BRAVO Cucina Italiana - West Chester
Great service from a fill in waiter. Our original waiter had a large table and never made it over to talk to us. Once we asked for help we got it. Kudo to Vincent.
It was nice. Food was hood
The food was mediocre at best and not worth the price I paid. Server was not friendly and was impatient as well. I expected better
Food is normally better than it was on Sunday — one entree had sat in the window a while before they brought it out.
Alfredo sauce was missing. Service took over 30 min to get our food. Extra marsala sauce was cold. When we got our food had to ask server back for parmesan.
Yes, I would. Food was very good and priced right but service could of been better.
We had a wonderful dinner. My Mom said it was the best shrimp scampi she had ever had in her 79 years!
Our server was excellent. I wish I could remember her name!
Had a great meal as usual. One of our favorite waitresses had our table and she always takes such good care of us. Everyone is so friendly to us and makes us feel special. We changed up our menu choices and they came out perfectly just like we ordered. Love this place!
Bravo used to be one of our favorite restaurants but this visit was disappointing. The service and staff were excellent but the menu is not good. I ordered a pasta dish I usually order there and it was dry and the tomatoes were whole; something I dislike. The chicken was and pasta on another plate were dry also. What has happened to the old Bravo?
Tried the pasta woozie for the first time. It was delicious!
Service was slow! Lunch took 2 hours
Rosie, our server, on the ball! Very friendly and helpful with suggestions. Food was great!
This was my son's first visit to Bravo, but I've been a couple times and a 2nd time for my husband. The ambiance was loud, and very distracting, very hard to hear yourself think. My son ordered the chicken parmesan, the chicken was overcooked, and only had 2 small portions of chicken. Very overpriced and underwhelmed. My husband had plain fettuccini alfredo, just sauce and noodles, he said it was fine. I had the shrimp scampi, 4 overcooked brown, tough shrimp, and cold pasta. I couldn't chew the shrimp, so I just asked for a box and brought them home for the dog. Our waitress while, nice was running between tables, and trying to do her best. We had to ask multiple times for refills on drinks, bread, and dipping oil. Our salads were good, but literally came out 2 minutes before our meal. The day started out great with the Avengers:Endgame, and ended with a very dissatisfying meal and service!
I feel that the food quality is not what it used to be, the appetizer was not hot when delivered to table, and we had to seed it back to be reheated. our entrees where good but would not order again.
though the desert, the warm berry cake, was very good, warm and tasted fresh
Had a nice Easter dinner at Bravo. The service was great and all the orders came out good. I don’t eat cheese and my wife is vegetarian and the menu items met our diets well. Thanks
Very nice environment for relaxation and conversation with family on Easter. Food was fine. Nothing outstanding.
Menus changes, limited menu, menu is boring. Kinda disappointed.
Server was not very friendly. Otherwise it was great.
Good food, good service
The only thing I can say is we were put back in an empty party room and the table top constantly turned. Our server tried to tighten it but it just came loose again. The room was freezing and I wasn’t sure why we weren’t seated in one of the many open booths available. It wasn’t the most pleasant visit, however, our server was great and the food was good.
Great location for meeting friends for dinner. Great food and friendly service in a comfortable atmosphere.
We enjoyed the drinks and desserts. The main course portions were small for the price. Overall, a great experience.
Our daughter’s birthday.
Overall the food was delicious, fresh and attractive.
The Grilled Chicken Salad, however was a disappointment.
Previous times we've ordered this menu item, we've received a dinner-sized portion of salad topped with a freshly grilled chicken breast.
This past Friday, the Grilled Chicken Salad we received was only slightly bigger that a side house salad, and there was no freshly grilled chicken breast on top. Instead there were a few pieces of chopped chicken already mixed in. Very small for a dinner portion. Not sure we'll order this again, and since we usually order dinner salads, not sure we will come to Bravo as often as we used to.
The Grilled Salmon Salad was delicious - and just as good as it always was.
Excellent server...I think her name was Megan: a little older than some female servers; dark hair. When I realized how large your "cup of excellent mushroom soup was, she revised my salad order so I didn't have way too much food. Really appreciated it!
Best mushroom soup anywhere - wish it was on menu all the time!
Always an excellent place to gather and to eat. Friendly staff and great food. Sorry though you eliminated the Sunday brunch, but we will continue to patronize your fine restaurant!
I ordered the grilled salmon. It was a nice healthy option. Had the shrimp Napoli appetizer. One of my favorite apps. Great service too.
The service was awful. There were two waiteresses for our table and they still couldn’t keep up. The one lady kept reaching across people, they drinks would take 20 minutes to come out and our food came out, and looked like it had sat for 15 minutes. Two of the same dish came out looking completely different; not what I expected from a place that costs so much.
We made a reservation for lunch to celebrate my brother-in-law's birthday. The waitress didn't seem
to know that even though it was highlighted on our reservation......everything else was fine, food,
service, ambience. I would have liked a little more fuss to be paid to the birthday boy though. Oh well.
I’m assuming it was a manager because she wasn’t in a uniform or all black but she was helping with checking people in and was so rude I almost walked out. She was wearing a red and white striped shirt and had long brown curly hair.
The atmosphere and dinner was very nice.
We all had a wonderful time. My only problem was the fact that a salad is considered an extra. Considering the cost of the Entrée it should have been included.
Service was very slow and noise level was too loud. Felt that we couldn't have a conversation without shouting at each other.
we had 11 people (including children) and the service was excellent. We had 3 servers who were very attendant and in tune with our needs. Great experience as we were with my husband's 81 year old mother and she thoroughly enjoyed herself.
Solid choice for a Friday or Saturday dinner.
The service staff was exceptional. Very attentive to our needs. They were always 1 step ahead of our needs. The food was great. One of the chefs came by and asked us to try a new appetizer and provide some feedback. It was delicious! The manager made his way to our table to thank us for coming out. I will be returning soon!
Our server was excellent, but we ordered two entrees, and the kitchen put both on the same plate and it was brought to our table like that. We still like the restaurant, it may have just been an off night.
About 5 people at the table ordered the salmon dinner however, the portion size was so small had more tomatoes that roasted sweet potato, I had about 1/2 of a salmon to show how small it was. Don't think the chef did a great job on the portion
