   Great service and excellent food. Servers were on point and really made sure we felt comfortable. 10/10

   Employees were very attentive. Nice, quiet atmosphere. Food was a bit pricey, but good

   I can't actually rate the food, because we never received any. My husband and I had a 7:30 dinner reservation. There was a bit of a wait at the host stand because the poor girl serving as hostess was working solo. She was checking people in, running carryout orders, clearing and setting tables. Alone, on a Saturday night. We were shown to a table and given menus. From there we were ignored entirely. By 8pm we had not been acknowledged by any server, let alone ordered drinks or food. 30 minutes without even a greeting was long enough. There were empty tables, it wasn't overly busy. No excuse for not even being approached. We left and went to another restaurant. It was a very disappointing experience. The restaurant is described as "upscale casual". There is nothing upscale about it.

   Bravo is one of our "go to" restaurants because it offers good food at a reasonable price, honors reservations and generally provides a pleasant dining experience. However, our latest visit was not enjoyable. We were seated promptly and were able to submit our food order in a timely fashion. We then waited 45 minutes for our food to arrive. Once the food arrived, it was obvious that the preparation was rushed and the end result was a below par entree. The staff acknowledged that the wait time was excessive but only offered "prom night" as an explanation. We'll give these folks another chance but a repeat experience like the last one and we will move on to another option that is more reliable.

   We had a great dinner. Service was outstanding, food was excellent. We will go back and recommend the Knoxville Bravo.

   We had a really nice waiter, can’t remember his name, and the place was fairly quiet with light chatter that night. The food was okay, just very bland. We loved the bread & dipping oil they served and that honestly really saved the dinner for us, and our crème brûlée.

   Excellent service, delicious pasta, timely seating and food prep, no issues whatsoever.

    Food was decent tasting but my food was not hot. It was luke warm with a few patches of really hot noodles. Overall, nearly cold except for those handful of random noodles. It felt like it was sitting in a pot for quite some time. My husband's food was fine. We got some "fresh baked bread right out of the oven" and it was cold in the middle. Definitely sounds like quality control was off. We were brought our food out by a back of house manager who was in a green hoodie sweatshirt and jeans. Didn't look professional for a manager. She also never offered us cheese and walked away so we had to wave our waiter back down minutes later since he was busy with other tables. We came there for the chocolate chip bread pudding dessert. I'm obsessed with bread pudding. When we ordered it we were told they were all out. We asked about the cheesecake. I looked at a pic online for online ordering from your page. It looked big and lovely. I asked if it was a NY style cheesecake (cause I can't eat other kinds). I was told yes. It came out. Was HALF the size the picture showed and was brown, not ivory. It tasted like burnt sugar. I couldn't even eat more than a bite of it. The server was good and took it off the bill, but obviously it's not the same item you have in your photos and he didn't know what NY cheesecake is. I feel like each time we go it gets worse. I'm not sure we'll be back.
