As usual, the food was outstanding. We understood that business was off, but the service could have been just a little quicker.
92nd Birthday celebration. Almost had the whole place to ourselves. Monday night plus the Corona Virus freakout.
I guess. Food and service were great! Thanks for bringing back the chicken spinach flatbread appetizer!
Service was a little slow. Food was fantastic! Definitely be back!
Took my two elderly parents out to dinner. The staff was extremely helpful in helping us get seated. They were extremely patient and attentive throughout the meal. Ian did a wonderful job serving us.
We had Book Club that night. 11 ladies.
Everyone enjoyed! Thank you
Service was exceptional. The salmon salad and mushroom soup were both quite tasty. The pasta wth chicken and the chopped salad were also quite good. We will return!
Waiter was inattentive. Didn’t bring the correct amount of wine. When told about the error it took too long for it to be corrected. The manager did however give us a discount.
Much better on the bar orders this time! Only negative was table was not close to front door for fragile parents. But no wait! Food was great as always!
Great kids menu!
Sam was an excellent server.
We had 9 people but food was good and service great.
Overall good but was upset when my order was messed up and delayed. My guest wanted to wait which made it even worse.
But call first to make sure they are fully staff. Otherwise I disagree with a waitress had 2 parties of 16 by herself. I had to address it politely and manger explained 3 ppl walked out. The compassionate person I am I helped and the manager made sure we was checked on and discounted us. Overall I am thankful.
If this was my first time here I wouldn’t be back. Had an 8:30 reservation and they were 45 minutes behind. When I asked about being seated the hostess informed me they were seating 8:00 reservations, it was 8:45. When I acted surprised she stated it wasn’t her fault. I don’t care who’s fault it is because I guarantee it’s not mine. Table cloths were dirty and the paper they lay over them did nothing to hide it. Bread and oil starter was delicious as always. Lettuce in the salad was limp and aging. Zucchini appetizer was very oily and had a burnt taste. Food sat under heat lamps long enough the pasta started to get crunchy. The building is starting to really show wear and lack of maintenance. Not sure we will return. Could’ve eaten at Fazolis and would have been just as satisfied for 1/3 of the cost.
Service was unusually slow this visit, but the food was excellent!
Evening was great! Waiter was a know it all about Bourbon vs. whiskey and was very adamant about proving his alleged knowledge and point to a fault. Turned off my guest and me.
This place is good for ANY occasion! Amazing food makes all events special, I always go for the seasonal deserts and they never disappoint!!!
We ordered drinks at the bar, while waiting for the table, and did not get them. They were going to bring them to the table, and we canceled them for lasting so much. We ordered wine with the meal. The service at the table was very kind and complete. We had a good experience.
We had a great time at Bravo. The food was delicious and our server was great. Will definitely return!
The restaurant was clearly slammed but the service was great and the food was amazing. As an added bonus the sangria was the best I’ve ever had!
Waiter was great. Very attentive and kind despite being very busy. Food was delicious!
The food was good.We had to wait quite awhile on our appetizer, but it was Valentines Day,so I understand they were very busy.
Our first dining experience here. Food was delicious. Started with spinach artichoke dip. Prefer chips instead of soft bread and $10.99 was a bit pricey but otherwise it was good. Lobster bisque was delicious. Wife had Lasagna (very good and large portion) and I had the shrimp and lobster fettucine (also delicious and well portioned). Service was more than adequate as it was Valentines Day. Server kept apologizing for what he considered delayed service but we were completely ok with it. Overall, we would eat there again.
Really good food & service, but was really loud. Hostess & waiter apologized in advance for a longer than normal wait for food but could not tell me what amount of time that meant.
We were able to get in, eat and leave in a very reasonable amount of time but they needed to be able to explain what they meant by the delay as we had another appointment we needed to make .. and did.
Bravo's never fails, it's always excellent. Every item on the menu is delicious, we've tried them all.
My 39th anniversary, sons 29th birthday and valentines
Phenomenal food and great service! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!
Food was bland and terrible
The food and service was exceptional. The noise was incredibly loud and made conversations difficult. My biggest complaint however is that apparently reservations mean nothing. We had to wait 15 minutes after our confirmed reservation time for a table. Last time was a 20 minute wait. It’s starting to become not worth coming.
We had a Great time! Stephen O was our server and he was outstanding! The kitchen gave us the wrong side, but he corrected the issue before we even said anything. He was very accommodating with all of our requests. The food was delicious! We will definitely be back!
Our food was delicious, as it most always is, but the entire experience was less than satisfactory due to the inattention of our waiter. Upon being seated I slipped out to the bathroom. While I was gone from the table the waiter came and refused to take my husband's order for a cocktail for me because I wasn't present. My husband is 69 years old !! After he came to take our food orders he said he would bring bread which we had to ask for again 10 minutes or more later, after we watched him bring a table seated after us their bread. Our entrees were unusually slow in coming out so we asked for more bread for our meal and he never brought that. When we brought this to his attention he was very flip and said he didn't multitask well. No joke!!! BRAVO is always a great place to go but even on what seemed like a slow night this guy make it less than satisfactory.
Great service and great food
Great time. Loved having a round table with 5 of us. So easy to visit.
Food came too fast after we got our salads though.
Service a little slow and very busy and all else was great
The food was great, however our server was rude, short and dismissive the entire evening. I’m not sure what her problem was, however it was painfully obviously she did not want to be serving us. She rushed us through each course, after taking forever to take our appetizer and entree orders. It also felt very personal for some reason. It left an extremely uncomfortable feeling for both of us and ensures we will not be returning to this restaurant.
Food was excellent! Very accommodating when 2 additional friends joined us!!!
The salmon salad was wonderful! The minestrone soup was good, too!
We are in Louisville from out of town. The food was the worst we have had in recent memory. Nothing was fresh. It all seemed as if it had been frozen and poorly heated/prepared. The chicken of the Chicken Parmesan was like a hockey puck and the marinara totally out of balance. The grilled asparagus was limp and flavorless. The margarita pizza was 80s school lunch style... We will never ever return. Don’t waste your night out or your money.
Very Reasonable, Nice Atmosphere and Delicious Food. Service was Very Good
