BRAVO - Fairlawn - Summit Mall
You can sip and savor your way through the week at Bravo! Mondays we offer $2.50 Bar Bites from 3:30 to 6:30 in the bar. Tuesdays you can whine a little with Half-Off Bottled Wine ($75 or less). Wednesdays are meant for cocktail infusions, they are just $5 all day.
Good food, great service and nice ambiance. The bread and oil are great while waiting for your entree.
The food was great, but the service was very, very slow. We were there for an hour and a half, were not asked for refills, not checked in on, etc. The food was great and they did offer us free dessert because they recognized we had been there a long time.
But for the price, I'd recommend if you are looking for Italian food to go to one of the non-chains in the area: Luigi's, Dontino's, even Mr. G's.
Enjoyable, as always.
Good service on a busy day. Food is food, but "chain" Italian. Nice ambiance for a chain. Solid dining experience.
Good food and friendly, efficient service.
The restaurant was crowded ( Mother's Day) so it was a bit noisier then normal.
Mother’s Day brunch. Server Christy was great!
Amazing service. Issue with meal being undercooked was taken care of immediately with no questions or attitude. Awesome service.
Stopped for a late lunch and food and service was very good. First time stopping at Bravo and plan on going back!
We had excellent service at this Bravo. They have a wide variety of food. My dish was shrimp diavola which was a little spicy and delicious. My wife had the special Easter frittata which was very good too. The chocolate molten desert was awesome!
The Easter was outstanding. happy to get in and enjoy the meal.
My favorite ! Would try to find something to criticize, but what's the use....they nail it. Had the Shrimp Scampie this trip and it didn't disappoint...great taste, the angel hair pasta done to a tee and more shrimp than you might expect. Started off with a bowl of Lobster Bisque. I get this wherever it's served and Bravo is the clear winner here. Service was perfect and I find the vibe and the decor refreshing. Only slight let down was with dessert...chocolate cake that was good, but not really a slice of cake, More like a hostess cupcake, but the coffee was good and hot and came at just the right time. Not all versions of Bravo are equal...I pass up two closer locations and make a long drive to this one, and never regret the trip.
The waitress took our leftover food to box up and after a very long wait, another waitress came to our table and informed us they were cooking up a special order for us. Some how our food was discarded.
The service was very slow and long wait for our check.
Food is delicious, location is nice, but parking is very limited.
Had our future daughter-in-Law’s bridal shower here. Great food, attentive staff! So many remarks on how lovely the venue was.
One of our favorite places to eat on the West side of Akron. Good food, great service and good ambiance.
Excellent service, waitress was friendly & on top of things.
I haven't been here for a while since they changed management and apparently also chefs. The portions are much smaller than they used to be and my chicken scallopini was excessively dry. The pasta was pretty good but again it's just not up to par with what they used to be; I probably won't go there again.
The food was satisfactory but overpriced! Seems that more Italian restaurants feel they need to keep increasing their prices without improving quality of food!
Great food, nice experience but a little pricey.
Service was quick and always checking on us.
Was very nice and service was amazing. Our waitress was great and she kept up with everything we requested of her, there was 8 of us and an infant.
I am so mad and disappointed that they changed the pasta! The herb pasta they had was the best!! And it was different from other restaurants. I had the chicken parmigiana and the pasta they had with the chicken was nasty and so not traditional for chicken parmigiana. On top of that their prices are a little high compared to other restaurants like it.
This was a wonderful meal! I enjoyed the chicken Caprese with a cup of their minestrone soup. The atmosphere was nice for a quiet meal with my family but, could also be a great place for a date.
Bravos is always our go-to place for special occasions. The staff is always more than friendly and accommodating, especially our favorite waitress, BARB!! Barb is the absolutely best in that place and she always takes good care of us!! Great dining experience!
Dinner was very good and our server outstanding. Food wad delivered a little slow from the kitchen, but due to no fault of the server. Significant other had the shrimp with asparagus, but the shrimp was slightly overdone/charred and somewhat chewy. I had the lobster ravioli, which was well prepared.
We always enjoy our dinner at Bravo. Barb is a great server. Food is always excellent.
The bartender and manager were very attentive. The food was marvelous, I like the new menu items very much! Their chicken meatballs on polenta was fabulous!
New menu is a hit with our family. Barb is a great server.
The new recipe for the bread does not go with the existing dipping sauce. Very much a turn off and I could not eat the bread I already dipped. Perhaps just olive oil/garlic/rosemary based with no "red" seasoning. I have had the crispy shrimp Napoli as a main meal many times, but it hasn't been in the last year or two. It was really NOT as good as it was previously and I was told there was no change to the way it was made. I believe the green onions were slivered previously instead of small sideways chunks and there wasn't enough sauce. I will not have that selection again.
First time back here in a few months since they changed back to Bravo from Brio. Restaurant was only 1/3 full at the time (6:30 - 8:00 on a Sunday).
I had the lasagna (which was a large portion & good), my wife had Chicken Parm (she said she prefers Macaroni Grill’s fish a whole lot better).
Service was so-so as our server was more preoccupied with a guest at the table next to us. I was shocked to see that Bravo charged almost $5.00 to add a house/Caesar salad or regular soup to any entree (Macaroni Grill is only $2.50 for the same).
Prices were at least $1 - $3 more at Bravo than what they charged 6+ months ago (Lasagna $17.99 & the same price for Chicken Parm).
Bring back the side pasta that you used a year or so ago (more flavorable).
When we left, there was no one at the hostess stand to say thank you and good night!
Food could have been warmer. Had that “left at the warming area too long” driness to the pasta and sauce.
Great people great chef.
Delicious meal and great service. Highly recommended.
Great menu for kids and lots of choices for adults. Fun atmosphere
Food is OK but the service is really slow, especially the trying to get drinks. The bar wasn't even busy and it took forever to get our drinks.
The food was good and gluten free options are good! We went for a work party. I made reservations for 6 of us for 12:45. We didn’t receive our food until 1:40 and had to take most of it to go because we had to get back to the office. The restaurant was not busy so I don’t understand what took so long. I had to find our server and ask her when our food would come because we had to leave. A manager finally brought it out. $140 for 6 people who didn’t get to eat their food at the restaurant... not again for me.
Consistent good food and service. Moderate price, good quality food in a casual setting.
Barb always provides attentive and personal service.
The pork chop was outstanding! Great flavor and cooked perfectly. However....the portion size of the double pork chop was very disappointing. It was much closer to a ‘pork chop and a half’ than it was to ‘two’.
Sampled one of the new "family menu" items. The Pasta Bolognese. The sauce, while a little lacking in actual sauce, was very tasty and clung well to the pasta. Had the Dela Casa salad to start - - - which is always good! Good meal. Great service.
Noisy & Chilly..
my salmon was cold and asparagus was not cooked to being tender like I had asked for, I wasted a lot of my food.
my soup was loot warm bread was hard, not soft & warm.
we were all hungry so we ate the food regardless.
Have had better meals at other places for half the price.
I also took out the tinyest spaghette & meat balls ever for over $20.00.
Then I had to ask for the bread that went with it.
Coffee was warm and bitter.
No sugar was put on the table till I had to wait for the waitress to return.
all in all I just tried to enjoy my friends and not to complain.
Nice size portions make it easy to share dishes. Split eggplant parmesan and lobster ravioli w/ aribiata sauce 🇮🇹
