    We’ve dined here often and this time, we walked out without eating, after sitting in our booth for a very long time unattended. We were warned by the hostess it was a busy night when she sat us. We could see the many plates of prepared food done and waiting to be served all along the prep area! Seeing this was our red flag to leave. The front reception area and floor needs a good cleaning, too. The place looked dirty and so was our booth and table. Disappointing for a restaurant that has always been one of our favorites. Someone needs to rescue it.

    Do not go to Bravo on National Lasagna Day. The lasagna was sold out and we were grudgingly offered a substitute but only when pressed; no bread (first we were told it would be 5 minutes, then mysteriously it was all out); no drink refills; waited at table 15 minutes for server who then disappeared for another long stretch later; server would not let us use $20 off coupon since it was Nat'l Lasagna Day even though we couldn't get the lasanga (!); server vaguely apologized numerous times but wouldn't do anything to make the experience passable; we left without even mentioning it was a birthday celebration as there was no point. We're loyal, longtime customers but it was a very bad experience.

    Salmon was good, lobster bisque was not flavorful, nice place. If you order Lasagna read the description as it is smothered in Alfredo sauce. More menu choices in the past.

    When we arrived at the restaurant it had a horrible sewer odor. The waiter told us the sewer lines were backed up. Once we could get past the smell the experience was good.

    Sunday evening is a great time to eat at Bravo! It is quiet and not overly busy meaning the service is quick and laid back. We enjoyed a fine dinner.

    Service was horrible. Bartender was waiting tables in bar and doing poor job as trying to take care of bar as well. This place unfortunately has really gone down hill service wise. Food was OK though. Will not be back for awhile, if ever, not the first time we had such terrible service here.

    We ate with all of our family for Mother’s Day at Bravo. The ceiling was leaking above our table,the waitress never came back to fill our glasses or give us bread and we had to ask the hostess. The food was really bland and didn’t get a lot of sauce on our food. A lot if the food seemed bland. My wife and I really enjoyed eating here in the past, but this place has gone downhill. I would not recommend at this time.

    Nice place a good meal, great service, and good value. Despite the large capacity and many other diners nearby, I enjoyed sitting and conversing comfortably with the dining party without background noise being a problem. I had Mother's Day lunch with Mom, who normally has difficulty hearing and being heard in a public space, especially a busy restaurant, but not an issue here- great environment. Bright, well-lit, busy, but not overwhelming.

    Went for a mother's day lunch. No reservation would have been needed as we were a few weeks before the actual day and plenty of empty seats. Restaurant was very cold and a lingering smell of sewer gas which can happen anywhere so I don't blame them but a little off putting. The food was good but some was a little undercooked - pizza, green beans. The chicken marsala was tasty. Service was good. Love the ciabatta bread.

    We arrived to be seated at a very small table. There were 4 of us. There was not enough space to eat and they had open booths and we had a reservation. Server came over total of 3 times: took our drink order, our food order and gave us the bill. My sons meal was ordered from adult menu and they brought in a child portion when I asked about it they said they’ll look into it, yet no one returned. Including our server. Oh but they charged us for adult portion of the meal. Bathroom smelled like sewage and while escorting my 9 year old into the bathroom, a manger cut the line and went first. No apologies but a weird look our way wondering if we are stupid or something. Overall worst experience ever. Oh and it was my bday dinner

    Went to Bravo for Easter Brunch. Wasn’t too crowded and wasn’t too noisy. Went we were walking out folks were waiting to be seated so it was nice to have our reservation through Open Table.

    We had been to Bravo in the past. Experience was good. Not this time. Our server was friendly but a bit quirky. Took our orders promptly. We had to ask for water for three of our party three times. Food was below average. Chicken for two of the dishes was overcooked and chewy. I had the Romano crusted chicken salad with the overcooked chicken. Dressing was very bland with little flavor. Food was served in a prompt manner. I gave our server a 20% tip as I always appreciate their efforts. However, we won’t be back.

    The pasta was some of the best pasta I’ve ever had. It was fresh pasta and the Alfredo sauce was amazing. Our waiter was so nice and funny and we enjoyed our experience. 10/10 will definitely eat here again.
