BRAVO Cucina Italiana - Woodmere - Eton
Our waiter was excellent, our dinner was very good and we enjoyed our dinner.
I don’t know if it was because it was Mother’s Day but it took 50 mins to order our food! Unacceptable! Our server would walk by we would mention he forgot a drink then disappear then we told him numerous times we were ready to order and he would be like I will be right back and not come back. That place is going down hill and the portions are not as big as they used to be for that price!
Server forgot about us several times. Definitely overpriced for what you get.
Great service, beautiful-peaceful atmosphere and awesome food!
Service was subpar and waiter didn’t get our order correct. Had to ask for silverware and other items. Food was OK nothing great but I would still recommend.
Our dinner was excellent! We enjoyed every last bite. Our waiter was super. They were busy and he was very attentive, friendly and everything was served as we asked. We will go again!
Solid across the board; will go back regularly. Veal was particularly good.
My husband and I had an awful experience here on Friday evening. Our waiter flat out lied to us on multiple accounts and then once we received what he though was good enough for our meal, he left and never came back. No water refill, no return to ask if everything was corrected, nothing. I would still recommend this restaurant to others but I was and still am highly disappointed with the level of common decency from such a nice establishment.
There with 3 friends, had a booth for the 4 of us as requested and we all enjoyed our lunch choices.
This was our first visit in quite a while. First of all, the hostesses do not make a good first impression. There should be a dress code with higher standards. The waitresses looked sloppy and displayed loose hair "styles". The waiters appeared much more professional. The food was acceptable. Portions seem to have been reduced, and there is definitely less value for your dollar.
My husband always enjoys the brined pork chop. The green beans are underdone for his taste. Keep the pork chop on the menu!
They put us in a private area for a party of 15 and it was perfect. Food was excellent and service was good.
Our server, Mark, was friendly, accomodating, and not "hovering". He helped make our visit very enjoyable. The food was delicious. We will definitely visit again.
Lobster bisque didn't contain lobster but shrimp, very disappointing. The pasta woozie was dry barely had any sauce. My friends meal was fine but my overall experience was disappointing.
Bravo at Eaton has changed owners, and apparently changed some very good, traditional recipes. I ordered Spaghetti Bolganese. The past owner used cream with this recipe; the current recipe is without cream. I called their corporate office to see if I could get the old recipe at the restaurant. They said, "absolutely." All you have to do is ask for the old recipe and they will make it. After all, all they would have to do "is add the cream."
Well I did ask, and they would not make it. The new recipe was so salty that I could not eat it. I told the manager and specifically told her I did not want a free meal, I just wanted the old recipe. The Happy Hour food is also quite salty; I very much preferred the old menu with that as well. Other recipes were eliminated, but I don't think I have room for all of them. We used to go to Bravo about once a week. After several meals of poor quality and what seemed like a turnover in staff, we probably won't go back. Sad because I live right around the corner. I know of many old stand-by couples who feel the same.
Not the Bravo from years past. Menu has been scaled down, the quality of the food is not what it use to be. Very disappointed.
The food was very good and everyone enjoyed their meal. The waitress was very nice.
Easter with family
We went for the Easter brunch as we have done in the past. We ere hold by our waitress that the new management discontinued the brunch. We asked why lunch items were not on the menu as shown in the online menu and were told that lunch was not served on the weekends. Therefore, we had to order from the dinner menu at 12:30 pm. We ere disappointed, but the food we did order was quite good. Bring back the brunch!
Food was very average, not as good as it used to be. Most dishes are overpriced for the quality and portion size. Definitely feels like a chain restaurant, no creativity at all.
Birthday celebration. Server accommodate 11 individual checks and treated the guests (all teenagers) with kindness and respect.
My experience at Bravo in Eton was terrible. I will never go back nor would I recommend anyone go there. My friends and I sat down for an hour before we were even offered s menu. The waitress very rarely checked in on us, I had to flag her down just so we could order. The food was bland to say the least. The overall experience was sub par at best.
I always enjoy everything whenever I dine there. I highly recommend your restaurant to everyone
Very enjoyable, spent a long time with no rush. Service and food were very good ,except for the calimari which was blaa. Otherwise we had a most enjoyable evening.
Menu changes for the worse. Quantity good but miss the old chopped salad
Three meals I remember; Grilled Salmon, pork chop & chicken masala ☆☆☆☆☆
Our server was great & punctual!!
We have been to this Bravo location a few times and it has been very consistent. The restaurant usually appears to be well staffed and servers are friendly. Food options are great including low carb if you want to stay away from the pastas! I really like their salmon; Well prepared and a nice size portion. We will be back!
Very nice dinner. Server kind and attentive
Wish you had more shrimp entrees. Pork chop without sauce on top is excellent. Drinks very expensive. Glad you take reservations
Few people dining on arrival. Table not set. Menu differed then online. Did not remark on birthday. 2 dinners were bad. Waitress did not return until we asked for someone to get get her. We wete all done she offered a meal to go. I said just the check. All the plates were piled on the table. Not going back.
We had 4 very uniquely different food tastes & all came away quite satisfied. The luncheon combos are great. We celebrated a 92 year olds Birthday & service was very attentive and accommodating.
We had a nice dining experience.
Service was very attentive, and helpful.
My friend's meal wasn't prepared exactly as ordered, though.
As always , the atmosphere was lovely.
Interesting menu changes
We came because of your soup and salad special for $7.99. It was the smallest portion of salad we ever saw. If we knew the discount would include discounting the portion as well, we would not have driven all the way there. Very disappointed.
Food was undercooked and waiter didn't realize we didn't even eat anything. The salad was small and pricing was high. I would not go back. I was very disappointed.
We all enjoyed our evening at Bravo! Food was great!
Service was wonderful! The 6 of us all commented on
What a lovely experience it was at Bravo. Thanks for accommodating us and making the evening fun!!
Consistently good. Been here with friends and family and nary a bad experience either with food or service. Always seem to wait 5 min upon arrival with our open table reservation unlike some other places where the setting is waiting for us but that is ok. Maybe they are used to no shows? Not a grumble, just a statement. 5 min is nothing
We have been to Bravo many times and enjoyed our visits. Our last visit was a big disappointment. My wife's pasta sauce was inedible because of the amount of garlic. Our server was oblivious and suggested we order dessert because he could assure us there would be no garlic. Between recent menu changes and the poor service, we will not hurry back.
It was my wife’s birthday, the server was very friendly but very slow, it took an unusually long time to have every part of the service brought to the the table.
It was not due to the server having too many tables or being short of staff.
I don’t know what was going on in the kitchen, very slow, in addition who ever was running the pass/working expo was doing a terrible job.
The food looked thrown together and slapped on the plate.
Doubtful we will return.
Slow service; food came cold with very little sauce; waitress never came back to the table to check on our meals!
The restaurant was half empty the wait for food was a little long and we felt the server was rushing to get us out. He brought the birthday dessert before we were done eating our meal.
