We had dinner outside. The noise level was high because they had a very nice live band. The very best experience we have every had at the VA Beach Town Center.
Excellent service !!
The waitress was great, the food was delicious, and I wouldn’t mind coming back to the location. I will; however, say my boyfriend stated the men’s restroom was one of the worst restrooms he’s been in, in quite some time; he actually compared it to a NY subway. One suggestion I’d also make is being that it is an Italian restaurant and gives off the impression of being in Italy, I would suggest playing some type of Italian-style music, I feel as though the music didn’t fit the ambiance.
My wife and I got to the restaurant earlier than I our requested time and were seated immediately. The restaurant was not busy. The server was prompt and very nice. We received our drinks and appetizer fairly quick. We ordered a salad and pizza for our entree and had to request it be boxed up because we still had not received our meal at almost an hour and had another engagement to attend. Everyone that was sat after us had already finished their meals. The server apologized several times for the delay. The manager brought our boxed food but gave no apology for the wait and no compensation was given. The food was also not what was ordered and had to be thrown out due to prior engagement and sitting in the car for several hours. We were very disappointed in our experience this time.
Service was very poor and they were not busy. The food was not good and we had to ask for bread and cheese - and it took 10 minutes to do both. Drinks took 10 minutes and then they forgot one of the drinks and told us the blender was broken so they couldn’t fulfill another order.
I do not recommend.
Great place for any occasion. Requested special dish not on the menu and they were very accommodating - everything was delicious. Service is great
Great food! Great atmosphere! Great service! All for a great price!
First time there and the atmosphere was relaxing, food was superb along with the service. It was an early meal, reservation at 430pm. Enjoyed our evening tremendously.
Wonderful service and delicious meals!
Very very little portions for $
I hade a side salad and a meatball it was an extremely small meatball and the smallest salad I have ever seen!
Enjoyed it on Father's Day for brunch. Will definitely go back.
Service and food was amazing! We will definitely be back!
Outdoor dining would have been lovely if a live band wasn’t playing closely ; however, the interior is so lovely with perfect lighting and quiet background music, and the food , delicious , not to omit the yummy bread.....we enjoyed ourselves very much !
We love Bravo and appreciate the discounts for being members. We take friends and family and go for dates and other special occasions. This visit was to celebrate Father's Day and it was my husband's first choice.
Evening started well. Got out drink orders in and was served in a resonable amount of time. Waiter (John) came back and took our dinner order brought out salads and then the wait started. We ordered dinner before 7 and at 750 still no food. We asked what was up because we had a show to get to and he started to give us a little attitude. During our wait he never came back to check on us, no drink refills or to see if we needed anything else or to give us any updates. Food was ok but we had to rush it down to get out of there. Always had good food and service there but tonight was just one of those days.
Great food and great wine!
Breakfast options on the brunch menu is very limited and there was no jam/jelly for those who ordered toast.
Our server, Jessie, was super knowledgeable about the menu. He was able to describe the menu in great detail. The ambiance was classy and quiet. I went for my birthday. The food and drinks were amazing!
Went there for my father's 85th birthday with a party of 11. Service was incredibly good, on point, without being intrusive. Never had to ask for a refill on drinks. They gave my dad a complimentary creme brulee and did not an automatic tip to the tab. Wonderful experience, great food and service
Bravo has been a staple in our area for quite some time. The food is okay; the service is okay; the noise level is okay. They do have round tables which are great for a large group because the conversation can be heard by all. It's close to the movies and takes reservations.
Excellent food and service, always a pleasure dining in Bravos.
We absolutely enjoyed ourselves start to finish. Our waitress was amazingly awesome and knew the menu well and was able to answer our questions. I made sure we left her a nice tip. The drinks were okay, they could've been stronger but the food was amazing and you guys have some outstanding cooks there as well.
My wife and I frequent Bravos on special occasions and have never been disappointed; however, the male servers occasionally leave a little to be desired. On our last visit the service was adequate but more business-like than personal. We enjoy more lighthearted and relaxed service. As indicated in this survey, we will return and recommend Bravos to our friends.
Very noisy, waitress seemed overloaded. Food was good except for the shrimp scampi. Sauce was mainly just lemon, not much butter and garlic.
Desserts were good
Mother’s Day and birthday celebration! Will our server was so sweet! Has a few issues with my food being cold but the manager was quick to fix the problems. Overall delicious food and great service as always!
Took my mother out for Mother’s Day and had a wonderful time. Food was excellent and service was excellent.
My sister and I took my husband to this place for his birthday. We chose this place based on yelp reviews, because the hubs likes Italian Food. Our previous goto for Italian went bad, after it was sold, so we needed a new option.
The place has a nice vibe about it, and we were seated immediately upon arrival for our reservation, which are recommended btw...
Our waiter was very friendly, and knowledgeable regarding the menu, offering several great suggestions to us as "first timers". He was attentive to our needs and checked in often. Can't ask for more than that!!
The food came out a bit early for us as we will still working on appetizers, and they happily offered to take it back to the kitchen to keep it warm. When we were ready, they returned it to us, and it was all moist and delicious.
The Fried Calamari was exceptional and offered with a creamy horseradish sauce, in addition to the traditional marinara. Fabulous and enough for three to share!! We also shared the Shrimp Bruschetta and I must tell you... They use a Boursin Cheese in this appetizer which brings an entire new dimension of flavor to this classic! Try it!!
The Lasagna Bolognese, Pasta Woozie, and Shrimp Scampi Pasta were all beautifully prepared, with very fresh ingredients. The flavors tell the story!
If you haven't experienced this restaurant yet and are into Italian Cuisine, make the time visit. You will thoroughly enjoy the evening!
This is one of my favorite places to enjoy a great meal. I have been after a day of shopping or for date night and I enjoy every time I go! Will be back soon!
Excellent as always!
It was a good experience, food was overall very good. Waiter was handsome and very attentive and polite going beyond normal service!
Pleasant atmosphere good food and service will go again
Always our favorite for Mother's Day and happy hour. Good food and always ready for us with our reservations. Our server, Clark, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and anxious to help and serve us.
My wife and I love Bravo. We typically don't eat at chains, but this place never disappoints. The food is always good and so is the service.
Our server was awesome! Was nice, took care of our needs, even found an appetizer I wanted that was not really on the menu!
The service was very good. The food was not the greatest. The French toast came out burnt and cold. There was not a big selection for breakfast on mothers day. It is a very pretty restaurant but for the price the portions were rather small.
Food was good (drinks, salad, bread) until the entree. Meat was overcooked, pasta under cooked.
The server was very nice and friendly. Our food was brought to us very quickly. Our drinks actually took longer to get than the food. My husband got the two pork chops and they were cold. It seemed like they weren't cooked long enough. We wanted to point it out to our server but she was not around for a good amount of time. We had it boxed up and said nothing. The table was cleared very quickly as well. We felt like we were being rushed out to seat others.
Great service. Our server "William" was very thorough and courteous. My wife had the Salmon dish, and I had the Salmon pasta. Both were perfect size portions and delicious. We also tried the appetizer "fried calamari" which was also very good, served with a tomato dip and a garlic/horse radish dip. We finished the meal with the "warm seasonal berry cake with ice cream" and coffee's. Overall, very good dinner.
The waitress was very slow and not very knowledgeable about the menu.
Food was very tasty - everyone in our group enjoyed their meal. Our service was on point and the restaurant is nicely decorated and spacious. I've been here for business lunches and family gatherings and this place is well suited for both.
