Hannah great waitress
We are happy to receive such lovely feedback about Hannah Team member. Thank you for dining with us and we hope you visit us again soon.
Service was very slow--our water glasses weren't refilled in a reasonable amount of time and our entrees took 30 minutes to come out.
Hi Evan, We apologize for the longer than expected wait time. The management team has been made aware of your comments for improvement in our service and expediency.
I'm excited that Bravo is back in business. It seems like they're having a little trouble getting back in the swing of things, but the food was good. Our server was new, but very personable and enthusiastic.
We appreciate your loyalty & patronage. We hope to continue serving you and look forward to seeing you at your nearest Bravo! Italian Kitchen soon.
Nice to be able to dine-in after so many months!
Thank you for choosing to dine with us at Bravo! Italian Kitchen. We're glad to hear you enjoyed your meal and hope to serve you again soon.
So glad to see one of our favorite restaurants has reopened for dining in!
Our server was excellent. Very attentive. This is our favorite Italian Restaurant in Louisville. So glad the dining room is reopened after such a long Covid closure.
Food was excellent. I had the Pork Chops and my wife had her favorite, the Chicken Marsala. We also tried the Flatbread appetizer. It was delicious! I highly recommend.
Service was slow; had to keep asking for bread
First time back since Covid... so glad to see Bravo’s has survived! We had our old standby caprese salad which was good, but could use some more balsamic glaze. My husband got the pepperoni pizza & I had chicken Marsala with green beans & mashed potatoes. I love their Marsala sauce. Service from Stephen was very good too.
Soup was cold, otherwise good.
As usual, the food was outstanding. We understood that business was off, but the service could have been just a little quicker.
92nd Birthday celebration. Almost had the whole place to ourselves. Monday night plus the Corona Virus freakout.
I guess. Food and service were great! Thanks for bringing back the chicken spinach flatbread appetizer!
Service was a little slow. Food was fantastic! Definitely be back!
Took my two elderly parents out to dinner. The staff was extremely helpful in helping us get seated. They were extremely patient and attentive throughout the meal. Ian did a wonderful job serving us.
We had Book Club that night. 11 ladies.
Everyone enjoyed! Thank you
Service was exceptional. The salmon salad and mushroom soup were both quite tasty. The pasta wth chicken and the chopped salad were also quite good. We will return!
Waiter was inattentive. Didn’t bring the correct amount of wine. When told about the error it took too long for it to be corrected. The manager did however give us a discount.
Much better on the bar orders this time! Only negative was table was not close to front door for fragile parents. But no wait! Food was great as always!
Great kids menu!
Sam was an excellent server.
We had 9 people but food was good and service great.
Overall good but was upset when my order was messed up and delayed. My guest wanted to wait which made it even worse.
But call first to make sure they are fully staff. Otherwise I disagree with a waitress had 2 parties of 16 by herself. I had to address it politely and manger explained 3 ppl walked out. The compassionate person I am I helped and the manager made sure we was checked on and discounted us. Overall I am thankful.
If this was my first time here I wouldn’t be back. Had an 8:30 reservation and they were 45 minutes behind. When I asked about being seated the hostess informed me they were seating 8:00 reservations, it was 8:45. When I acted surprised she stated it wasn’t her fault. I don’t care who’s fault it is because I guarantee it’s not mine. Table cloths were dirty and the paper they lay over them did nothing to hide it. Bread and oil starter was delicious as always. Lettuce in the salad was limp and aging. Zucchini appetizer was very oily and had a burnt taste. Food sat under heat lamps long enough the pasta started to get crunchy. The building is starting to really show wear and lack of maintenance. Not sure we will return. Could’ve eaten at Fazolis and would have been just as satisfied for 1/3 of the cost.
Service was unusually slow this visit, but the food was excellent!
Evening was great! Waiter was a know it all about Bourbon vs. whiskey and was very adamant about proving his alleged knowledge and point to a fault. Turned off my guest and me.
This place is good for ANY occasion! Amazing food makes all events special, I always go for the seasonal deserts and they never disappoint!!!
We ordered drinks at the bar, while waiting for the table, and did not get them. They were going to bring them to the table, and we canceled them for lasting so much. We ordered wine with the meal. The service at the table was very kind and complete. We had a good experience.
We had a great time at Bravo. The food was delicious and our server was great. Will definitely return!
The restaurant was clearly slammed but the service was great and the food was amazing. As an added bonus the sangria was the best I’ve ever had!
Waiter was great. Very attentive and kind despite being very busy. Food was delicious!
The food was good.We had to wait quite awhile on our appetizer, but it was Valentines Day,so I understand they were very busy.
Our first dining experience here. Food was delicious. Started with spinach artichoke dip. Prefer chips instead of soft bread and $10.99 was a bit pricey but otherwise it was good. Lobster bisque was delicious. Wife had Lasagna (very good and large portion) and I had the shrimp and lobster fettucine (also delicious and well portioned). Service was more than adequate as it was Valentines Day. Server kept apologizing for what he considered delayed service but we were completely ok with it. Overall, we would eat there again.
Really good food & service, but was really loud. Hostess & waiter apologized in advance for a longer than normal wait for food but could not tell me what amount of time that meant.
We were able to get in, eat and leave in a very reasonable amount of time but they needed to be able to explain what they meant by the delay as we had another appointment we needed to make .. and did.
Bravo's never fails, it's always excellent. Every item on the menu is delicious, we've tried them all.
Highly recommended
My 39th anniversary, sons 29th birthday and valentines
Phenomenal food and great service! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!
Food was bland and terrible
The food and service was exceptional. The noise was incredibly loud and made conversations difficult. My biggest complaint however is that apparently reservations mean nothing. We had to wait 15 minutes after our confirmed reservation time for a table. Last time was a 20 minute wait. It’s starting to become not worth coming.
Loved it!!
