David was exceptional and the Sommelier was very helpful.
Great service. Fatty steaks. Way too expensive for value. Restaurant loud and empty. Buy a cookbook online and save hundreds of pounds!
Superb service. A great experience. Thank you.
The beef Wellington was so dry on the edges that i had to spit it out, the rest of the food was mediocre but the mash potatoes and tuna tartare was very good. The waitress was very nice but other than that, it was not worth its price.
Really lovely breakfast early on a Tuesday. Delicious food that arrived swiftly. Great atmosphere and booths!
Good food overpriced by continental European standards for the same quality
The place is great and very well located. The place is looking great as well and the service is great. Food is also really good, however, my friend and I simply thought that the music was simply way too loud.....!!!!
It was also very pricey but, value for money was acceptable. If the music hadn't been as loud, it would have been better.
Staff got the drinks order wrong twice for one guest
Food was good and quantities were surprisingly good
Price fairly average for central London. We didn't have steak but might have needed to remortgage our Scottish estate if we had
The food was absolutely amazing. Celebrating my son’s birthday and Our waiter David was just fabulous !This was the perfect meal to the end of a perfect location for my family.
Extremely disappointing food with poor quality ingredients, would not go back
Service was fantastic lovely waitress
And the pork belly was to die for..best crackling ever
Food was disappointing, service was good but they were severely understaffed so the waiting times were excessive. Neither of us ate the roast we ordered, and the starters were underwhelming. £185 for a very below par meal.
Amazing service, food and live entertainment- they even sang happy birthday for us upon request. Highly recommend
I've been here plenty of times and it's always been just perfect. Some people might think it's a good Sat night place for a fancy night out as it's Ramsay, etc.. Forget all that, I think it's a perfect lunch place anytime of the week in particular great for a Sunday or Sat morning lazy brunch. Dinner is also good of course, but personally, I like this place for lunch and brunch.
Very overrated and overpriced restaurant that is evidently living off its reputation alone. The spatchcocked poussin for £22 was a particular rip off: four tiny pieces of meat with no flavour whatsoever. The place seemed cool and trendy (read noisy and corporate).
Comfortable ambiance, Maria from Spain was amazing. Made us feel looked after with great recommendations. Promise to be back for Sunday roast.
Lovely staff, good food! Amazing waiter he made the meal!
A really cool and differently industrial ambience. The food was excellent, I went for the fish and chips, light crispy batter, flaky white fish, chips were crunchy excellent with sarsons own…
The staff were superb, thanks to all that served us.
I’ll be back! AS
Terrible Exerience at BSK St. Paul. Terrible service , ran out of main courses , did not attend our table, Chicken was at the Nandos level. Overall huge dissappointment.
I wish Gordon Ramsey would ever read the reviews about his restaurants. what a disgrace!
Below average, overpriced food, terrible service and what a shame !
IGNORE THIS PLACE AND SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE !
Food was not as elevated as expected.
Very poor and quite rude service, food was ok, music way too loud (almost nightclub level). £275 for 2 courses for four people plus two bottles of cheaper end wine was not good value. Waited over one hour for main course and then were not offered dessert. We were the last to leave and found we were locked in! No staff came to help us actually get out as they were too busy clearing up, then when one finally did there was no apology. This was about our sixth visit and by far the worst experience. We won’t bother again.
Service was on top form. Food great, really enjoyed our evening
Too expensive...I had a diet coke, a basket of bread and some olives for 17 pounds. Too much!
Lovely setting, food was wonderful. We ordered the steak and one of the Sunday roasts and it was well worth it. Our server was a lovely lady called Brie who was cheerful and very sweet! I put on the booking that the meal was for our anniversary and they brought out a free dessert with “happy anniversary!” written on it which was wonderful as we hadn’t expected it at all! Overall lovely time and would definitely reccomend!
Wrong food sent to table. Waited an hour between each course. Lunch took nearly 4 hours
Food was excellent, although quite pricey for what was on offer. Service was good, but a little on the slow side.
The ambience was a little spiked when you had another customer chatting up the waitresses and other guests - I felt more could be done to contol the situation
Great place to eat. Not too expensive and a decent wine list. But the noise level is too high for my liking
We were in London and decided we had to eat at a Gordon Ramsay restaurant. It did not disappoint, we had the famous Beef Wellington. It was everything I imagined and more! Great wait staff and ambiance.
Food was exquisite and reasonably priced given the quality.
The breakfast service for my visit was plagued by tech faults with the till ordering system which caused significant delays however the restaurant kindly agreed to waive the bill - nice gesture and the food and service were excellent.
We had a lovely birthday celebration.
It was a shame the lift had closed before we left so my wife who is currently having to use crouches had to walk quite a distance to get to our car which was parked immediately outside the entrance closest to the lift.
The food is expensive for what it is - it was okay but not outstanding. I have had better at other Gordon restaurants.
Main course (the iconic beef Wellington) was fabulous (although the menu for this Wellington ‘experience’ was only given to me upon asking) Was not mad on the sharing starter or sharing dessert Table very small and difficult to get everything on it and be comfortable. View dreadful- building works outside. Service lacklustre (forgot some of our wine flight so that came late). Very expensive - £285 bill for two. Not the lovely experience it was meant to be. I would not go again and would suggest Ramsay’s other restaurants which are much better.
Was good, but meal let down a little by a boring starter that could’ve been great: the stracciatella needed more of the accompaniments. Very bland. Mains were good, service excellent, wine by the carafe - fab. 15% service charge seems a little steep…
Expensive for what is was, however food and service were great, particularly from Simone who was absolutely outstanding.
Third visit and excellent as ever
I love this place! Service was outstanding, attentive without being overbearing, friendly, welcoming. It is beautiful inside, really spacious, so nice not to on top of everyone else. Immaculately clean. Gorgeous decor. The food, well what can I say, simply yummy!!! You must try the chicken wings, I could have just kept eating them. I cannot fault this place at all. If you have not been you must try it. Worth every penny! Cannot praise it enough.
Just underwhelming tbh. Mediocre food. Amateur service (including the infamous sorry - it’s my first shift) quote. Drinks missed. Bill took forever.
Experience was excellent, really enjoyed everything couldn't fault anything
