   We went for Mother’s Day with a reservation and the atmosphere and wait staff were good, slightly overwhelmed with a larger crowed. The wait time for the food was about 45 minutes. 2 out of 3 dishes were good (shrimp scami and chicken Marsalis) 1 wasn’t good (chicken scaloppine).

   They seemed disorganized as far as seating, but once seated, we had excellent service. Food was a bit slow to come out but waiter communicated delay to us. Food was very good as were drinks.

   Great service and excellent food. Servers were on point and really made sure we felt comfortable. 10/10

   Manager did nothing while cooks from the back had to wait tables. The cook was a great waitress. And the food was awesome!!!

   I can't actually rate the food, because we never received any. My husband and I had a 7:30 dinner reservation. There was a bit of a wait at the host stand because the poor girl serving as hostess was working solo. She was checking people in, running carryout orders, clearing and setting tables. Alone, on a Saturday night. We were shown to a table and given menus. From there we were ignored entirely. By 8pm we had not been acknowledged by any server, let alone ordered drinks or food. 30 minutes without even a greeting was long enough. There were empty tables, it wasn't overly busy. No excuse for not even being approached. We left and went to another restaurant. It was a very disappointing experience. The restaurant is described as "upscale casual". There is nothing upscale about it.

    Bravo is one of our "go to" restaurants because it offers good food at a reasonable price, honors reservations and generally provides a pleasant dining experience. However, our latest visit was not enjoyable. We were seated promptly and were able to submit our food order in a timely fashion. We then waited 45 minutes for our food to arrive. Once the food arrived, it was obvious that the preparation was rushed and the end result was a below par entree. The staff acknowledged that the wait time was excessive but only offered "prom night" as an explanation. We'll give these folks another chance but a repeat experience like the last one and we will move on to another option that is more reliable.
