This experience was a mixed bag. We love this restaurant and the ambience it offers. Our food is generally very good. I was satisfied with my dishes. My wife's dish was fair, and had sat for many minutes before it was picked up from the kitchen. Service is sketchy here. For this evening, our preferred server was not working and that facet of the meal fell apart. A cocktail ordered with a twist of lemon came with olive. As is often the case here, bread took a long time to reach us and requests for butter, black pepper, and grated cheese had to be made as many as three times. Refill of water took a long time. We recognize that a restaurant kitchen is not the same as a professional office, but you cannot have kitchen staff using "the f word" multiple times as occurred on this evening. The fact that this is an open kitchen cannot excuse this. It was overheard not only by us, but by another table of guests who looked at us in distress when the word was uttered. We will return and will hope for the top-notch experience that this restaurant is capable of delivering.
Probably will not come back for a while. I usually don’t write anything but good reviews, but our service was not great. Our server was moody, not friendly at all. We asked a question about a menu item and she was inconvenienced. Food was ok, but a little pricier than what it was worth.

I do not know of any other restaurant that can offer all that my wife and I enjoyed in our Happy Hour meal for the "grand sum" of $28: a vodka martini (which reminded me of those served at the legendary Musso and Frank's Restaurant in Hollywood), a Sangria cocktail, a toasted ravioli appetizer (the highlight of the meal), a cheeseburger with a nice side dish of shoestring french fries, and a chicken/bacon flatbread. Excellent service from Joanna and a warm and gracious welcome from the managers made for a great meal. Bravo has become a favorite place of my wife and me. It is offers so much for so little at every meal in a comfortable and attractive atmosphere!

We have dined at Bravo four times in the past month and this was our best experience: outstanding all around! Our Pasta Bravo, Pasta Woozie, and fried zucchini appetizer were all delicious and all were served piping hot. Service from Joanna was attentive and gracious, and she was a delight. She made quality checks to ensure satisfaction. Server Nancy brought our zucchini appetizer, which the restaurant graciously prepares for us despite it not being on the menu. Nancy welcomed us back and asked if there was anything else she could do for us, which we appreciated. Water refills, which are important to us, were provided perfectly. Bread was delivered not long after we ordered and butter which I requested accompanied it. (The restaurant typically serves only a dipping oil with the focaccia bread).The value Bravo offers is unbeatable and it has great promotions throughout the week as well. On this weekend, in addition to a buy an entree, take another entree home promotion, there was a $10 discount on a $30 or more order. Our meals, including a beer, totaled less than $40 plus gratuity, and we took home two ample meals as well. There are no undesirable tables here in a lovely space which is designed with customer comfort in mind, and there is ambience in abundance. Bravo, Bravo!

The waitress had many tables even at the lower capacity due to the Covid but it seemed that she was pretty well busy and service was not at its best I don’t believe that it’s her fault but I do believe that the Management need to chip in whenever you have one person running around too many tables in order to give excellent service.
The food was mediocre nothing to write home about and I believe that it was overpriced.
I’ve been to Bravos before and always have wonderful service especially down the waterfront in Homestead. This time my review could not have been as great as it normally is.

The manager and host were extremely accomodating to guarantee and outdoor table for our family. We were celebrating our aunt's 72nd birthday and she prefered to eat outdoors for health and safety reasons. This was her first time eating at a restaurant since February! Bravo really made her birthday special, thank you!

The atmosphere, quality of cuisine, and selection at this restaurant are outstanding, which keeps my party coming back. The restaurant offers regular appealing promotions. Although there has on each visit been a quality check from the gracious manager, service overall is simply good, at best, not great, and not matching the other facets of what could be a five-star establishment. This has been our experience with three different servers over three recent visits, something which I refer to as a lack of urgency. There is a consistent problem in receiving warm bread. A chain like Texas Roadhouse has no problem with this, providing a basket of delicious warm rolls and soft butter to every customer as they are seated. My request for butter on this visit was forgotten, perhaps because it took so long to receive bread. Removal of plates, delivery of beverages, and refills lag in part because there are no bussers. We are hoping to eventually find a top-notch, highly attentive server here whom we can request for future visits.

Another delicious meal! We very much enjoyed the focaccia bread, Wedding soup, Pasta Woozie, Rigatoni with Alfredo sauce, and Chicken Parmesan with herb pasta. I love chicken parmigiana, and I would be hard-pressed to name a restaurant with one that is better than Bravo's version. The restaurant is beautiful and the atmosphere is comfortable and appealing. We appreciated the quality check from the gracious manager. It would be helpful if there was a busser. Service was provided by a pleasant individual, but there is no sense of urgency. It took too long for us to be approached after being seated and for the cocktail to arrive. I wish the restaurant still offered the excellent fried zucchini appetizer that was on the menu years ago. That would be a popular dish in this area. This was our second visit in a week and we will be anxious to return.

It had been many years since my wife and I dined here. A 20% off promotion encouraged us to return and we did so on Friday evening, 21 August. We loved our meals! It is the same beautiful and comfortable restaurant that we remember, in a great shopping mall. We were seated a few minutes before our reservation time at a nice table for four. We ordered a margarita, caesar salads, Chicken Parmesan, and Pasta Woozie. Everything was delicious! One of my favorite dishes is chicken parmesan and I order it at many restaurants. I would be hard-pressed to cite a more delicious one than Bravo's. It was tender on the inside, crunchy on the outside, and nicely seasoned. The herb pasta served with it was a perfect accompaniment. The portion sizes satisfied this customer with a large appetite. The herbed bread, served hot, and oil dip took a long time to reach us, but were a lovely touch. We were eventually able to secure a refill as well. Another favorite Italian restaurant serves rolls and bread that are ordinary and not heated: this was a great change. Our server was pleasant. Prices are fair for the quality and quantity of the dishes. The hostess came to our table during the meal to perform a quality check, which we appreciated. If I could make one suggestion, it would be to return to the menu the fried zucchini appetizer that used to be offered. This dish is very popular in the Pittsburgh area, and I loved Bravo's version of it. We cannot wait to return, and we will spread the word! Bravo, Bravo!

Great experience. When we first arrived, it seemed a little sketchy as people were waiting for takeout for over 30 minutes but we were seated right by the time our reservation came and had a positive experience from that point on :)

Four very good friends met up for lunch on a Saturday at BRAVO. The service was great, the food was delicious, and we weren't hurried which allowed us time to catch up with one another. Great atmosphere, and we'll definitely meet there again in the future!

I was very turned off by my Italian wedding soup. I’ve always looked forward to it but this visit was a bust.
I began by stirring the soup and instead of seeing veal meatballs I found chunks of what looked like grilled ground meat. That in itself was disturbing enough but the excuse from the kitchen was that the pot didn’t have any veal balls at the bottom, so some meat was thrown in “so that I would have some meat”. I’m telling you it wasn’t veal and it definitely tasted like grilled ground beef.
I thought it was a poor choice and a deception foisted on a customer.

We really enjoyed spending Valentine's Day with you1 My egg plant parm and my husband's chicken parm were done to perfection and totally enjoyed!! We experienced great sand friendly service on a very busy evening! Our reservation was for 7 pm and we were seated immediately upon arriving.
