    This was wonderful experience.. Quick road trip from Detroit turned into a lovely Mother’s Day evening. A very smooth transition from the time we sat down.. order was taken swiftly appetizers nice hot and meal arrived right on time after we finished appetizers.. I will definitely be back..

    Very disappointed and upset as we had a 7pm reservation for 6 people, 4 of which drove in from out of town. We had to wait 15 minutes before we were even acknowledged by the host. By that time it is now 7:10 pm, and he informed me it would be at least another 35+ minutes. They were not even using the reservation system! They had no record of our reservation nor the other groups of people waiting to be seated — also with reservations. They were writing people’s names down as they walked in. We had to leave because our out of town guests had to drive back. This was my first ever visit to Bravo Italian and it will be my last! Bravo, DO NOT take Open Table reservations if you’re or going to use them!

    For a short time in the past couple years, the restaurant seemed to be under different management and service wasn't good. Whoever is in charge now needs to be congratulated, as everything about our last two experiences has been phenomenal. The food was excellent, our service was great, and the overall experience was top notch. If you are someone who used to visit Bravo but stopped going due to previous shortcomings, I HIGHLY recommend you go back to give it a try. It did not disappoint!

    This restaurant has gone down hill. I ordered the lasagna to try something different there and the lasagna noodles were not cooked properly. The overall taste was off putting and the texture was gummy. My mother ordered the chicken scaloppine and the portion size of the chicken was that of a lunch size while the plate was overflowing with the pasta component. She also ordered a chopped salad and received a Caesar. I am assuming that out server was at the end of her shift since she gave us our bill while our plates were still more than half full, making us feel rushed, and then came back 5 minutes later and hovered until I handed over my card to pay. She then saw that we were still sitting at the table finishing a discussion and stood behind us with new table settings, again making us feel rushed to leave. Keep in mind the dining area wasn’t even a quarter of the way full and the section we were in was completely empty save for the two of us. We will not be returning any time soon if at all.

    Well, of course Valentine’s Day is busy, but we decided to take our whole family (4) out to dinner for the special day Hostesses didn’t seem very nice or welcoming, our waitress was very nice and helpful, but there was definitely a disconnect between the kitchen and service. Both were running way behind! We were close to the kitchen and I didn’t hear a word between the head chef or other chefs or waitresses. Food was ok, not worth complaining about or even highlighting. Just ok. Bottom line, I’m not making arrangements to return anytime soon. There’s better options out there.

    Not our first dining experience at Bravo , but is may be our last . We made reservations, knowing Saturday evening would be busy. We arrived a little early, and were told that it would be a few minutes. That was ok , however once we were seated it was 20 more minutes before we placed our drink orders , that took 20 minutes to arrive , we ordered app and dinner, now add another 50 minutes waiting for our meal. In the meantime drinks empty. If the place was packed , maybe I could be a little more understanding. However the table that came in just ahead of us had drinks, apps, entrees and desserts, before we even had our appetizers. Once the food arrived, mine was cold like it was sitting , another of the entrees was too hot to eat . My 5 year old couldn’t finish eating, he normally winding down for bed by now.

    Whenever we are in the mood for Italian food, our go to place is Bravo's. Their veal parmasean is out of this world. We love the ambience and decor of the restaurant and the service we had was impeccable. Every dish came out hot, and not too quickly, so that we could enjoy each course without feeling rushed. Highly recommend!

    Went there for New Year's Eve expecting a limited menu and slow kitchen. I had to apologize because my original reservation for 4 people grew to 9 people within a couple hours of our scheduled arrival. No worries! They had a table prepared for the larger group when we got there. We got to select from the full menu, the food was beautifully and promptly prepared and our waitress was wonderful.

    Thanks to this restaurant for providing foods and service on Christmas Day 2022. From the menu, not a buffet this day. All was very good. I had a flatbread, and a shrimp scampi pasta, a glass of moscato wine, and a sparkling water drink. Service from the enthusiastic staff was very good.

    The food was mediocre as well as the service. The server almost spilled the tray of drinks three times while passing them out. We asked for water - she gave it to one person instead of the entire table. She was sweeping the floor instead of taking our credit cards up. We finally had to ask her to take care of it.

    First, they didn’t have us on the reservation list. Waitress took our order then disappeared. Salads didn’t arrive, drinks not replenished, bar order never arrived. No compensation from management. Thanksgiving dinner was awful—dry turkey, gravy on top that wasn’t requested, maybe a spoonful of cranberry sauce, had to remind them about dessert. Wasn’t offered coffee with dessert. This outing was a disaster. There were only three in our party. This restaurant was disorganized from the get go. Will not visit here again. Really disappointed that management didn’t offer to comp anything given the circumstances.

    It took a loooooooong time to get our drinks and place order for main course. They gave us our appetizers for free to make up for it. Two tables seated after us had food and drink way before us. We weren’t in a hurry but it did take a while. Waitress was very nice but maybe not trained very well or at all?????? Staffing seemed very light but it is known that it is a problem for all restaurants

    Overall average service, they pizza we ordered was burned. Staffing is scarce, with service quality being affected. Items were overpriced in my opinion.

    I went for the brunch. I ended up getting a kids meal because I wasn't very hungry. I explained to the waiter that I did not want any the meat because I don't eat meat. When he brought my plate it had bacon on it. I explained I requested no meat, he said "oh... that's just how it comes" and walked away 😲. I proceeded to try eat by removing the bacon and eating the portions of food that didn't touch the bacon, however the bacon grease was all over the plate so I could taste it. Which ruined my meal. He also never brought my fruit that came with the order. In addition I ordered a drink from the bar, which was phenomenal! However, when I requested a second drink the waiter brought me a completely different drink! As soon as I recieved it I was like wait..I didn't order this, he was like..."oh I thought you wanted that one" (I guess he got confused because upon ordering my initially drink I was wrestling between the one I ordered & a different one. So he did say when I ordered the first drink that I can have the second drink later. However, when I requested my second drink I had already told him I'm glad I ordered that one because it was delicious! He said you want another one? I happily said yes! But I guess he was still thinking about the original plan..🤷🏾‍♀️ Anywho to his defense he did say that was his first day, but I still won't be back no time soon. 😬

    The Bolognese is excellent! The only Bolognese that is better is my homemade Bolognese. Good food. Not regulars but we do make it once a month or so.

    I thought the good was solid, but we waited a long time for it. Our waitress even apologized for how long it took unprompted, but it wasn't that busy, and they had plenty of people working, so not sure what was going on....we waited about 35 minutes for our food...

    Our server did everything he could to try to take care of us, however, the restaurant is severely understaffed! Bravo needs to hire more people! Our server had far too much responsibility for one person. This is not the first time we have experienced this at Bravo. I will not return until this problem is resolved.

    My dinner was 20 minutes later than everyone else’s. It took 35 min to receive food even though other tables were getting theirs. I asked for no herbed pasta so they just dumped tomato sauce on it instead of spaghetti. Will not be back.

    Overall, the food seems to have gone downhill from the lastime we were there. We were both disappointed in what we got. Even my drink (a limonatta) was a letdown. It was overpriced, barely any alcohol, and pure syrup. Service was very good. We were seated right away and our server was friendly and attentive. Overall we felt it was overpriced, mediocre food. We won't go back. Too many other choices in the area.

    I was disappointed in both the bolognese sauce, which I have always loved, and the house salad. Neither was as tasty as in the past. The lobster bisque was too spicy and disguised the taste of the lobster. The service was good, we were seated promptly and the bread and dip were good as always.
