   The servers are so kind and accommodating the food is delicious. We've been to many Brazilian type restaurants and this one is by far the Top of the list.

   Assume most cuts of meat are more cooked than gauchos think (they have a hot spit transferring heat to the center of the cut). I would suggest asking for a temperature lower than your usual preference, so you'll end up with what you actual prefer. The drink menu was creative and tasty!
