Took 20 min to get drinks. Food was not the same , quality has gotten worse by far. I understand these times are hard but if you’re going to charge the rates they do you want to get at least your monies worth. Server was very nice but there was barely anyone there and had to keep reminding her to bring our drinks. Did take out a little while ago too and felt like they gave us so much less than if we dined in. Used to be our go to spot.

Disappointed not to see the meatless meatballs on the menu anymore. I have three vegetarian daughters who enjoyed goin there with us knowing they could order that.

Meal and service was fine. The main problem was the table that we were placed at. It was totally "wobblily" and unstable. Actually, the drink out server gave me, spilled out when the table moved. We asked for a new table and were moved to another one. Thank you. Here is my problem. Right after we moved, your staff went over and made up that table for the next customers to use.. That never happened because it was late. I mentioned it to 2 people, one being the manager I believe, and they chuckled at me like it was funny. Can you believe that. If YOU sat at that table, you would be furious. I thought your restaurant had more class than this! My bill sure reflected the "class'. You need to fix this issue ASAP.

Was out of the product 2 of us wanted, that is not normal, to take the order, then come back and say we do not have any? At 5:15? Lack of communication!!!!

Food was great and the service was excellent, our waitress was very attentive. Like the idea of being able to do reservations as we usually go to dinner and then a movie so time is important to us. We had a reservation and were seated immediately. Will definitely go

We were very pleased with our dinner at Bravo Cucina over this past weekend.
Service was great and food was delicious. A home run basically! Highly recommend.
We received our food and drinks faster than normal. The drinks we very good, and the food was excellent. Prices were very reasonable, and portions were very nice. The service was very efficient and fast. All in all I tell anyone to try it you will enjoy it. We will be going back again.

The only issue I have with Bravo is the temperature of the food. I like to have my food piping hot and seems as though the food must sit around waiting for the server to pick it up and deliver to the table. Food was warm at best.
We've been here many times but we had never tried the pizza. We tried the margherita and sicilian pizzas. We found both the be quite soggy and lacking flavor. So much so that upon lifting a slice of the sicilian pizza all the toppings slid off and onto the board. They needed several more minutes in the oven to be edible.
Restaurant was very noisy, hard to hear waiter who seemed to be in hurry.

While the Italian food may be great, we love the steaks at Bravo. We both had the filet and they were delicious and cooked to order. The chicken with polenta appetizer was good it wasn't great. We had to remind the server that my spouse's drink order had not arrived which was disconcerting. Our chocolate cake and vanilla bean gelato was excellent. Great meal; service not so great.

Because we have a glaring lack of choice for authentic Italian food in my area, I am always on the look out for it when I travel. I found BRAVO Cucina Italiana less than a mile from my hotel. The food is indeed authentic Italian and the prices a quite reasonable. The layout of the restaurant is exactly as you would imagine for a family style place. While many were dining on a Monday evening, my wife and I were able to easily converse during our meal.
Lance was our server, and we could not have
asked for anyone more accommodating!

Must have changed menu I haven't been there in a while. I use to get chicken milanese it use to be so good, now the have chicken parm. Thought it would be the same boy was I mistaken the sauce is different I did not like it. the breading on the chicken different will not go back.
Overall enough food for value and was good. Did not like fried zucchini served in slivers. All you could taste was the batter not the vegetable. Seems different from when we went six months ago. Light menu was limited and seemed more Olive Garden except everything was al la carte. At the least, up the price of the main course and include a vegetable. Sides were scattered around menu and some not listed. It was like a puzzle. Waiter, Dimitri, was very good, timely with everything, checked in, very pleasant and helpful.

Our server, Mark was top notch!! My husband and I both agreed that this might have been the best service we’ve ever had anywhere! Our meals were delicious and we will definitely be asking to sit in Marks section from now on!
Bravo has really gone down hill. The food was average, the menu was lame. I had a hard time finding something to order. Our server Lance was the only bright spot.
We had a wonderful time for my sons birthday dinner. The food was delicious. I love the wedding soup. My sons had pasta bravo and pork chops. The manager is always very welcoming. I’ve been coming here for years.
The service was excellent as was the food. Overall a great experience that more than met expectations and far surpassed the bad experience I had at the waterfront recently.
Our dinner with two other couples was an absolute delight in every way! We would highly recommend the Insalata Salad with Creamy Parmesan dressing, the Chicken Meatball and Polenta Starter, the Grilled Salmon with Vegetables, and the Tiramisu !

We got wine at the bar and was going to the hostess station to be seated. A passing waitress knocked into my wife and gave a cursory apology and handed her a towel and walked away. The bartender saw what happened and immediately provided a wet towel with soap and a glass of seltzer. Then offered to get the manager. She was very helpful. The service was very agood even though there were 10 in our party. the food was liked by everyone but me as the breading in my eggplant part was very salty. The pasta with it was good.
Ryan was a great server, food was primo!!! We luv Bravo.
