BRAVO Cucina Italiana - West Chester
Had a great experience. Waitress was great.
Enjoyed our time.
Good food , good service but overpriced. †*††*
Wonderful server, food was fantastic and portion sizes were great.
We love Bravo, it is our fav Italian restaurant. Our server Megan C was adequate until the end. I ordered hot tea, honey and lemon. It came as ordered. Towards the end of our dinner, suddenly I noticed that my pot of hot tea had disappeared from the table. Megan took my pot of hot tea, but left instead the empty teapot. I wanted to alert her the mistake, but seems she was not around. We generally leave 20% tip, but this time we left only 10%. I think it must be the end of her shift. I think servers should be trained to ask their customers if they could clear dishes,or other items, before they just grab things and just disappear. I was very disappointed that I did NOT have my hot tea with my dessert.
The meatballs appetizer was so Awesome! We had a great server as well. Thanks for the service! Awesome management!
Good food and great service. Would recommend.
Would Definitely be back
Great service and great food! In and out quick to get to the next stop on our date.
Bravo was good but not great. The appetizers were good as was a eggplant parmigiana. The sangria was tasty. The sausage was a little too spicy. The Alfredo was dry and bland. The desserts were delicious. The house salad was ground up like baby food. It was good for the money but could be better. Our server was capable, not great but no complaints.
We were put at a table that had no server. We had to ask for help with any server passing by. The food was goid, but because we had no server, it was served warm to the touch. Bad night.
Horrible waited at table 10 min and no one came to even offer a glass of water. Ended up walking out due to no service.
Our waitress Brittany, was awesome and took care of us very well! Made for a very enjoyable evening!!
It's been several months since we've visited Bravo and remember a good experience during the last visit.
This latest was not the best. I ordered a bottle of wine that was recommended by our waitress. After a lengthy wait, she returned to advise us that they were out. After some discussion, we decide to try the house wine at $11.00 a glass. It was acceptable, however ended up paying $44 .00 for just wine. The original bottle was only $26.00......the reason I buy full bottles.
I ordered spaghetti pomorda and could not find any meat in the sparsely coated pasta. The pasta was very chewy and not done. The wife also had a pasta dish with shrimp. She counted 3 shrimp and doughy pasta. We were very disappointed in the $ 90.00 meal and will not return. There are to many good restaurants in the area to waste my time and money on one that is not up to par.
We were seated quickly and our server Brianna took our drink order, then returned with some water. We placed our dinner order, and in a few minutes our salads were presented-before we got our wine. My dinner was fine, but my husband’s spaghetti bolognese was very dry. He ate about half, then helped me with my margherita pizza. We were approached by the manager and we were honest about our concerns, and stressed we weren’t looking for compensation-just giving feed back. He did comp one meal, which was appreciated. We tipped Brianna on the full bill, she wasn’t responsible for a slow bartender or a mediocre dinner.
Good casual dining is the expectation when we are in Bravo. Recent updates to the menu are nice - one of us had the Fettucine with shrimp; quite good. And, the house salad is always good.
Good food and good service. It was a nice evening out.
We chose Bravo’s for our wedding dinner five years ago and loved the meal that was served. We keep coming back to relive the happy memories and enjoy wonderful food.
Food was awesome. Service and atmosphere perfect.
Service was very good overall. Very pleasant and attentive waiter. Waiter forgot the a salad , but was not a big issue
Crispy ravioli excellent
Chicken parmigiana excellent
The vegetable pizza a unique presentation but needed to be crispIer as it was too floppy when you tried to to eat it.
Seems to be loosing some in-depth appeal to me. First I requested a table next to the window, street side. They said a large party had it reserved, but there was two small tables there. 90 minutes later when we left the two tables were still open??
Second the food was average compared to previous visits. Chicken pasta was very bland and the chicken had very little taste to it.
Best Italian food we have had in a long time. Prices are very reasonable for portion sizes. Service was amazing. We will definitely be back again.
Great service Great management.
Server was wonderful . Very attentive. Food was great !!
My only complaint is that the food arrived too quick. I was only 1/2 way through my salad when my meal arrived. I heard another server comment that the food came out so quick. The cooks need to understand that the guests do not need their food within 5 minutes of ordering. This also gives the impression that the food is pre-cooked and not made fresh to order.
Wonderful as usual! Great server waited on us. Manager welcomes us every time we dine there. Continues to be one of our favorite places to eat.
My husband and I went around 5:15 on a Friday night. There weren’t many diners there. No one was at the reception station. It took a few minutes for anyone to acknowledge us. Our server was good. The food was nothing special. The dining room looked nice. The prices were way too high. As we dined the dinner crowd was coming in and the noise level raised considerably. We won’t be returning. There’s a nice Italian place in the area that has amazing food and service for much lower prices.
This is a great place to meet friends and talk. The food is consistently good and the service is excellent. The restuarant is spacious and the booths are very comfortable. You get a great meal and can relax and talk with friend
I was there with several friends one of which has dementia and several others that can be difficult. Jordan our server was right on the ball and I felt the lunch was very wonderful.
Our waitress was absolutely horrible. It took her 15 minutes to come to our table. Another 15 to bring our drinks. It took almost 45 minutes to get our food while people who came in after us had their food and had finished. They allowed a couple to bring in 3 dogs in a stroller that were not service animals and my husband is allergic and they did nothing. Couldn’t find a manager and waitress never asked if we wanted anything else. Worst experience we have ever had there
This is our favorite place to eat in Cincinnati because of the excellent variety of menu choices and the excellent service.
Food was very good. Server was excellent. Drinks, apps and food all took a long time.
Food and Service was excellent!! We couldn’t of asked for anything better! The pork chops were amazing!!
Service was extremely slow, one meal was over cooked, one under cooked.
We went on homecoming night and the restaurant was also super busy with a birthday party. We had to wait for our food a little longer than normal but the staff kept up pretty well!!
We were seated upon arrival. Service and food was good.
I would reco this restaurant in the Streets of WC. I hope it can get profitable and stay open. This restaurant needs something, maybe a menu rework, couples deals, small plates, or something. It was not very busy on a Saturday night which was good for us to be able to be seated, but, I know what happens to restaurants that are not full. The food was very good and food must be KING. The service had a few negatives (dirty/wet glass brought for the wine and confusion over the order) and it should be TOPS. We witnessed a hostess denying a couple a certain table that they requested among the 6-7 open tables (likely to "feed" a table to a certain server), not cool. Still, a good place overall, but the stakes are higher with more restaurants in the WC/Liberty area.
We were seated immediately. We requested a table instead of a booth and the staff accommodated our request without any hesitation. Everything from the bread to the salads to the main course tasted wonderful. We were celebrating an anniversary and would definitely go there again based on the service and the food quality. Thanks for being part of a memorable evening.
Always great food and great service. We come here monthly as a party of 7 with a toddler and always have great service at the right pace.
We always enjoy Bravo for lunch or dinner. This afternoon we were bringing friends to celebrate his big birthday. Our server, Suzanne was fabulous and took great care to see that we were well taken care of.
The food was excellent and we never felt any pressure to rush to the next course. A birthday bowl of ice cream was perfect because our friend is not a cake lover, so he was very happy too. Just a lovely afternoon.
Wonderful service. The food was delicious! We ate outside and it was very enjoyable.
