   Not a great experience on Mother’s Day. I had a 6:30pm reservation and they didn’t seat us until 7:20pm. Once we were seated we were told it would be about an hour wait for food. I understand things happen but this was very poor communication to the guests. They should have been more up front with the delays so people could make a more informed decision to stay or leave.

   The food is as good as it always is. We love the bread. The service, however, was only fair. We waited over 45 minutes for the server to take our order. I think that more servers need to be hired.

   Considering we ate here on Mother’s Day, recognizing the servers and kitchen were slammed our Server was outstanding. The food was delicious and arrived hot.

   Food and server were great. Getting seated was another matter. Acknowledged we made our reservation, said we would be called shortly. 20 minutes later and seeing several people walk up and get seated immediately we approached the reservation desk again ... she looked again and we were seated immediately ... obviously we were totally forgotten. Main reason we use open table is to ensure timely seating.

   We had reservations and still had to wait 30 minutes. Our server was working very hard but had so many tables she was responsible for. We spent two hours in the restaurant just trying to enjoy one meal. Something needs to be fixed with their scheduling process

   Our party was seated promptly. The waitress was very nice, but she only came to the table once after the meal was delivered. We sat there for about 10 minutes with food, but no silverware, and had to ask the food runner to bring to us, but he didn’t know where to find the silverware. We were also there for my daughter’s birthday, which was mentioned in the reservation, but never acknowledged by the wait staff. We weren’t looking for a birthday song or free dessert. Just an acknowledgment since it was asked at the time of reservation.

   Food was good, but no angel hair pasta. Menu change? Service was attentive but they were busy. My booth must have been sprayed with Fabreeze scented powder cleaner. It was all over my clothes and in my hair. It still smells 24 hours later. It ruined the night since I am allergic to the stuff. Sorry. It is toxic.

    Check in and bar we're ok. Server was excellent. Marsala dishes were disappointing. Spaghetti, Alfredo dishes were good. Bisque was disappointing.
