Bread & Pickle is a restaurant located inside the picturesque Minneapolis Park. The super-sized concession stand was the first such establishment inside Minneapolis park to implement composting and recycling. The kitchen uses locally sourced produce and proteins whenever possible and has formed a strong bond with nearby Peterson Farms in Wisconsin. Bread & Pickle is a seasonal restaurant, so guests should make sure its the right time of year before visiting.Those who visit Bread & Pickle are mostly walking around the park so it is important that the food is portable as well as delicious. To that end, the restaurant primarily serves sandwiches, wraps and burgers, hence the name. There's a lot of variety to be found, with popular dishes like the smoked salmon sandwich with cream cheese, chilled lobster roll, seared walleye sandwich, bratwurst with sauerkraut and the classic bacon cheeseburger.
