Have never had a server so disengaged in her job. We dine here often and the service was very unusual. She talked to another table at least 10 minutes before she came to our table - not at all interested in customer service. Had to ask for everything that usually is served.
We left feeling amazed at how she keeps her job.
Food ok, I had pasta with marinara sauce, I would guess maybe a half a cup of sauce on a large portion of pasta. I ordered the lunch portion which so often do. This was a large portion with very little sauce.
Receipt had no mention of a lunch portion.
Just a disappointing dinner experience all because of a server that really didn’t care.

It was good to be back. A little surprised that their loyalty program wasn't in effect any longer. I don't think that I received an e-mail about that. When I offered my card to the server, she told me that they don't accept them any longer. All communications for specials are by e-mail. I received the information about the special but not about the loyalty program going away. Also had to look up the menu on my phone. Husband wasn't pleased.

We were glad this location is surviving the pandemic. Would like to see some calorie information added to the menu. They use a simplified menu which is understandable.

BRAVO BRAVO !! Our party of 10 was very ready to get together for a nice meal together where we could talk & catch-up. Andy, our server, was terrific. Attentive without hovering, had a sense of humor, talked long enough with all of us. The lobster bisque was full-bodied. Salads were smart -- plenty of anchovies on the Caesar if
you wanted them. Many of us took home left-overs that heated quite admirably.
We appreciated having a private room. We will be back !

Everything is as it should be. We started with Lobster Bisque. It was flavorful and hot as usual. We love the hot Rosemary flavored bread and of course the dip that comes with it. I had the Pork Chop and my husband had the pasta Diabolo w/shrimp. I had the single Grilled Pork Chop it was well done, so a little on the dry side, but was still good. The service was excellent. We were given a free dessert of Lava Chocolate cake as our 50th Anniversary celebration. Everything was very nice and we will certainly go back. BRAVO has been one of our favorite restaurant, and will remain so.
Food was hot and fresh. Chicken was really overcooked. Service was OK and I get they were probably understaffed because of Covid. 5.99 for a very small side salad is ridiculous !!!

Very glad Bravo Mason is back with dining in. We felt very comfortable with substantial distancing between seating locations. The food was as good as ever and service excellent with Candace. We consistently have had great food and service at this location.
Typically, Bravo is very good. However, Bravo needs to get its act together. The waitress did her job very well, but the food could have been better.
Always very good, both the food and the service. Don't miss the Shrimp Napoli appetizer: uniquely delicious!

Good meal for a chain. Had the lobster ravioli which was average in my opinion. The shrimp were extremely small. I had this meal late last year and it was much better.
I would expect much better service for a place like this. The service is slow, waited to long to get a bar drink delivered to the table. I ordered chicken parm, at first I received an alfredo dish, then when my chicken came the cheese was barely melted. Then the check I received was not mine and waited a while to get it rite. I would think with so much competition in the area you would be fighting to make customers come back.

Our entrees were excellent, however, our server was new and rushed to get our dinners on the table. Usually we like to linger over our drinks before eating but not so this time. She was very agreeable and we liked our table away from the main part of the dining room. Bravo still remains our favorite in the Mason area because the food if always delicious.
I don't know what happened on Saturday night. We go to Bravo pretty often and we have never had the kind of service like this. We had to ask for someone to take our order and then we waited a long time to get our food. When it came, it was wrong. We ordered a large portion of their salad with the parmesan dressing with grilled chicken. The salads we got were totally wrong. Not only did we get the wrong salad but we also got a side salad portion. We had to wait again for our food. We were comped for one salad.
This was the first time eating here. We made reservations and were seated early. Appetizers came out super fast. The rest of the meal was spaced out well. There was no rush to get through one course to the other. The portions we perfect, no huge portions. The Chefs came by our table at the end of our meal, it was very nice to talk with them, very energetic and polite. I would like to have one closer to
The service was phenomenal. We were a large party of 12. They were very accommodating and the food was amazing. I highly recommend!

I have been dining at various Bravo's for about (10) years and unfortunately my experience at this location was the worst. I even called talked to the manager the next day who promised to call me back to further discuss and never did.
