Overall dinner was ok. Chicken burger was very good but the side salad barely had any dressing and was very small. Burger was good but the poutine for an extra $4 was soo sad. Very little gravy and cheese. Was barely a poutine. This place is ok in a pinch but I would not go back. Our sever was very friendly and helpful.

The food and drinks were not good. The beer was good I would definitely stick to that. The fries were over done and greasy as well as the fish there was hardly any fish in the fish and chips. The cauliflower bites were good. The atmosphere was good, energetic and loud. The drinks were not well made, and could’ve been much better. However, the service was outstanding.

Extremely Disappointing Service I’ve been to Brazen Head before and had a good time, which makes this experience all the more disappointing. The service was completely unacceptable—shockingly slow and inattentive. I waited over 30 minutes just to get a beer, and ended up leaving my table to go to the bar myself. Even then, the bartender completely ignored me. The wait for food was so bad I eventually had to cancel my order altogether. It felt like we were an afterthought the entire time. It’s a shame because I know this place is capable of better, but the service we received was frustrating enough to make me seriously reconsider coming back.

Our table was ready about 20 minutes after our reservation time. Food was overcooked/dry/not fresh.

When we first arrived I listened to our server bully the table beside us to leave her a five star review, telling them to do it before they left or they never would. The food wasn’t good at all. I ordered the Mexican chicken bowl. There was hardly anything in it. 3-4 bites of chicken and a couple pieces of avocado at best it was pretty much just a bowl of rice which had hardly any flavour. It wasn’t gross but it was incredibly boring and lacking in substance. I left so hungry that I got food on my way home from somewhere else. Our server disappeared after dropping our food off and we never saw her again. After waiting 20 minutes for the bill we had to get up and go find someone to pay. We stood at the servers station while the other staff ignored us and eventually our server walked by and saw us standing there waiting to leave.

Went here after an event at the exhibition on game night. Place was busy but service was friendly and attentive. We made a reservation for a table of six and were sat in a great spot with little wait even though we arrived early. Staff will do everything they can to accomadate and provide a great meal to patrons. Was a loud night but the leafs finals were on. Food and drinks were great
