this was a first time at this location. We ordered the calamari to start. it was awful way over done, but we did not complain. I had the salmon it was delicious and my husband had the chicken pasta which was also very good. Service was adequate but not special. over all value was ok. Rethinking probably should have gone with 3 stars over all. but it is a tweezer. So maybe 3.5 :)

Consistently good food from a chain operation. Seem to be doing a good job of adhering to current Covid regs. Very good happy hour offerings with food and drink items.

I didn't like the wedding soup or the berry iced tea. Everything else was fine. The time between our order and the food being placed on the table was surprisingly short. It was a pleasant setting for eating outdoors.

20 minutes to order.. 45 minutes to get salads, no bacon on salad once presented to us.. spaghetti came out cold and hard. For a chain restaurant that was empty (social distancing) with a lot of staff, poor experience. Never saw a manager. We complained to waitress with nothing more than a sorry it’s just not ready yet. Table next to us was seated after us, had their meals before we even had our salad. Customers are not idiots. Will not be back to this location.

The food is usually very good, but on this occasion the grilled salmon salad had almost no greens, the asparagus was undercooked and the salad dressing was overwhelming, perhaps due to the lack of salad greens.

I have gone to Bravo ‘s several times for both lunch and dinner as well as Happy Hour and have ALWAYS enjoyed my meal except today. I got the lunch combo with the Della Casa salad and the Shrimp Scampi spaghetti. While the salad was delicious, the spaghetti was dry and TOTALLY bland - no taste of garlic, butter, oil, or spices. It was a horrible waste of money. Even the piece of garlic bread/toast that came with it was hard “as a rock.” Not a good meal!!!

Made a reservation and requested outdoor seating. When we arrived, was told it's on a first come basis. So someone without a reservation is given preference over someone making a reservation requesting outdoor seating. Eems unfair to do that.. Food was good though. Service was very slow and not the fault of the waitress.

Waiter didn’t give us our bread and dipping sauce we ended up having to ask another waiter. She brought our appetizer out and still didn’t get bread. We asked for chicken with a certain sauce they use for there shrimp and were told they can’t use that sauce for chicken. When we asked why they can’t just pour the sauce on chicken instead of shrimp she said yeah I don’t know that’s what the cook said.

This remains a favorite for good food. The menu is varied yet simple and very fairly priced. The service is always friendly -----it was a bit slow this time(unusual)but I think it was a bit understaffed and the changing weather had diners moving from outside to inside. Our waitress could not have been more pleasant or accommodating. Of course, I'll be back!

As always, the food was excellent. Service was a little slow, but perhaps bad weather played a part and there was a reduction in staff. We weren't in a hurry, and we had a bottle of wine, so it was nice to not feel rushed. The lobster ravioli and spaghettini with meatballs were perfect!
Could have been an off day, but the restaurant was NOT BUSY, and food was coming out v-e-r-r-y slow. Not server - it was the kitchen. Also menu was not as great as it used to be. I had a lunch combo - the salad was great, but the scampi - well there were 4 shrimp with no tails and the bread that came on the side was so hard you could have hurt someone if you threw it. Our server was nice and the Host David was great.
The staff was great and very accommodating. John, the manager, was kind enough to help me out when the change to his computer system would not accept my gift card. The food was great and so was our server. I hope to have one of our social events or another business meeting there again!

Food, Service, all good. It was very busy, and that is a good thing. However, we had a customer dinner guest and the noise was bad. Especially when they started to clean up the kitchen around 8:30pm....all the pots and pans banging. Put a damper on the evening. We have been there for lunch many times.....I just need to ask for a table near the restrooms where it is quiet....for dinner.
Food was good. Brought my 2 year old granddaughter the waiter gave her bread dough to play with . She loved it. The food was good. Only drawback we asked to space our appetizer, salads and soup and they came together.
I love dining at Bravo. This was our second visit this month. The service is always impeccable and the ambiance makes it feel like a special night.
I had Shrimp Fra Diabalo and my husband ordered the Lasagna. My food was spicy and fresh, there was none left over to take home. My husband, though, thought the Lasagna was more of a casserole and not a true Lasagna. It didn't have much noodles or meat and was very rich. The warm bread and olive oil were to die for. I wish more restaurants would serve warm bread like Bravo does. It makes a big difference.

Our waiter was very young and obviously not trained well. Our food came out before we even had silverware or napkins on the table. We were never told that salads didn't come with your entree, nor were we given the option to add one. The food was just mediocre. We saw management going around to check on tables, but no one checked on us. For these reasons, we will likely find another restaurant the next time we visit the waterfront.
Waited for 25min until a I had to request that a server come to the table. Then had to continue to take care of things on own. Horrible.
Great pork chops
My husband and I came for Valentine’s Day dinner. They had specials and we had the surf and turf. Everything was exceptional, from the waitress to the food ...outstanding. We arrived early for our reservation and was seated with no issues. Dessert was delicious as well. Would recommend definitely but try to make reservations as they get busy during prime dinner time.

My daughter was celebrating her 12th birthday with 2 of her friends and I sat at the bar to keep an eye on them (and eat a yummy meal myself). The service was great. The food was amazing Rebecca at the bar is an exceptional employee. She learns everyone's name. She's quite a find!

Good service, very organized
Service was very slow (over an hour to get our food, and we had to ask). There were nine of us, and while my meal as fine, other complained that their food was not hot, or not of the expected high quality.
The food was sooo good and the service was great. We love this restaurant!
Great food, especially the veggie side dish of butternut squash, red peppers, spinach and asparagus. Was easy to make a reservation, we were quickly seated and our server was friendly and professional.
