   As soon as we walked in we were told the kitchen was behind. Being Mother’s Day, we understood and also had reservations. We waited 1.5 hours for our food. The server was very good, communicating with us the entire time. Overall I don’t think I would return as my entree was incorrect and after waiting that long and receiving the wrong food it was just not a great experience.

   NOTHING exceptional like last year's Mother's Day when the host handed mom (who came from out of state) a flower and a quickly prepared meals for 5. This year we took another mother (from Maryland) since it was so nice last year, but no flowers, not even a Happy MD, long wait for food despite reservations right when they opened and easy prep stuff. Dining area was VERY cold and we were all freezing and uncomfortable. We ended up asking for 3 BOWLS of soup to go but received small cups that did not feed the 4 people we planned for later that evening. We will pick some where else - and will not be back to Bravo again.

   They treated us like we were walk-ins. They tried to seat us outside even though it was only 57F and they were still cleaning the outside seating. When we refused they put us at a folding table with folding chairs instead of a regular table and kept using the door next to our table to go in and out even though there were other doors without people sitting near them. The food came out cold and one dish came out with things that weren’t on the menu and missing things that were. He sent his food back and then had to sit and wait while the rest of us ate our cold eggs. The toast and waffles were hard as rocks. The drinks we ordered were supposed to be topped with whipped cream and weren’t. They were coffee drinks that were supposed to have the cream as part of the drink. When we asked we were told that they were out of whipped cream. They didn’t take it upon themselves to comp any of the things that were wrong or missing items. The manager waited until we had paid to come and ask us how everything was flanked by the head chef. When we told him our annoyance with how we had been treated and the food he tried to claim that he had spoken to me about sitting outside(he didn’t) and that he could offer his apology in making up for the poor food. There was still no comp offer even for the late entree.

   Overall 1 Star, never was able to observe other stars. Arrived shortly before our reservation time and was told by receptionist they could not honor our (or other) Open Table reservations… they were too busy, only call ins on paper could stay. I WAS a long time frequent patron but it will be a long time before next visit. Very very unprofessional, embarrassing and negative experience.

   Took nearly 40 minutes to get our food. $25.00 plate of pasta did not include a salad (additional $8.00). Food and atmosphere were good.

   The server was kind. She did her job. However, the overall experience came from preparing the food to not enjoying eating it. We were with a very large group of people. Waited over an hour for the food. Guess that is understandable since we had a large group. But, when asked for our order, I asked to have the fish well done. The waitress informed me, they aren't allowed to do that (what???? Understand cooked understandable, but cooked longer isn't available???) Everyone at the table was very surprised with that response. So, instead of paying $25 for the salmon order, I just got a $13 capree salad. The rest of our group had quite an unknowable experience; one pasta dish was cold and undercooked, another pasta dish had a mix of cream sauce AND marinara sauce (what's that???), the flatbread pizza was as hard as a crackers (she physically knocked on the table with the crust and it didn't crack), and the regular pizza was dripping with grease (okay if you like that sort of thing). The only thing this place has going for them, is their serving bread with oil. Sorry to say, but I will NOT recommend this place to anyone.

   Went for my daughter’s birthday and asked the waitress if they had a birthday dessert and she told me yes and thinking that it was your typical “free” birthday dessert then they charged me for it.. I would have paid for either way but she made it sound like it was a complimentary dessert

   Restaurant was out of salmon , which was why we were they on a Friday during Lent. Waitress forgot about us and I think she was the only waitress in the entire restaurant? We have had better experiences with Bravo.

    Poor service, food was less than mediocre. Place was virtually empty on a Friday evening. Something is wrong at this location!
