Great food and excellent service. A great night out with the kids.
Bravo is a reliable franchise. We do wish they would bring the brunch menu back.
Waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged. Nobody was around. Nobody at the bar.
Server WAY too communicative. Even came to take our order and complained bitterly “nobody knows what’s going on around here.” Complained she only got $4 for her table before us. “That won’t pay the mortgage.” I ordered wine, she brought 2 wine glasses and set them both in front of me. Whatever we asked for literally took 5-10 minutes. She only had 2 tables we could see. The restaurant was basically empty, maybe 15 people. The whole night was ridiculous.
We aim to provide a great customer experience so we are very sorry to hear we fell short and appreciate your feedback. We hope for the opportunity to serve you again.
Bravo's is always good value.
They should of put a hold on to go food. Half our food sat in the window for 15 mins plus. I usually like Bravo but today was awful.
Went for Mother’s Day brunch. Food was good but they didn’t have many options for brunch, just scrambled eggs and French toast.
Service was not good. Our waiter didn’t check on us or ask how our food was. They only came by to refill our drinks twice. My Mom had asked for her dish with shrimp but instead it had chicken.
They did fix it. But the waiter blamed my Mom for it. He said that my Mom asked if they were able to substitute shrimp for chicken, but never asked for the shrimp. He then went on to say that he had a good memory and would’ve remembered if my Mom asked for shrimp. However, all 3 of us at the table recalled my Mother specifically asking for shrimp.
Overall, the poor service and the above interaction with our waiter made this Mother’s Day brunch a bit disappointing.
The lobster and shrimp fettuccine was dry and noodles were stuck together. The lobster was tough. The chicken on my salad was dry.
Nice restaurant with good food. Atmosphere is fairly quiet and you can talk to the people you're eating with without blaring music.
Food was great, service was good, although our waiter forgot the appetizer, so we ended up taking it to go. Service also seemed a tad slow for a Sunday and not many patrons.
Overall great food as always, we'll definitely be back.
Thank you for taking the time to write this review as our customer's feedback is very important to us. We will be sure to share your thoughts with our team. We hope you come back again.
Our waiter just didn’t get it. He missed appetizers. The salads he forgot. Didn’t clean our table. Never brought salt and pepper we ask for. Our food was cold. Didn’t make the food correct It was so disappointing the entire night.
We're sorry to hear our service was not at it's best during your visit. We will be sure to work with our team to improve on this. We appreciate you reaching out and hope to see you again soon.
We sat at the bar and had a terrific and very personable waiter that made our evening very enjoyable! His name was Jordan. He was warm, funny and friendly and did a great job making our meal memorable! Thank you Jordan!
Thanks for that glowing review. We are happy to hear you had a great time with us. Come back again soon!
Great food, great price, great drinks, great service!! What more can I say.
Our goal is to provide a great customer experience so we're always happy to hear that's being reflected. We look forward to serving you again.
Meal was excellent and so was the service! We would return. The drinks were good and I liked that they were a little strong so one was enough! Black Cherry Mule and Espresso Martini were what we tried. The employees were all super nice. We ordered the TOMATO CAPRESE to start. That was very good and nice and light. Salads were very good, not too much dressing. The PASTA BRAVO and the CHICKEN SCALOPPINE were nice large portions, so we had enough for lunch the next day.
I appreciate that the menu isn't huge and overwhelming. We would return!
We love to hear how much you enjoyed dining with us at Bravo! Italian Kitchen. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon!
The Fire alarm went off but the staff was good and handled the situation.
We apologize for the inconvenience and discomfort caused by the smoke alarm. We appreciate your understanding and hope to serve you again.
Smoke alarm going off the whole time! Want my money back!
We're very sorry about the smoke alarm. The team worked to resolve the issue as quickly as the could, we apologize for the inconvenience.
Wonderful food and fantastic service.
The spaghetti and meatballs needed a better marinara sauce. It was watery and bland.
We appreciate your feedback and thank you for bringing these opportunities for improvement to our attention. We will undoubtedly pass your feedback to the management team
Not the same Bravo!! Due to the pandemic it is understandable that restaurants have to make cut backs, but when it’s at the expense of diner and also ruins the entire experience it is no longer worth dining there. Service was slow which we expected given there are only three servers in sight for the entire establishment. The food has changed and wasn’t appetizing but is still the same price if not more. There were no lap cloths only the paper napkins. Parmesan cheese may have well come from a delivery pizza place. No sides with the kids meals but regular entrees came with a side. Bread was not replaced and needless to say I will not be returning. On a positive note the deserts were still very good.
We're sorry to hear about your dining experience on your recent visit. Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us. We'll be sure to share your review and feedback with our local management team to address your concerns and improve our guest experience.
Add the olives back to the starter menu, please.
Thanks for dining with us and for the feedback. We'll be sure to pass that along to our senior operations team.
The food and service was all very good. Our server may have been spread a little thin. Somewhat limited menu. But walking away after $175 for a party of 4… I found myself asking, "was worth it?".
Thank you for choosing to dine with us at Bravo! Italian Kitchen. We appreciate your feedback and thank you for bringing these opportunities for improvement to our attention. We will undoubtedly pass your feedback to the management team
We like Bravo, eggplant was very thin, the pasta was good. Will go back but had a better service the last time.
Hi, Keith! We appreciate your feedback and thank you for bringing these opportunities for improvement to our attention. We will undoubtedly pass your feedback to the management team
This was my first time coming here, and It wasn't what I expected. We had to wait 25 minutes, even with a reservation. The drinks were too sweet, and the lasagna wasn't the best.
"We apologize for the longer than expected wait time. The management team has been made aware of your comments for improvement in our service and expediency. "
Absolutely horrible. We arrived at 5:30 not many people seated a lot of open tables. We waited 15mins for the waiter to take our order. He forgot to put in the starter and after 1 hour we complained to him and canceled the starter. Finally after getting the manager our food arrived. The Fettuccine Alfredo was cold but the bowl was hot. The noodles looked like they were completely dried out. The lasagna OMG a cheesy mess with little meat and tiny pieces of pasta. We didn’t eat either dinner! Drank our wine and went to the Olive Garden where we had an aweosme meal.
We apologize the meal did not meet your expectations. Our guests' feedback is highly valuable to us as we utilize it for improvement in our guests' experience. Thank you for reaching out to us.
We were very happy with our food and service at Bravo on this Thurs night. We were surprised that more people were not dining there that evening would encourage diners to try it. The service was outstanding and the food dependable and delicious right through dessert!
Very causal Italian style dining. I was impressed with the layout. Food was good. Despite being empty, the service was very slow. Bread came out late, table wasn’t cleaned after repeated requests to be done so by the server. I’d likely go back in hopes that out experience was a one off.
Bravo provides very good food at a reasonable price. The overall design of the restaurant is great: a combination of bar seating, regular seating, and small tables near the bar for seating as well. Overall good value.
OpenTable Reservation time was not honored
Tried to seat our party of 4 right next to the kitchen. Finally spoke to a manager about moving to a better table and we were told “ I hope the health department doesn’t come in.”Service was slow, waitress rude. Hair in my salad, and the server acted like she was doing us a favor by not charging us for the $6 salad. My friend asked for no bacon on her entree salad and when they brought it with bacon, the server argued “you said no cucumber and no onion”. Really?
My husband’s spaghetti was good, and our other friends Alfredo was good. The only reason we didn’t leave was the fact we wanted to celebrate our anniversary with our friends.
Very disappointing. We had a early reservation and it wasn’t very busy yet However our food came out cool and we had to send it back to get warm for both of our meals
We are very sorry about your experience. We appreciate your feedback and thank you for bringing these opportunities for improvement to our attention. We will undoubtedly pass your feedback to the management team.
The server was excellent. All good was good. Always enjoy Bravo
To start the restaurant iPad were not working at time of my reservation and if would not have called our evening would have been ruined. Our party consisted of 2 families occupying 2 tables side by side. It was explained to our server who belonged with who. When we got our bill it was obvious she did not listen. The food portions were a lot to be desired considering the prices charged. The quality of food seemed to be that of a frozen dinner heated in the microwave. When in doubt go to olive garden.
We arrived a bit early for reservation to find out their system was down for reservations and we had a wait -20 min or so. Poor host, but totally fine!
Went to bar and waited about 5-10 min for a server and placed order, but in another approx 10 min we were told our table was ready but drinks not made yet. She had us order from our table server instead.
Placed in the back room , quiet but so so ambiance.
Server was very nice but all service took a really long time.
With Covid restrictions hard to tell if busy night but sure she had main room tables plus our back room.
Unfortunately my dinner just wasn’t up to the usual meal we have at Bravos. Dry chicken a bit tough, but Marsala sauce was good. Pasta just so so, so just fell a bit flat.
My husband had a pasta dish he said was okay and our friend only ate about half his meal “just okay”.
I’m sure it was just an off night , and staff were all really nice.
We were celebrating a birthday and had a party of 8. Our food was great and service awesome; servers name was Dallas. Thanks for a nice enjoyable night out!
New Years eve
Our server Mike was great and the food was excellent. One dish was served wrong but within 5 minutes it was corrected. I would recommend.
Waited 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge us though we arrived on time for the reservation. Walked past multiple tables that weren’t even cleaned up! Service was slow. Salmon was good but chicken scampioni was aweful. The pasta was dry as if it was sitting under the heat lamp for ages and chicken was chewy. Had to flag down for check. The only things that didn’t disappoint were the blue moon and the Stella Artois so the 20% tip goes to those! Hope this place gets better after Covid!
Underwhelming experience. I ordered the NY Strip and asked for medium. It was raw. Of course, I could have waited another 30 min while my family ate their meals and they brought another, but no one wants to do that, especially with little kids. Jokes on me for ordering a steak at an Italian restaurant. I didn’t realize it was such a challenge to cook to an objective temperature.
Place was not busy, but workers incredibly slow to bus/remove plates and empty glasses.
We want to get out and spend money to support restaurants during this pandemic, but we seem to have these underwhelming experiences at a lot of places. I would have rather stayed in and cooked. We can’t blame lack of effort or competence on COVID.
We appreciate your visit and apologize we did not meet your expectations. We are sharing your comments with the team. Thank you for reaching out to us.
Not busy at 6 PM on a Sunday night. No fuel in the outdoor heaters but the ladies were comfortable for the most part. Service was excellent & everyone especially enjoyed the bread. Entree salad was huge.
Thank you for dining with us! We hope to serve you again soon.
