks if they had been quicker . I had signed up for their locals card (25% off food/drinks, $15 off parking). The server appeared confused and I showed her my confirmation email and local id. I was supposed to get a card or something but did not. When she brought the check, it didn’t have the discount on but when I mentioned it she did correct it. I want to try them another time and hope for improved service!

    When we arrived, we were sent to two different host stands, neither of which could find our reservation. When we were finally seated, the server took our order, then forgot to put it in, so it took over an our for our drinks to arrive. Then he never came back, despite multiple attempts to flag him down and get his attention. The restaurant was not busy at all, but the service was abysmal. Stay far, far away.

    Place is awesome their set up is great . Food was subpar & drinks were awful. Beer was fine but they don’t bring you a beer list they only of course serve their own brews. Server didn’t know what beers they had only his favorite . So making it out there to the strip was a journey & I had my hopes up high since the Instagram ad looks awesome . So maybe in the future it’ll get better but for now all I could say is the venue is awesome. Food & drinks not so much.

    Noise was a little louder than expected but it’s because there was a very good football game on so wasn’t distracting at all. Food was all excellent and sitting on the rooftop was wonderful!

    We celebrated my son's 21st Birthday with a large group of 15. The staff was super friendly and was on top of everything! The views are amazing, and the food was excellent! Thanks, BrewDog, for making it a memorable one!

    We made reservations for 20 people for our wedding reception 2 weeks in advance. Once we got seated we waited 20minutes before we asked for a server. Once we asked someone to serve us we waited another 20 minutes.. still nothing. We ended up having to leave and no one even noticed us walking out. I said something to the front desk how we were disappointed and had to leave and they didn’t seem to care. Better food and environment elsewhere. Really put a curveball in our wedding plans when we had this booked plenty in advance. I even got a call confirming 24 hours in advance talking about how excited they were to have us

    We had to figure out how to get assistance to check in for our reservation. The young gal seated us at a very small table for four. Took forever to get service and it was way over priced.

    Service was terrible. Staff was too busy talking to each other, we had Food delivered but it was cold. The server never brought us utensils so we couldn’t even start eating right away. Won’t go back. Only thing that was nice was the view. Paid the bill in cash, server never came back with change. Horrible experience

    It’s a bit pricey for what it is. My chicken on my taco was dry as was my husbands chicken on his bang bang Korean chicken. Our service was not super great. Once she brought us our order we didn’t see her after that. And it was not busy at all. Couldn’t have ordered a 2nd drink if I wanted to.

    Went there on a Friday night and they only had one server serving like 18 tables. Sat down and never got greeted or water for 20 Minutes…just ended up walking out and going to Olive Garden instead. Never again will I return just save ur money and go to Beer Park it’s way better and more organized.

    Horrible service! At first, we had a nice server who was pretty attentive and helpful. We were sitting outside where they had fans blowing on the table full blast. It felt like we were sitting in a wind tunnel! Yes, it was warm out but when the menus are blowing off the table…it’s a bit too much. They tried to adjust them, but it didn’t help. So we asked to move inside. They asked us to pay the bill and we did (also left a pretty big tip for our server). Once we moved inside and got our food, it was like we were invisible! Absolutely no service! We had no assigned wait staff, no one came to check on us, and when we got up to ask for help, they seemed surprised we might need anything. Like they forgot it was a restaurant! I was finally able to ask someone if I could order a soda and that took 30 mins! We saw all kinds of staff walking by (including managers) chatting amongst themselves, but not a soul came by to ask to ask if we wanted more beers…nothing. WORST SERVICE I’ve received in a very long time. It was my first time there with friends from out of town and as a local, I will never set foot in there again and will tell everyone I know that lives here not to either! If my experience is the norm, this place won’t last long.

    Everything was fantastic. The wings were incredible! The beer, the vibes, the atmosphere - all great. The only bad thing that I would not recommend is the lobster tacos. They are tiny street tacos that may seem to have lots of lobster but it's just tiny shredded pieces and they did not taste good. They also cost $16 EACH. Just a word of caution. Get the wings or pizza. Incredible!

    Great atmosphere…cool vibe. Very disappointed about the food. Tacos weren’t really tacos. Tiny flat tortilla filled with ingredients, but not big enough to hold. So little chicken in the chicken taco, 2-3 bites. Cauliflower taco, had high hopes, but couldn’t eat it after a couple bites, something was just off. Burger was ehh. Everything was super salty, so salted you could see chunks of salt. Sweet potato fries were great, but had to skip the ones that were too salty to eat. Regular fries were nothing special and very salty too. For how great the atmosphere and service was, I hope they step up the food. Kids entree was perfectly priced.

    Had reservations for a Wednesday at 6:30. It was not overly busy. We waited 20 minutes before a server came for drink orders. As someone who worked in various restaurants in our careers, 20 minutes is unacceptable. We could see servers standing around. We had Top Golf reservations to get to next and the wait for just drinks was setting us behind. On top of that some menu prices were $7+ more than what it showed online. We ended up leaving without ordering and ate at Topgolf, where my burger and tater tots was $15 and delicious.

    Great atmosphere, great beer, great service. Food is ok. The house salt and vinegar chips are fabulous. I had cauliflower taco, which was good, however, it was a good amount of filling piled on a tiny tortilla shell. Impossible to pick up, had to cut it, which meant cutting through the paper under it. Would have been perfect on a slightly larger tortilla shell.

    Very disappointing experience with very average food and extremely expensive prices, even for Las Vegas. Practically acting like it's some fancy restaurant when it's just a brewpub on a rooftop that, while it does have cool views of NewYorkNewYork, is absolutely not worth the cost of the food that is nothing special in any way. There was hardly anyone there on a Saturday night, which I suppose isn't surprising, considering these very high prices.

    The atmosphere is cool. The food and cost were not great. Almost $90 for mediocre food that we didn’t even want to finish. Chips and quac consisted of avocado chunks that were rock solid and we couldn’t even scoop with chips. Pizza was cold and cheese had gotten firm. Was not enjoyable food. Waitress was kind, and did great.

    The FOOD WAS DELICIOUS 100% AMAZING! I definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone visiting Las Vegas . The scenery is incredible right on the Vegas strip. The staff was amazing took very good care of us. The vibe is just chilling with some drinks watching the incredible view definitely five stars for my experience.

    Service was really slow. Once food ordered was placed it took an hour to get our food. The food finally comes and it’s cold. Our appetizer didn’t even come until after we ate our food. How long does it take to prep a plate of chips and guacamole? We got one round of drinks and never saw the waitress again. Food: Mid Drinks: Good Service: so bad you can’t come here Avoid this place

    $16 for the tiniest taco I have ever seen. 4 tiny pieces of lobster - total rip-off. But the house salad was large and delicious. Pick your food carefully. Great service and nice views. Played tabletop shuttle board after and had a great time. Ambience is very good. Food and prices not so much.
