   We ate with all of our family for Mother’s Day at Bravo. The ceiling was leaking above our table,the waitress never came back to fill our glasses or give us bread and we had to ask the hostess. The food was really bland and didn’t get a lot of sauce on our food. A lot if the food seemed bland. My wife and I really enjoyed eating here in the past, but this place has gone downhill. I would not recommend at this time.

   Nice place a good meal, great service, and good value. Despite the large capacity and many other diners nearby, I enjoyed sitting and conversing comfortably with the dining party without background noise being a problem. I had Mother's Day lunch with Mom, who normally has difficulty hearing and being heard in a public space, especially a busy restaurant, but not an issue here- great environment. Bright, well-lit, busy, but not overwhelming.

    Went for a mother's day lunch. No reservation would have been needed as we were a few weeks before the actual day and plenty of empty seats. Restaurant was very cold and a lingering smell of sewer gas which can happen anywhere so I don't blame them but a little off putting. The food was good but some was a little undercooked - pizza, green beans. The chicken marsala was tasty. Service was good. Love the ciabatta bread.

    We arrived to be seated at a very small table. There were 4 of us. There was not enough space to eat and they had open booths and we had a reservation. Server came over total of 3 times: took our drink order, our food order and gave us the bill. My sons meal was ordered from adult menu and they brought in a child portion when I asked about it they said they’ll look into it, yet no one returned. Including our server. Oh but they charged us for adult portion of the meal. Bathroom smelled like sewage and while escorting my 9 year old into the bathroom, a manger cut the line and went first. No apologies but a weird look our way wondering if we are stupid or something. Overall worst experience ever. Oh and it was my bday dinner

    Went to Bravo for Easter Brunch. Wasn’t too crowded and wasn’t too noisy. Went we were walking out folks were waiting to be seated so it was nice to have our reservation through Open Table.

    We had been to Bravo in the past. Experience was good. Not this time. Our server was friendly but a bit quirky. Took our orders promptly. We had to ask for water for three of our party three times. Food was below average. Chicken for two of the dishes was overcooked and chewy. I had the Romano crusted chicken salad with the overcooked chicken. Dressing was very bland with little flavor. Food was served in a prompt manner. I gave our server a 20% tip as I always appreciate their efforts. However, we won’t be back.

    The pasta was some of the best pasta I’ve ever had. It was fresh pasta and the Alfredo sauce was amazing. Our waiter was so nice and funny and we enjoyed our experience. 10/10 will definitely eat here again.

    The food was good, but not great this time. I had the salmon and the portion size is way smaller than pre-pandemic. Overpriced for the amount of food you get. I had a side of green beans and they were quite undercooked. Service was great as always.

    Prior to 2020 issues I would come to this location for special occasions. Love the atmosphere and food! This time the appetizer was burnt, the pasta average and the waitress awful. I came with my daughter and upon greeting us at the table the waitress asked if I was angry with her. What?!, I don’t even know you??!! The waitress had an issue with my face. How personal and awful can a person get. Listen, I don’t know you but, now I am angry with you. Teach your staff to stop insulting the customer!! As I was leaving I heard another waitress complaining at another table about how one of the customers had not finished their meal. You could see the customer was embarrassed for being called out. The food was oily and burnt, not the class eatery I had once enjoyed

    We had an excellent waiter who was assigned to many tables and the tables were scattered throughout. The salad printer malfunctioned and as a result our salads and entrees all arrived at the same time and we could all tell that our dinners had been sitting on the warming shelf. When one books a table for eight and spends over $250 dollars not include gratuity, some type of compensation or at least a word from the manager on duty should be expect. My booking family events at Bravo is not likely to occur in the future.

    It was NY day...evening ...so expected to be crowded and staff busy. However, not that crowded , but staff seem too busy...not enough. In particular, our waiter. He was constantly rushing; seemed frustrated that we were taking too long to decide orders; forgot table was missing plates/silverware for 4; forgot what my wife ordered then said he'd get the salad, but it came late. He did agree to take it back or just not charge. Food was ok, but better Italian in other Dsm restaurants
