   Went for Mother’s Day dinner, made a reservation, and took a while to seat us. We were unfortunately sat at the front, and the table that we were sat at had sticky residue from previous guest(s). We did not receive napkins, and we waited over an hour and a half for our 5 entrees. The entrees were cold and unfortunately undercooked. First time here, and unfortunately probably the last.

   Was seated and immediately provided drinks, but then took 25 minutes before a Server came to our table - who happened to be different from the original server. Was told that appetizers and dinner would all be brought at the same time because they were too busy and submitting separately would cause even more delay. Was told they were too busy because of Mother's Day - the whole reason we reserved a table. You would think that they would adjust staff to accommodate special Holidays. Tables to either side of us ordered, were served appetizers early, and received their food before us. Lengthy delay for our orders to arrive, but only 3 out of the 4. Waited another 10 minutes for 4th order to arrive. While waiting for our entrees to arrive, we asked for more bread, and was told the kitchen was too far behind and they couldn't accommodate - bringing only after our entrees were served. Refills on drinks took forever to arrive and we were told the lemonade didn't receive free refills. Not necessarily an issue, but with all the other poor service it made us feel unappreciated as guests. Finally, the quality of the food was poor. My wife took one bite of their Alfredo and literally couldn't take a second bite as it was simply awful. the other dinners at $40 apiece were simply "meh". I'll never return to a Bravo Italian Kitchen again.

   Our party of 12 came to celebrate Mother’s Day. Reservation was for 1:00 planning to have brunch which was available until 3:00 as advertised. Waiter informed us that they had decided to not offer the brunch menu after 1:00 today being Mother’s Day. So disappointing!!! We probably would have gone somewhere else if we had known bc we wanted brunch but of course it’s too late by then. So disappointed!

   The food was good but the service was really slow. It wasn’t really crowded, but our waitress didn’t seem to have it together as far as making sure our drinks were filled and we waited a long time for boxes. Our food took almost 40 minutes to arrive also.

   this was our first time here and the restaurant was busy and very attractive nice clean look. The service was quick and pleasant. My wife ordered the chop salad and it was good she said and I had the Caesar salad, but it was just lettuce so I had them bring me some dressing on the side. The chicken piccata that my wife ordered was good and I ordered spaghetti with Bolognese sauce and the top was beautiful plenty of sauce, but after the top layer, there wasn’t much sauce at all, kind of dry

   We both ordered the salmon salad. I asked for the salmon to be cooked medium rare - it was medium. I substituted the sweet potato cubes for the shoestring potatoes and they were undercooked. The wedding soup was excellent. Service was prompt. All of their prices were increased by at least one dollar in the past week or so; they are still, except for the desserts, somewhat reasonable.

   Everything was great again tonight. They were super busy but we got great service and great food. Love that they still have Caymus Suisan. Charle was great and made sure we were taken care of.

   Bravo was unexpectedly busy. We were both looking forward to the salmon salad but were told they were out of salmon. We both order pasta and my companion had numerous dietary issues. Our server, Jennifer, addressed every one with real professionalism, including such things as anticipating a problem with the dressing that came with our house salad. Her outstanding service made the meal enjoyable. We couldn't end the meal without tiramisu, which was great, as always.

    It was a shame that our server was overstretched with many tables. I had to ask repeatedly to have a separate plate of oil, I had asked twice for fresh bread. Ours was hard and cold when it was delivered, I asked three or four times for a box for my food to go, our guest asked two times for a diet Pepsi and couldn’t get it.  we had to ask another server for that also. It’s a shame that this restaurant had great food, but due to bad servers or lack of them, I won’t be returning.  I could not sit through all that aggravation again just to have a good meal. I don’t know if our gentleman server who is very tall, soft spoken, African-American was training the gal behind him, or if she was in training with him. He definitely didn’t like to raise his voice. We could never hear him. When he was attentive, everything was great. I just feel that he was placed on too many tables and not able to serve each table accurately.  PS the restaurant was not full just in our section.
