We enjoyed the Pasta Woosie and Pasta Bravo with a side house salad and large glass of cab, food was very good! Service was excellent! Will definitely choose to eat at Bravo again!! One of our favorite restaurants in the West Chester area!

We had a very good dining experience, and our waitress was so personable and kind, with great service! I am very glad that this Bravo location still has the complementary bread and oil. I'm not sure why they're taking that perk away, because the other store did in Deerfield. Please keep the complementary bread here!

Seating you 40 minutes late and the lack of attentiveness from our staff are not acceptable and don’t reflect our standards. We arrived at 6:15 and were promptly seated and given menus. After the server arrived we placed our order which included soup and two entrees. Took a while for the soup to be served and was told the bread is in the oven and would be out shortly. Bread came out about 10 minutes later. Then the wait started. Our server came by another 10 minutes later to tell us our entrees will be delayed because the kitchen was preparing food for a party of 33. Another 10 minutes later we caught the attention of our server and asked if they could at least prepare the salad entree as my wife hadn’t eaten all day. About another 15 minutes later the server returned with the salad entree (she said she told the kitchen it was for the big group to gets it out) but without any dressing so we had to wave our server down again…. Another 5 -10 minutes….. an hour and 15 minutes after we arrived my entree finally came out. No one from management came out to apologize. I was done in 15 minutes and asked for the bill. Something seemed out of sorts but I went ahead and paid the bill so we could get out of there. On my way out I checked the menu and the prices on our bill was higher that the prices on the menu we were given. $2 higher for one entree and $1 higher for the soup and salad entree. I brought this to the attention of the “host” who seated us and gave us the menus and he said they were running low on the new menus with the new prices so he gave us the old menus. He asked if I want to see our server and I asked how could she resolve this as she had no idea he gave us an old menu with old prices. I asked the “host” to see the restaurant manager and he said the manager is too busy. The table next to us who were there before us got their entrees several minutes after us. Just a bad experience overall and restaurant management did not do any job of managing the restaurant and communicating and taking care of all of the customers due to the large party they focused their attention on

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed experience—we sincerely apologize for the series of delays, lack of communication, and pricing confusion you encountered. It’s unacceptable that you waited over an hour for your entrée, had to repeatedly flag down your server, and were charged more than the menu prices you were given—especially without a manager stepping in to address your concerns. Large parties should never come at the expense of service to other guests, and we regret that your evening felt overlooked and mismanaged. Your experience is not reflective of the standard we strive to uphold, and we will be sharing your feedback with both the management and service teams for immediate review and action.

we were patient and it went well. one person did not want to say anything, but needed more sauce on pasta. the flavor was ok just not all over enough.
