    I had a bad experience back in June. Someone didn't reach out for 3 months and then nothing! We tried it again last Friday and the food was still bad. I re-ordered this time and got something else and it was so greasy I felt sick a few minutes later. At least the MGR game over this time and he stated that 'things' haven't been the same in a 'few' years... Well then I would say things need to change now! Or don't serve the food.. I am so disappointed. This USED to be one of my favorite places to eat. Even my date told me hid food was just 'okay'.. Very disappointed. We tried twice, June and Sept. Sherry N.

    Server was great!! Food was mediocre at best. This is the second time we have eaten there this month and the first was not great, but every place has an off night so we tried again. Food was bland, Alfredo sauce was watery and did not stick to the pasta in the least. This is close Italian, but next time we will be willing to drive for better food.

    My food wasn't what I asked for and I waited a long time for the second serving. By then my date was completely finished with his meal. I just don't like that and they didn't take it off the bill or discount it either. Not sure if I'll go back. I expected better..

    We went there for the $35 special that i received a instant message for. The server was reluctant to tell us about it. In any event we ordered the items from the "special menu". My wife ordered the shrimp scampi, she got four small shrimp in her pasta. I ordered chicken parm. The chicken was about a 1/4 inch think and no sauce on the pasta. I asked for some marinara sauce and the server got me more. The value of the " summer special" is a joke.

    Food was marginal. Lasagna had to be sent back as it was burned on the bottom, and my husbands salmon was undercooked. The manager did apologize and gave us 2 free deserts. Our waitress was fantastic.

    It was a great experience, they were so accommodating when we had to change our reservation time so close to it and our waitress was very nice as well. On top of that the food was amazing, overall a great experience I would definitely recommend.

    The food was mediocre. The house chopped salad was the best part of the meal, fresh and delicious dressing. The chicken was overcooked, the asparagus (which was brought out late because of the server's mistake) was undressed. The Alfredo didn't have enough sauce, nor did the eggplant parmesan, which was dry. Servers were a bit harried and short. Bravo has been a disappointment the last few times we've gone there.

    There was no sauce on my dried up pasta and ordered chicken with it at an extra cost and the portion was definitely not worth the $6.99 they charged for it. Our waitress was sweet but absent for our stay, had ran out of my drink many times and had to wait well over 30 minutes each time. I probably won’t go back unless someone else is paying.

    As always, a terrific place to eat a quality meal with good friends! I met a friend for dinner to catch up, and it was so easy to do it with a terrific menu from which to choose. She settled on lobster bisque and a chopped salad while I had chicken scallopine. We couldn't have enjoyed our selections more!! We both also enjoyed a glass of pino grigio alongside our entrees. Our server was terrific and stopped by to check on us without being intrusive.

    The atmosphere and service was really good. However the food left a lot to be desired. One dish we had was the chicken Marsala. It was like eating a piece of dry chicken with a jar of gravy poured over it. My wife had the fettuccine Alfredo. It came out so dry that she had to ask twice for more sauce just to keep the fettuccine from sticking together in a big clump. She also added chicken to it, that was equivalent to about a quarter of a slice of chicken breast. No where near the $7 it cost to add it. Oh, and I had a side of spaghetti with sauce. It came out with so much water in it it was like eating a bowl of soup. This was our first trip to Bravo, and will be our last. Very disappointing for my wife and I on Valentines Day.

    Our server was very attentive and friendly. We had been sitting in a booth close to the door (very cold on Christmas Day) and were very uncomfortable. We asked to be moved to a different table away from the door and our server gladly moved us. The food was served hot and was good. The price was a little high and a side salad was $6.99 with an entree'.

    We waited for more than an 1hr for our food. 4 of us didn’t even eat our food. It looked like it was microwaved and brought out to us cold. That’s way I don’t eat Italian food out it’s always a disappointment.

    We were crowded at one round table. We should not have to flag down the server for service like drink refills. We were there for a birthday celebration and we should not have to ask for a dessert menu. You should ask us if we want dessert. The food is great.

    Restaurant was not busy at all, maybe 3 other tables sat. Quiet and appeared clean and well kept. Server was fairly fast to drink order, brought appetizer out promptly and it was hot and tasted great! Main course was a pizza, kids pasta with butter and chicken Parmesan. Kids meal was fine. It was odd the plate arrived to the table with steam rising from the pasta, but the pasta was not hot. It was cold - just not hot. Which works for kids! They can dive in and eat and not have to wait! Pizza was fresh, hot and delicious. The parm was plated well, and the same with the kids pasta it wasn’t hot. Even the chicken-not cold, but very noticeably lukewarm. Looked fresh and tasted okay. But it’s an expensive choice off the menu and didn’t taste anything more than “okay”. Wouldn’t order this dish again. Problem was we found hair in the food. In between the chicken, sauce and cheese. We all are light haired women with very long hair. This was shorter dark hair and stuck in between the food. Very quietly mentioned to the waitress after it was found. She offered maybe could have replace the dish. I said that was fineand asked to just put it in a box to go instead, everyone was done eating and we had 40 minute drive home. This is not a huge occurrence, it happens It’s not the end of the world but would have liked to at least replace the food we were going to throw away. The waitress then got very odd and acted really disrespectful towards us. It was a very strange reaction and it was embarrassing to me that she kind of treated us the way she did. Her only response was “I wiped the plates myself and it wasn’t there”. And then said we had eaten half so she wouldn’t replace it. Possibly a half piece of chicken. I was shocked at the way she treated us, it was a complete 180 and was really out of place for the situation. This happens all the time. Humans lose hair, no one was mad or upset. We took the full bill and did not get anything replaced. Will not go back.
