    The restaurant had a festive vibe. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was great and the service was quick. Great place to go for a fun meal. Only wish they had pasta with white wine as a base vs all tomato and Alfredo base sauce.

    Took my nephew here for a late Birthday dinner and our server was so great she really made our experience awesome. The food was delicious and good portions. So for a party of 6 they do not automatically charge gratuity and guess what…she got 25% from us because of that..when we have the discretion the servers make more! Anyways the service, food, noise level was all great. We will come back next time we are in town.

    Jimmy, our waiter is always great. This is the first time that the food was TERRIBLE. My wife's steak was OVER WELL DONE! The mashed potatoes were cold. My food was lukewarm. This is not the Bravo that usually dine.

    We scheduled a business meeting here. It was part meeting part interview. We were looking for a place that was reasonably quiet and accommodating for a private conversation with appropriate menu options. Bravo fit the bill and delivered. One of our party had not been to a Bravo before and he was very impressed. Three individuals tried various pasta selections and one went for a entree salad with chicken. All were very tasty. The service was very professional as well.

    On our way to Bravo, I called to see if they do their happy hour on Sundays - the woman who answered the phone told me yes. However, when we got there, I was told by a different worker that the answer was no. Placed our orders (four of us). I said NO CHEESE on my entree. My husband ordered the same thing, and he told the waitress he did want cheese. As a first course, my husband ordered soup, while myself and the other couple ordered salads. The waitress brought out my husband’s salad and the other wife’s salad and said that she’d be back with ours - except she didn’t come back. So for more than 10 minutes we all awkwardly sat there. My husband hailed another staff member to track down our waitress to see where our remaining salads were. When she brought them, she said the hold up was the bacon on the other person’s salad - well here’s a novel idea - wait for the bacon to be done before bringing anything out! When my entree came, it had cheese on it and in it - it looked like they realized after the fact that there was supposed to be no cheese and tried scraping it off. I hate cheese, but what if I had an actual allergy? Kind of scary to think about. At that point, I doused the dish with salt and pepper, choked down a small amount, and now my husband has a lunch to eat at home. Something that happened between our first and second courses - I accidentally knocked over my full wine glass of sangria, breaking the glass into many pieces that went all over the table and onto the booth seat. I was wet, my phone was wet, my fabric purse was wet. Instead of moving us to another booth or table - it was Sunday night and the place was 3/4 empty - she kept us there and picked up as many of the pieces that she could, then partially wiped down the table. We had to ask her to come back and wipe the rest. She did offer to replace all of our waters, but not my sangria or our silverware and napkins. Entrees came, no silverware to eat with - took a bit to get.

    My husband ordered Pasta Bravo and there wasn’t very much chicken with it so he was disappointed. My Chicken Parmesan had plenty of chicken so he was very jealous about that. We did the two for $35 deal and they were out of cannolis so we had the crème brûlée and the caramel cheesecake. I don’t like that they serve the cheesecake upside down because it’s hard to break off a piece to eat when you have to go through a hard crust. Makes no sense. It smashes the cheesecake. Tasted good though.

    Everything was great! Not too busy for Father's Day. Host was very nice and sat us by the window since no booths were available. Our server Amy was attentive and made good suggestions. The food was very good and served in a timely manner! Definitely worth the hour and half drive.

    There was a bit of an issue with our server. We paid with 2 gift cards (they were digital, so they were printed out and there was one on each side of the paper). The server didn’t check the other side and only applied one, which was a simple mistake and completely fine. We explained that there was a second gift card, so she went to apply it. Now what wasn’t fine was when she had a bit of attitude when she came back with the revised check, roughly placed (almost slammed) the check down onto the table, and said that we should have mentioned that there was a gift card on each side while running off immediately. We noticed that there wasn’t a line to add a tip, so we had to wait for her to come back. It was about an hour or so until closing, so there weren’t many other customers there, but it ended up taking over 20 minutes for her to come over to us. During the 20 minute wait for her to come over, we saw her a few times gesturing at us while talking to her coworkers. We don’t know what she was saying, but we think that she thought we wouldn’t tip her, so she probably wasn’t saying anything nice. However, when she did finally come over, we explained the issue with the tip line, she said to just write the tip anywhere, and we still gave a 20% tip anyway (actually 22.6% of the after tax total) since she might just have been having a bad day. Regardless, she shouldn’t speak and act that way to customers over a simple misunderstanding. I understand doing so if we were unruly, but we weren’t. We spoke nicely to her the entire time we were there.

    Took my mother there with my sisters for a Mother’s Day outing and we all had a great experience. The service was fast which was perfect because we had a show to catch. GET THE CHEESECAKE! TOTALLY worth the extra calories.

    Had a great Mothers Day dinner with our extended family. It seemed as though they were slightly overwhelmed at first when we checked in and were behind reservation times but within about 10-15 mins a manger and hostesses were clearing tables and seating many people. Food & service were really good especially since we haven’t been here in years. (so long I didn’t realize side salads are not included in any of the meals) Staff was really killing it though - watching them all do their thing was pretty impressive! We’ll be back for sure.

    I took my wife here for Mother’s Day. We had a reservation, but it took an extra 15 minutes, which was expected given the day. The food was good, service took a little bit longer than usual, but again it was very busy. Good service for the super busy day.

    Service was great with Amy our server. It was Mother’s Day and the restaurant was way too crowded. Too many people jammed into sections. Servers could not get through with their items with out telling people to move up or move over. There was a table of 15 people . That’s way too many on Mother’s Day. That group took up a whole area and even needed folding chairs as there were so many people. Large groups like that should not be allowed on special occasions

    Our waiter was outstanding. Our party of 8 was always taken care of and our food was hot, prompt, and delicious. Although the dining room is one large area, we were tucked off to one section where we could have a bit of privacy for my son's 40th birthday party. We were seated immediately at our reservation time. The restaurant was packed, but one might have thought we were the only group there, due to the fine service we received.

    Party of 4 foodies, out to enjoy some Italian comfort food and good wine, plus a fav cocktail. The cocktails and wine were great selections, the bolognese was outstanding, the seafood pasta selections just a little lacking, scant amounts of selected seafoods and linguine not quite al dente. The desserts - warm chocolate cake and crème brûlée perfect endings. We’ll be back!

    The restaurant itself was visually appealing and the service was good. The bread service was delicious but that’s the only positives. The women’s bathroom had many stalls without toilet paper and the food…. The chicken with the chicken parmesan was great. Tender with a delicious flavor. The dish overall was bland because they did not put enough sauce on it. It would have been a really good dish with an appropriate amount of sauce. My 3 adult children all had fettuccine Alfredo. The pasta again was very dry and hard. Definitely not what you would expect. Very disappointing visit.
