BRAVO Cucina Italiana - Toledo - Franklin Park
Service was mediocre at best. Food was ok. $30 for 2 glasses of wine!
Father’s Day celebration. Overheard music was too loud
They have new pasta entrees that are lower calorie and are amazing. Also prices seem reasonable.
As always, Bravo doesn’t disappoint. The food was very good and the service was exceptional. The salad plate was wonderfully chilled and my entree was nice and hot.
We had a nice dinner, The food came out as expected very nice. The waitress was pleasant we were also seated for our reservation on time. I love being able to use this app to book my reservations for this restaurant. Because of the opportunity with the app I tend to pick this restaurant more often than I might’ve thought of before
I had reservations for 6pm and arrived on time but, wasn't seated until seated until about 6:25pm. There were also at least 2 families that came in after me and were seated before mine. When the food came out my meal was cold although the rest of my family's meals warm and very good. The waitress we had was not very attentive and pretty rude the few times she did come to the table.
Excellent food and service. The only down fall was that cheese was included in the pasta sauce.
Kitchen was very slow
Was a very nice dinner & service was good .
Probably not. Have had better Italian food other places.
Went there for my Girlfriend's graduation celebration. Great time, service, and food.
We had reservations for 5:30. Arrived at 5:20 and told they needed to find a table. Half hour later, we were seated. Waitress was polite. We got our waters and salads quickly. Our food took 45 minutes. When it was brought out, it was luke warm and looked like it had sat for a long tome. Noodles were stuck together and dried up, salmon and asparagus were cold. We told the waitress, who bought the manager to our table. She apologized, and said she would have kitchen remake the dishes. Five minutes later, the food was back out, same food.... reheated. They added more sauce to the noodles and stirred them around. The sane salmon/asparagus back out— new tomatoes on it, but her salmon was still cold and asparagus— with bite out of it, also cold. Very, very disappointed. We have eaten here three times, every time has been with an issue- but nothing like this. We will not return.
We had reservations at 5, didn’t get seated until 530, and even then I had to ASK when we would be seated! Then, we waiting another 15 minutes in the booth before they took our drink order. Food didn’t even come until 630, very little sauce on my Alfredo, and waited another 25min for our check! I don’t know if I’ll ever go back! Terrible all the way through!
Lasagna was a bit gloppy. I prefer a more thicker lasagna. The chocolate cake and Icecream dessert was devine!
I went with my parents after church on Easter Sunday.
The restaurant was busy but the service and timing for our reservation was perfect. And everyone enjoy their meal very much.
Very nice and relaxing Easter Brunch experience for our family. The restaurant helped us with one more person at the table, when I had made a reservation for four people. While we were waiting for the table to be made ready, we were at the bar and had a drink. Everything was very nice and we appreciated having a place close to the hospital where we had been visiting a relative before the brunch.
Great service, food was excellent. Ambiance was ideal for Easter lunch
I had the salmon and it was very good but a bit small for the price.
Waitress was one the best we have ever had. Food was outstanding. Wonderful experience and would definitely recommend.
Reservations were for brunch on Easter Sunday as advertised on their website. They did not have brunch . Several other tables were complaining also. I ordered the lasagna and it tasted as if they threw a spoon of hamburger meat a large noodle and a scoop of hamburger into a bowl. it was pure slop!
Service was less than adequate and they were out of pesto and lemon and herb sauce.
Kind of expensive now
I am always pleased with my visit to Bravo. I’m not one to wander from one menu item to another, so I always order the same entree and am never unhappy with my choice. The service is always spot on and the environment is pleasant and quiet. Never an unhappy diner! Count me in as a fan!
Tables are a bit close but the staff was friendly and there were many good options to choose from.
I don't come in very often, but the food has always been very good, and the portion is always enough for two meals. It was difficult for the four of us to share one oil plate for the bread. I would suggest one plate for every two people at a table. Service was very good except for keeping drinks filled. When the manager came around to ask how everything was, he asked if there was anything he could get us, and we had to ask for our refills because the server hadn't been by in a while. The servers don't need to hover, but can check the table as they walk by to serve other tables.
Bravo is always consistently excellent. I love the atmosphere and the service is always great!
The husband and I usually do not frequent "chain restaurants," but Bravo is one exception for us. We love it
Always consistently quality food at reasonable prices - Happy Hour prices are a STEAL!
Very good food, quick service, attentive staff. We had very slow service on our two previous recent visits, which had not previously occurred. This time the service was moving right along at a great speed for a sit down dinner. A special request to prepare the meals with extra sauce was accepted with courtesy and served as requested. We will be back.
Great lunches, all three of us liked what we ordered? Stayed about an hour and 3/4
Food was ok, but apparently it was at the end of a BOGO deal so they were crowded and understaffed.
THey have changed the menu and there are no veal dishes on the menu, which is strange for an Italian restaurant... I would like veal parmagian and/or veal marsala on the menu.
The menu SEEMED to offer fewer choices than before,
My husband is gluten free and we appreciate the gluten-free options HOWEVER I wish there was a steak/bisteca choice with a side dish of gluten-free pasta
HOW ABOUT RISOTTO?
our waitress was not in a good mood and made faces at us when we wanted to order desert, but prior to that when I ordered my steak medium well she told me that was going to take a really long time and then we wanted fries instead of asparagus she didn’t write the order down and they forgot the fries. The food was dry cold I honestly think frozen tasting. Our waitress said she was in a bad mood but it wasn’t from us. However we were affected by it. I asked for 2 breads she brought 1 no oil I could go on. Getting refills or asking her for anything if we had a chance to see her was a task. The Chicken Parm I brought home and threw away it was awful. Very bad experience
We had reservations and upon our arrival we were promptly greeted and taken to our table. The whole experience from our awesome server to the exceptional food was truly delightful and very enjoyable. We will certainly be returning soon. Thank you Bravo!!!
The new low fat menu is horrific. They do not advertise it as such so when the food came, I was very disappointed. Don’t waste your money.
My family of four was happily satisfied by their food selection. The desserts were fabulous!
We always enjoy our meal at Bravo! The wait staff is friendly and the food is incredible!
The new menu is really good and we enjoyed everything we ordered. Our server was great and the only complaint we had was that we had just started our salads when our main course arrived - the timing was not good (and of course our server did not deliver the food). Other than that a great night out!
Amazing, great food
