   They are very understaffed. I completely understand staffing but they also had a wedding party and a packed sat with one bartender. We were there well over 2 hours. Food was cold. Our waiter was nice but probably waiting on half the restaurant.

   Wonderful dinner spot. Nice atmosphere and great portions. Service was prompt and courteous. Recommend for any occasion. Very capable of hosting large groups or intimate couples.

   Food was decent but service was very slow and we were never asked or brought drink refills the entire time we were there. While I understand that many places are still short-staffed, basic customer service should not suffer.

   My first-time dining at BIK, I was expecting a little 'more', in atmosphere and unique Italian dishes. Loved that you have a 'corking fee' policy so I could bring my own wine - thank you! Food was VERY Tasty. However, my appetizer (bowl of soup) and entree (spaghetti with meatballs) came at almost the same time. Overall, a good evening, but just not sure if I would recommend or return. Thanks for this experience though.

   We had to wait 20 minutes to be seated even with a 5:00 reservation. Then we had to wait 15 minutes at our table before we got menus or were acknowledged. They were clearly understaffed. But once our waiter arrived, everything was rxcellent, both service and food

   Reservation for 10 at 3:30 on Sunday for a birthday celebration. At this point, restaurant was not very busy. Took almost 40 minutes to get beverages. The meals that did come out, came out sporadically - hubby’s chicken Marsala came out 10 minutes after 5 other meals came. By 5:30, two of our party had still not received their meals (chicken Alfredo!), and everyone else was long done with their dinners. Food quality was below average - felt like half of the meals had been waiting in the window for awhile (plates scalding hot, food dry and old looking). Member of our party spoke with manager, with basically zero response. $220 for just my 5 people. Multiple other tables were noted to also complain about food/service issues. Will never. Ever. Go back. Just an awful experience. If there had been any apologies from management, I think that I would feel a little differently, and probably not have posted, but the full morale at the place was so bad, my guess is that everyone has just stopped caring. It’s a bummer, because we have hosted a couple of dinners at another Bravo location (Rochester Hills) with infinitely better experiences than this one.

    Your Valentines Dinner for 2 was a great price, for what you offered salad, entree plus dessert , was unbelievable. We had Caesar salads, the Lobster Shrimp Fettuccine and we shared the Carmel cheese cake for dessert. Salads were great the entrees were out of this world great portions delicious sauce noodles superb served HOT, cheese cake fantastic portion big enough for 2 people. Wait Staff excellent as always professional courteous and friendly helpful etc. etc. We’ve been loyal customers at BRAVO’s of Livonia for many many years and will continue to dine out there and also recommend this location to all our friends and relatives. GREAT JOB & a BIG THANK YOU from Mike & Dee

    Nice place with nice people. Our server, Nicole, was very friendly, efficient, and attentive. The food, while not bad at all, was ravingly average. In other words, rather ordinary…meh…nothing special, etc. My wife had the Chicken Marsala and said it was good, not great. My Shrimp Scampi was a semi-disappointment: A few miniature shrimp with little chunks of tomatoes on top of pasta but overly laden with a thin, soupy-like “sauce” which seemed to overpower the other ingredients. Still, we had a pleasant time there.

    Charles made our annual birthday lunch extra-special! From finding a bottle of our favorite wine, to jazzing up our gelato for dessert (chocolate AND strawberries? Yes, please!), Charles made it clear he wanted our experience to be special. Can’t wait to go back!

    We both had the Salmon salad which is really good and a really good sized. We also ordered a bottle of Meiomi Pinot Noir. It was a bit busy but our waiter was wonderful and took really good care of us. We didn't sit in the bar area but Bravo has a wonderful Happy Hour 3p-7p Mon- Fri (first come first serve).

    Once again not enough staff to handle the crowd. Never had are plates cleared from table but not Sam's fault, she was slammed with too many tables. Also, price keeps going up, 4 people $150 with no drink's way to expensive.

    Overall a nice visit. Have been to this restaurant a few times and remain pleased. Had Chicken Parm and it was very good, but on the pricier side of the menu for just chicken and noodles, but I wasn't looking for a cheap experience. Not sure what their salads look like as I passed on adding one to my entree because it was a pricey add. Other than that, my friend and I enjoyed our visit.
