Sunday roast beef was tough with sinewy streaks that could not be cut.
Service was super but very pricey dinner

Staff were very attentive, food was amazing and the atmosphere and outlook over St. Paul’s was breathtaking. The only slight black mark was the food took awhile to come out and with free flowing Prosecco I certainly felt the full effect!!!

Nice place and atmosphere. Team service was fantastic until a waiter shattered a class at the next table and shared of class hit mine. Class was clearly on my table, but he was reluctant to replace my meal. I told him I didn’t want to take a chance. He said he would have to check with the manager. After checking, he did. But really, you shouldn’t have to ask!

Veal special was tasty, but very tough.

Classy feel, excellent service and superb food combined with a very relaxed and easy going ambience. The one downside is its not cheap, you pay for the Gordon Ramsay name but its worth it.

Service was overly attentive when we arrived - not giving us time to review the menu but obviously chasing orders as it was a busy lunchtime. Felt smiley but insincere. 50mins later it was virtually impossible for us to flag down any kind of waiting staff for coffee or the bill. They had all evaporated as soon as the lunchtime rush was gone!
Food was fine but it wasn’t a great experience for the price. Bathrooms were also poor - clearly not properly cleaned or maintained.

The food was great but the service was one of the worst experiences I have had to date - considering this is a GR restaurant, I did not expect this. The poor service and lack of attentive staff meant that we couldn't relax, as we were constantly chasing for drinks and reminding them that food ordered hadn't arrived etc.

We ordered tomato tart, pasta, pork belly, salad and sticky toffee
Pasta was not cooked properly.

Took 45 minutes between starters and mains. And 20 more between the mains and desserts.
Food was very normal and overpriced for the quality and service

So the feel as you walk in is lovely and the service was ok... however, the food was just disappointing. I could’ve made a better curry at home - really lacked depth of flavour. Sticky toffee pudding was lovely - but served in a jar which meant it was difficult to eat a bit of all the components in one mouthful. Instead I ate cake first, then banana, then a load of whipped cream finished by ice cream!

We expected a lot more from a Gordon Ramsey restaurant. Music was too loud, the wait staff was understaffed, and the food was average at best. I had a pork chop which was a bland slab of meat and tasteless. I would not recommend it for the price.

The only positives were the drinks, location near St. Paul’s Cathedral and our waiter. He was terrific but was covering way too many tables.

Food OK, the ravioli was a small portion. The Baked Cod was lovely, the Pizza and Fish and chips amazing. We were meeting friends from Germany for lunch but the restaurant was so busy and the background noise unfortunately drowned our conversation. Also the air conditioning was too high making it quite cold. Drinks are over priced with a 330ml Coke costing £4.50.

We had the Beef Wellington Experience. The starters and the dessert were amazing but unfortunately the Wellington was a bit undercooked and after the starters we had to wait over an hour for the main. We were the last customers to whom they prepared the Wellington for and at the same time there apparently was a large group (40 people) , which made the timing hard.

Also the closing time of the restaurants was at 10pm and our dessert came around that time and the staff started cleaning and so on. I understand the conditions of why they were in a hurry to make the last main but of course they should have made sure that the Wellington was cooked properly. They did give us a 20% discount because of this. Also our waiter Miguel was awesome so all in all 4/5 experience :)

Ordered meet balls for the boy. It took 20 minutes for the waiter to come back and say that there is no meet left. Because there was no meet, he made his own decision to order a bigger Pizza for both kids while we ordered Pizza only for the girl. Boy didn't want Pizza
I ordered lamb, it was not more then ok. The wife ordered trout, it was good.
We ordered Tartare and Crab for starters, it was very good

Went with partner for a celebratory meal. Heard lots about the size of the place and it didn't disappoint. It doesnt provide much intimacy, however.

We ordered the special steak and pork belly. We also had the bread basket and wagyu meatbals for starter. Recommend the bread- its fresh. I would skip the meatballs next time (the texture was too soft and the sauce was more asian inspired than Italian. Some people's cup of tea but not ours).

The mains were amazing. Mac and cheese was also pretty good but the truffle mash was a bit too salty for my liking.

Finally, the sticky toffee pudding for dessert was to die for. I would highly recommend. At the end, you get to go in the photo booth and take some pictures home for the memories.

Our server, Matt, was really attentive and helpful. He made us feel welcome.

Food was brilliant as usual. We went for the Wellington and the truffle mash is just to die for!
Had some issues over the ordering, as we received the right items but at the wrong time (especially the wine), and a minor tweak to the dessert was not done (nothing major though - someone asked for clotted cream ice cream instead of salted caramel and they didn't accommodate that). Overall the experience was good but not perfect.

As Ramsey lovers we needed to try this place and wellington. We did it! but not sure if we will return here. We choose Wellington Sunday menu and wasn't disappointed, but expectations wasn't met. Dubai Ramsey restaurant in Atlantis left much better expression with food and place it self. There was the restaurant.
It's definitely not the restaurant for smart dress. This point disappointed me.
Food is okey, but not amazing. I have tried better wellington in my live. But the mash potato with truffle oil was amazing!!!
Prices are high.
Service was very good and pleased.

We waited 50 minutes for the nut roast when we were originally told 25 minutes.

After chasing the waiters persistently told us different information.

We were offered no discount or complimentary drink for our wait.

To top it off, they added service, which doesn't even go to the waiters (which we were told at the end of the meal)
