   Service from server Sharon was excellent. We did wait quite a long time for the food to come from the kitchen. We were told they were behind because "... a lot of people were ordering pasta due to the Pittsburgh Marathon being the next day". It is unclear to me how this explanation would apply to our visit whatsoever. No need to create absurd excuses, a simple "the kitchen is backed up" would have sufficed! For our party of four, the food was slightly off as one dish was just warm, another was dry from sitting under the heat lamp too long, with the other 2 dishes just right.

   Hopefully just an off night, as we think Bravo is a good chain and usually offers good service and food. Tonight, everything was slow, pizza was a greasy mess, and nothing was screaming hot when it was served except the soup, which was forgotten completely by our server and brought out when the rest of the food was eaten. It more or less was placed in the lineup where dessert belongs. Bad night. We will give er another try in a couple months, hoping Bravo returns to its usual consistency.

   Went for Sunday “brunch” to celebrate a birthday. Hostess did not offer “brunch” menu. There wasn’t much to the “brunch” menu. It was just okay. The waitress did not offer coffee so we asked for it. When she brought the coffee, no spoons. We felt rushed although the dining room was not even half full. Perhaps due to the current political atmosphere, a shortage of staff, a shortage of service and a shortage of a good menu is all we can expect. Very sad.

   Booked a reservation time and we were seated 30 minutes later.. be sure to factor that into your dining time. Service needs a lot of attention. It took over 30 minutes to get a glass of water that should have been on the table when we sat down. Drink order couldn’t be filled due to a lack of clean wine glasses. We had to ask our waitress multiple times for items we needed. She was very nice and kept apologizing that she was busy. Food was very good. Not sure that I would visit this location in the future.

   Wonderful dinner! Our waitress Shannon was a pleasure and very attentive. I had the pork chops which were delicious and my partner had the lobster and shrimp fettuccine and she stated it also was very good. Good experience!!

   Great restaurant. Warm bread. Had to wait for table despite reservation but wasn’t too long Floors were slightly dirty but food was great and service was also great!

   The mash potatoes were cold, green beans were hard and. Chicken Marsala did not have much flavor. Romano. Chicken salad had to send back because chicken was overcooked. The server worked really hard.

    Arrived around 4:45pm and there was only one other table seated. We were greeted right away and asked for our drink order. Appetizer was delivered 10 mins later, followed by salads and dinner. It was nice that there was enough time in between. The food was hot and flavorful. Our server was very attentive and friendly!! We will be back.
