Was never seated for our reservation, had a reservation at 630 and still wasn’t seat by 7. Went to the bar when there was finally two seats opened up! Food was good but service was horrible! Do not recommend

Once again, have to wait for someone to greet us when we walk in. Had to ask for bread twice. Just not a very welcoming atmosphere.
I love Bravo! Their chicken Parmesan and fried ravioli is my favorite! The server was wonderful.

My reservation was made for 8. We had two babies with us. The restaurant told us I only set it for 5 with no children which was not true and I had evidence for my original set up and was told I was wrong. The food portions were small compared to their price and bland. Not a very good experience overall and the restaurant was very full of people which is surprising due to the capacity limits due to COVID
We have dined here several times in the last three months. Each time we opted to sit at the bar upon arrival at Bravo. Bartender Solly is great and very attentive. The Veal Parm is VERY good. NOTE TO MANAGER: Only complaint is that the last time we dined there on 2/27 you logged us as a NO SHOW. I have your receipt #1635 for $136.81 (excluding tip) that shows we were there. Please address this so we can collect our points and continue to enjoy your establishment.
Great food and service, however I cannot understand why I am charged for a bowl of lobster bisque soup and it it is consistently served half full ? This occurs at both the Mason location and West Chester.
Haven’t been to bravo for awhile. Very pleased with the food-pork chops and pizza. Service was excellent ambiance quiet and relaxing
The Corona Virus is making it hard to get into a restaurant. Everywhere we went had a hour to two hour wait. We used Open Table & found Bravo had an open reservation so we took it. We hadn't been to or even heard of Bravo. We were pleasantly surprised how beautiful, classy the ambiance was. Each dish we ordered was delicious. Being able to view the chefs at work was entertaining as well. We'll be returning frequently. Thank you Bravo for a wonderful evening.
Food and wine was good.
We have been coming for years but tonight we had great service from a friendly waitress in a Janet Jackson face mask, our food came out quickly and our meals were not only delicious but also cooked exactly as we requested.
Our friends and us can't wait to go back!

Food was good. We were seated in a row of tables. Both tables on either side of us were empty when seated. Towards the middle of our meal parties were sat at both tables. We decided to leave because we felt both parties were too close, not a 6 foot distance.

My soup was very late being served. It arrived right before my dinner and obviously had been sitting because there was a dry film on top.

Services has certainly changed. Took a long time to find honey for my tea. No one asked if we needed more bread and dipping sauce. Every time we dine at Bravo, we ordered Lobster Bisque soup, they always came with small pieces of shrimp. NOT THIS TIME! Also, they have removed the Reward Points System without notifying the customers. So, all our reward points disappeared.

We ate here after receiving a gift card. We where told Bravo is under new ownership. We have been a long time customer of Bravo dating back to a week after they first opened under the previous ownership Still had many of the same servers there Had great service . We ate outdoors so a little more noise but great food and plenty of it. Hope the new owners come up with a bravo rewards card as under the previous ownership though Look forward to dining again as we are a once a month or more diners at the restaurant.

Poor service. Pasta dish was dried out and noodles stuck together. Didn’t refill water glass.

The dinner was great. My only complaint was when I made the reservation I had asked for outdoor seating for 6:30 PM.(Open Table) I was told when we arrived they can't honor that request.
We had to be seated inside. The people we were with preferred the outdoor space but we made the best of it.
I wish I had been informed about the seating because I chose this restaurant because I knew they have a nice outdoor patio. Next time I will reconsider making the reservation.
