The food was very good . There ware a few unexpected glitches. Our cocktails came out after the first course was served although the restaurant did not look that busy. The wait staff who explained the nuances of the dishes did so with a heavy accent that coupled with the noise level mad it hard to understand. While Wagyu beef is known for its taste, it was a little chewy. The dessert was outstanding.

This was an outstanding meal, service, and experience. The staff went above and beyond, had great recommendations and were very knowledgeable. It was a wonderful birthday present for my wife.

The food was good but not exceptional. We had the four-course tasting menu with wine pairing and wasn’t impressed, but it was good enough I suppose. Ok experience overall. The music selection was a bit interesting.

We had a reservation at 8:45, arrived at 8:42. Didn’t get seated until 9:30. Food was extremely salty, complained multiple times and even returned the spaghetti dish, non apologetic, exchange or feedback. Restaurant was EXTREMELY loud even when the venue was at 30% capacity they just turn the music louder as if they purposely do not want you to have conversations

I had dinner here with a friend after wanting to try it for a long time. I could only get a reservation at the bar (which was honestly a bit strange) but still well worth it! We split everything we got, including the caviar, cacio e pepe, chicken and wagyu entrees. Everything was delicious but the chicken was by far the standout. It was cooked with stuff under glazed skin. It was maybe the best chicken I’ve had in DC. After dinner, we declined dessert but were served two Madeline cookies with a citrus glaze that was amazing. We also enjoyed speaking with the bar staff throughout our meal. I would definitely repeat! One of the best meals in DC.

It was our anniversary and we decided to splurge and go to Bresca. It was everything we hope it would be and more. The service was fantastic from start to finish. The food was beyond delicious. They had a sweet note on the table when we arrived and brought us complimentary champagne when we were seated. Overall an amazing and memorable night. Not cheap but well worth the splurge for a special night.
