BRAVO Cucina Italiana - Toledo - Franklin Park
It's bad form to be out of Chianti in an Italian restaurant. ( that was the only misstep. ) Otherwise a lovely evening.
It was a great place to have my 22nd birthday with my boss and coworkers. We had a great time. I dont remember who our server was but she was great. Everything came out in a timely manner and the food was incredible.
Good food. Waitress was constantly coming back for our order. We wanted to talk and enjoy our appetizer first
Went for buy one take one lasagna. Food was delicious as always. Our server, Madison, was very friendly and very attentive. Our drinks were kept filled and she checked back often enough but not too much. We also shared the house salad which was delicious. It’s nice to have a salad that tastes great and you don’t have to cut up because everything is chopped so you can eat it with a fork. Keep up the good work!
To start, our waiter was very personable & attentive. I ordered a chocolate martini, it was delicious. Two of us had the mushroom soup, which I have had in the past and believe it’s the best of any restaurant. My friends were very happy with their meals. I love the eggplant parmigiana. The portion size is good, in fact I just had my left overs for lunch.I always enjoy dining at Bravos. I only have one negative comment and that is I’m disappointed that the price of the salads has increased.
Did you know the rigatoni children’s serving is larger that the adult Bolognese serving ? Ridiculous looking if nothing else, seeing that huge serving in front of a size 6, five year old girl.
Chicken marsala with no marsala sauce? By the time they brought it the food was cold.
Yes we had appetizer and salad but we were there 45 min before any food hit the table.
The waitress seemed flustered that she had to wait on our table (in a separate room) on top of her other tables, what?
I personally only wanted the grass fed meatballs (yes! That part’s great). But they came on spaghetti which I didn’t realize. My bad.
Out of state visitor
Anthony our server was efficient and very friendly.
Always enjoy Bravo. Mostly at lunch time, but have been there several times for dinner. Food was excellent, waiter was very nice, however, the service was slow. Took over 15 minutes to get our bar drinks. I don't mind waiting for food, but the bar service needs to be efficient and timely.
The food we had was not very good .the chicken was tough and dry .and your salads were not good and for the price you charge i was disappointed. I would rather go to olive garden never a disappointment.
Great food and service. Not very busy...it was a Monday night.
So glad the chop salad has returned. I had the chicken meatballs with polenta. Fantastic.
Service was mediocre at best. Food was ok. $30 for 2 glasses of wine!
Father’s Day celebration. Overheard music was too loud
They have new pasta entrees that are lower calorie and are amazing. Also prices seem reasonable.
As always, Bravo doesn’t disappoint. The food was very good and the service was exceptional. The salad plate was wonderfully chilled and my entree was nice and hot.
We had a nice dinner, The food came out as expected very nice. The waitress was pleasant we were also seated for our reservation on time. I love being able to use this app to book my reservations for this restaurant. Because of the opportunity with the app I tend to pick this restaurant more often than I might’ve thought of before
I had reservations for 6pm and arrived on time but, wasn't seated until seated until about 6:25pm. There were also at least 2 families that came in after me and were seated before mine. When the food came out my meal was cold although the rest of my family's meals warm and very good. The waitress we had was not very attentive and pretty rude the few times she did come to the table.
Excellent food and service. The only down fall was that cheese was included in the pasta sauce.
Kitchen was very slow
Was a very nice dinner & service was good .
Probably not. Have had better Italian food other places.
Went there for my Girlfriend's graduation celebration. Great time, service, and food.
We had reservations for 5:30. Arrived at 5:20 and told they needed to find a table. Half hour later, we were seated. Waitress was polite. We got our waters and salads quickly. Our food took 45 minutes. When it was brought out, it was luke warm and looked like it had sat for a long tome. Noodles were stuck together and dried up, salmon and asparagus were cold. We told the waitress, who bought the manager to our table. She apologized, and said she would have kitchen remake the dishes. Five minutes later, the food was back out, same food.... reheated. They added more sauce to the noodles and stirred them around. The sane salmon/asparagus back out— new tomatoes on it, but her salmon was still cold and asparagus— with bite out of it, also cold. Very, very disappointed. We have eaten here three times, every time has been with an issue- but nothing like this. We will not return.
We had reservations at 5, didn’t get seated until 530, and even then I had to ASK when we would be seated! Then, we waiting another 15 minutes in the booth before they took our drink order. Food didn’t even come until 630, very little sauce on my Alfredo, and waited another 25min for our check! I don’t know if I’ll ever go back! Terrible all the way through!
Lasagna was a bit gloppy. I prefer a more thicker lasagna. The chocolate cake and Icecream dessert was devine!
I went with my parents after church on Easter Sunday.
The restaurant was busy but the service and timing for our reservation was perfect. And everyone enjoy their meal very much.
Very nice and relaxing Easter Brunch experience for our family. The restaurant helped us with one more person at the table, when I had made a reservation for four people. While we were waiting for the table to be made ready, we were at the bar and had a drink. Everything was very nice and we appreciated having a place close to the hospital where we had been visiting a relative before the brunch.
Great service, food was excellent. Ambiance was ideal for Easter lunch
I had the salmon and it was very good but a bit small for the price.
Waitress was one the best we have ever had. Food was outstanding. Wonderful experience and would definitely recommend.
Reservations were for brunch on Easter Sunday as advertised on their website. They did not have brunch . Several other tables were complaining also. I ordered the lasagna and it tasted as if they threw a spoon of hamburger meat a large noodle and a scoop of hamburger into a bowl. it was pure slop!
Service was less than adequate and they were out of pesto and lemon and herb sauce.
Kind of expensive now
I am always pleased with my visit to Bravo. I’m not one to wander from one menu item to another, so I always order the same entree and am never unhappy with my choice. The service is always spot on and the environment is pleasant and quiet. Never an unhappy diner! Count me in as a fan!
Tables are a bit close but the staff was friendly and there were many good options to choose from.
I don't come in very often, but the food has always been very good, and the portion is always enough for two meals. It was difficult for the four of us to share one oil plate for the bread. I would suggest one plate for every two people at a table. Service was very good except for keeping drinks filled. When the manager came around to ask how everything was, he asked if there was anything he could get us, and we had to ask for our refills because the server hadn't been by in a while. The servers don't need to hover, but can check the table as they walk by to serve other tables.
Bravo is always consistently excellent. I love the atmosphere and the service is always great!
The husband and I usually do not frequent "chain restaurants," but Bravo is one exception for us. We love it
Always consistently quality food at reasonable prices - Happy Hour prices are a STEAL!
