    Menu items + specials were great-- very pleased! Service was poor--repeated requests for bread x3 and iced tea x2 were not met; appetizers were not served at the same time--wait time was about 8-10 minutes between servings for two couples; server never apologized for delays and "disappearing" for lengthy periods of time. We chose not to order desserts due to expectations for time delays. We have been customers for several years at Bravos and this was the worst experience we have had in diverse restaurants in Greensboro, W-S and Chapel Hill.

    The food here was really good - when it came. We waited an hour and a half for our meal, and when we left the table next to us who was seated at the same time still hadn't gotten food yet. They were also out of glasses and gave us to go cups to use. It was a busy night BUT it's crazy for a very nice restaurant to not be able operate when it is fully occupied

    The food was not good. It took an hour for our food to arrive after ordering. My husband’s chicken was bland. My salad was average. Our server was wonderful and did her best.

    I have eaten at Bravo many many times. I was so disappointed by last nights food, I will probably take Bravo off of my list of places to eat. We had a celebration for my father‘s birthday. I was so disappointed because several people at the table did not like their food. Someone ordered the lobster bisque, she didn’t even eat it. Another ordered the lasagna and it came smothered in Alfredo sauce. White cream everywhere. No presentation. My sister‘s fettuccine came dry with barely any sauce. She had to ask for more sauce. Her good also came with a piece of plastic in it. It was remade and it was brought back looking more correct. Someone else ordered blacked salmon that was more glazed than blacked. Not was she ordered, but she did end up liking it. My chicken Parmesan came to the table dry also no sauce. My mother ordered a Caprese salad for an appetizer that did not come until half of the main side and served. And with that being said we had to wait several minutes for all of the food to come out for us to eat together. Food was sub par. I just took my food home because I knew as a home cook, I could fix it up better than they could. It felt like an episode of Hell’s Kitchen Nightmares. Some of food was terrible. Our waiter was slammed. I won’t fault him for that. He did the best he could. He was friendly and helpful. I do fault the the Kitchen. They pushed out some sorry, sloppy, unappealing food. I know it’s a chain and I’m not expecting homemade Italian, but some of the food that came out was unacceptable. I can’t say that I’ll be back.

    Due to the fact that it was Valentine’s Day the place was “packed” …with result that service was very slow. I felt like a sardine…and not very festive.

    We ordered two drinks and after 40 minutes we had to cancel them because they were not ready. The pasta didn't come with chicken and after we told the waiter that we wanted grilled chicken on it, it took forever to bring the chicken. So we ended up canceling the grilled chicken as well because it was not ready by the time we were getting ready to leave. And we got the wrong check which had charged us for the drinks and the grilled chicken. But the quality of the food was good.

    Bravos is just gotten so so expensive we use to go every week pre covid A Tea is $4 that is a lot they don’t have lunch menu on Saturday or Sunday so the prices r crazy expensive for Italian. Following what they accept with their rewards program or even if they have it is confusing I took my daughter last night for her birthday. Before that let me say again I have eaten at this Bravos over every week. So yesteday was her bday and she wants the crème brûlée. So we get charged for it (did not ask if it was free but a little something would have been nice ). We ordered to eat one tea one water crispy ravioli and chicken spinach flat bread and cream brûlée this was $40 before tip. Because of the cost and food is now just okay we do not visit that often

    Their biggest issue appears to be lack of staff. We sat in the bar at one of the high tables. There were not many people in the bar area. Our waiter was prompt taking our orders for drinks and we quickly ordered our dinner. The salads arrived practically undressed. We asked for bread before we tasted our salads and the bread nor our server came back. The food arrived too fast and the runner put them on the table and my husband reminded him about the bread which he commented he was so busy. He left so quickly I couldn’t ask him for more dressing. Our bar server never came back to see if everything was ok or to ask about refills on drinks. We asked for the check which he brought promptly. The food was so so. Not up to what it used to be (we have been customers since Bravo opened. So disappointing.

    We celebrated our daughter's birthday and our waitress, Diamond, was amazing! However, some relatives drove from Charlotte, NC while others drove in from Raleigh, NC to the Greensboro location.     We were there to celebrate my daughters 16th bd! She had invited 11 of her friends! Great ambience for a group bc they can handle it. Food took a while to come out but great with large groups! Food was hot and decent. They had several large groups there. Wait staff superior! Manager Faby was kind, professional and cared for the customers!

    Service from the bar was extremely slow. The drink order almost didn’t make the table before the entree. Wait staff seemed preoccupied and was not attentive to the table. The appetizer arrived after the entree. Food was delicious and prepared well.

    Arrived at 6:20 for 6:30 reservations. Were seated by 6:30. Ordered at 6:35. Drinks arrived 6:50. At 7:30 no sign of any food. Manager was handling a similar complaint at the next table—they had ordered at 5:45, got food at 7:00 but was incorrect. When we complained he said he would find out and was back almost immediately —carrying the single appetizer we had ordered. Complained about his labor situation and what a difficult day he had had. We had not had the waiter come back to our table during this time. The third table (party of 8) in our section had complained as well—they had been there since 6. As we are talking, along comes a party of 30+ in a private room—our waiter is also handling. that table. The whole situation was a Faulty Towers farce. We asked for our check and left, having eaten the bread and shared a single appetizer of shrimp for a party of 4 plus a 3 year old child. Never to go back again BTW. they were still taking in diners with no reservations. !!

    We went there after a while, first it took 10 minutes to come to our table and greet us. Then it took another 10 minutes for us to get our drinks. Before we could place our order we were already there 30 minutes. Well, after all we get to ordered our food which also took another 30 minutes,it would been fine but pasta was clearly undercooked and we had to send it back. Clearly there were short staff in the kitchen looks like only 5 or 6 people cooking food for restaurant full with customers. I don’t think it employees issue but clearly management. There no sign of floor manager or kitchen manger addressing customers issues.

    New to Greensboro and this was our first and last time here. The server did warn us at the start that the kitchen was backed up, but it didn't prepare us for what we experienced. Bread and a salad did come out but then nothing for over an hour. During this time, we observed major disfunction. The server was very apologetic and stated our meal would likely be comped, so we waited. Then only one of our three entrees came out and he warned us that a piece of glass was found in someone’s food and that is where his manager was. We asked about a comp for a future visit as we weren’t going to eat after the glass statement and two missing entrees but the manager was upstairs. We decided to just leave after wasting more than an hour and a half. Not worth the time with so many other options.

    We had reservations and there was a line to get to the hostess stand and that took 10 minutes. We were sat and a waiter came and said our waitress was extremely busy but he would get our drink order. He brought us our drinks and said she would be right with us. He came back 5 minutes later to say he would take us because she was just too busy. He brought us bread And took our order, salad appetizers and main courses. Our salads came out after about 10 minutes, all was going well. After 20 minutes, he came back and said our food would be out shortly and asked if there was anything we needed and we got drink refills. Another 20 minutes passed and we still did not have our entrees and said the kitchen wasn’t functioning very well and he apologized. We waited for our entrees for an hour and 15 minutes. No manager came to see us or offered a discount. Our pasta was undercooked and one had just the chicken and MAYBE a teaspoon of sauce. Of course we asked for more sauce and got that after a couple minutes. Luckily I had a coupon and we paid our bill. As we were LEAVING that’s when the manager emerged to tell us how sorry she was but that people just don’t want to work anymore. I felt for her but at the same time I felt she could’ve managed expectations better with a discount or free desert or something. It will be a long time before we go back that is if they can retain any customers at this point and remain open. Extremely disappointed as we love their food so much (usually).

    We had a reservation here in n New Year’s Eve for 8:15pm for 8. We arrived before our reservation time and waited and waited and were finally sat at a table at 9:00. We ordered drinks and appetizers and those took forever to come out. We ordered entrees that didn’t arrive until til around 10pm and then only 2 of the 8 got entrees. Apparently the waiter made a mistake and didn’t put in the other entrees. Restaurant appeared to be short staffed. One of the hostesses actually came over and assisted with getting our waters and refills the entire time we were there. In the end only 2 of our 8 people got to eat there entire. We just asked for the others to be boxed up to take home because it was 10:30 at this point. No manager was on duty this night. Not the best experience here by far.

    New Year’s Eve and manager was not there! Food took over an hour to come out and some of the chicken dishes were overcooked. They were short of staff and there was a lot of disgruntling in the kitchen. Our waiter Nathan was excellent and he kept apologizing for the kitchen. Not a pleasant experience.

    I had a reservation for 7 pm, got to the restaurant at 6:50 pm, didn't get a table until 7:30. When the food arrived, my fiancé's food was under cooked. She did not get it replaced because she didn't want anything else. I got the check and my bill was around 20 dollars. I gave the waiter my card and I got a receipt for 27 dollars. Pointed it out to him and he accidently charged me for the wrong dish. I looked at my back account and found out he did it twice. When I asked to speak with his manager about the entire experience, he said he was not available because he was working. This was my worst experience dining at any restaurant and will never be going back to Bravo. I recommend no one goes to any Bravo Restaurant.

    Absolutely awful experience. Had reservations and still had to wait for 30 minutes. Drinks were watery because they sat so long. Food was dry from sitting under the warmer. We were there for 2 and a half hours.

    We continue to experience the same problem waiting to be seated after checking in at the Hostess stand. We were not seated until almost 20 minutes after checking in with the hostess at our reservation time; although this time I believe the problem was related to staffing issues. The hostess was apologetic and explained that she was alone at the hostess stand and had to bus tables and escort guests to their table. Hopefully, management can take corrective action to fix this problem. Emma, our server, was friendly and attentive. The manager assisted Emma in delivering our food to our table. My wife's Lobster Bisque and Lasagna were delicious as was my Salmon Fresca. Unfortunately, even though the food is always delicious, we will probably not be returning to Bravo because of the ongoing problems with having to wait several minutes to be seated after checking in with the hostess at our reservation time.

    Service was not exceptional and food was poor - lacked sauce on two pasta dishes and Marsala sauce was burnt or gravy but definitely not Marsala. When manager was approached no concern expressed and came across as more of a bother. Establishment has definitely gone down hill.

    Our son took his girlfriend out for dinner. He is allergic to wheat and ordered the gluten free pasta. It arrived to the table undercooked. The second try was cooked but had other food bits inside the pasta. He has a lot of allergies and was not comfortable with eating the pasta. They are teenagers and didn’t feel comfortable with sending the second batch back. He paid the bill with my Visa card - the server said they didn’t accept the credit card??? He ended up paying cash. Overall a disappointing experience

    Emma provided great service to our party of four. We had to get our ticket quickly due to another show a Tanger and she made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for a very good meal and prompt service!

    2/3 meals were very good. The chicken on the chopped salad was over cooked and tough. Salmon Fresca was delicious! Our waitress was very nice and did a good job, but it took longer than it should have to get our food. She said that they were short on kitchen help, which doesn’t surprise me in the current economy.

    This was by far the worst dining experience I have had in a very, very long time. The management is seriously lacking and they are great. need a professional cook . Honestly, I wish I had read the recommendations before entering this restaurant I would never have eaten here or attempted to eat here. My granddaughters food came out 25 minutes before ours never came. I finally asked if they could package it to go. It was simply eggplant Parmesan when I got home and tasted it it was raw. There wasn’t a drop of sauce on the eggplant Nora was there a drop of sauce on the pasta! The calamari was overcooked and completely rubbery like a rubber band ! I would stay far away from this place ! As far as Service, it was seriously lacking as the server walked back-and-forth in front of our table, many times, and not once took a dirty plate or glass off the table . As the tables are very small this needed to be done periodically throughout the meal.
