BRAVO Cucina Italiana - Pittsburgh - Galleria
We are located in the Galleria Mall, Pittsburgh's premiere upscale mall in the heart of the South Hills on Route 19, just 10 minutes from downtown. We are just minutes from Mt. Lebanon boroughs' entertainment & business district. Nearby entertainment includes Allegheny County South Park woodlands, the AMF Bowling Center, the Blade Runners Ice complex & the Flight Trampoline Park.
Service was very good and also the food was good would tell friends about it.
We appreciated the fact that this restaurant was able to accommodate our party of seven by putting us in a private room.
Took 7 of us on Mother's day. We were seated right on time. I was suprised at how efficient they were, as they were completely filled. Service was prompt, the food was excellent and most importantly they did not make us feel rushed. All in all, an excellent experience.
It was Mother’s Day and I was with my elderly mom and no one said Happy Mothers Day. We did wait little and one of the hostess was a bit short with us. The food was very good.
Very disappointed with the veal. It was beaten to a pulp (to soften it up? then over-breaded, finally with some indistinguishable cheese on top. The pasta was just OK, the wine was good. We'll be back but not for the veal!
Consistently good, we like the high top by the bar, the bartenders are terrific wait staff.
The food is good, the right portion size for the right price.
Chicken was tough and extremely difficult to cut... actually burned
Good food and great service. All in all a great value.
A group of us gathered here for a dinner outing. Although some of us tend to come in quite a bit we were less than thrilled with recent menu changes and sudden changes in certain familiar items.
The chopped house salad was not as good and the dressing has changed. Several other dishes were not as tasty as they had been previously. A couple of entree salads did not please the diners who ordered them.
Service was pleasant and fine.
The food was hot and delicious and the service great as always.
Dining at BRAVO Cucina Italiana -Pittsburgh - Galleria is always enjoyable. And if you enjoy authentic Italian dishes, the Chef has some awesome ones to try that were his Mothers !
We had a wonderful meal with family. Service was great.
Our server Chelsea was wonderful. Because of a cancellation we were seated in the private room which was wonderful. Food was great. Had a wonderful evening!
Love the fact that we can go on OpenTable and find a restaurant on short notice for our family to have a great dinner. We we're seated promptly and Megan, our server was fantastic! The food was great. Would recommend the restaurant without reservation.
The chopped salad was fresh. The salmon was done perfectly. Everything was great!
The Lobster Ravioli was wonderful.
We were a table of 10 women who wanted to'catch up' with each other.
We were seated in a separate room, so our laughter was not an issue for other diners.
Joyce, our server, was wonderful! She would check on us but was never pushy nor did she rush us.
Overall, it was a great experience.
Second time with this server........ little improvement. Put entire food order in at once.
Dinner arrived shortly after we started our salad.......again. If I finish my salad, I eat a cold meal. Decisions, decisions ......? At least she was not in as bad of a mood as last visit. Still no smile.
Felt like we were getting the bums rush! Server disappears often. Often looking for someone to fill my water glass. A shame as we like this restaurant. Poor service can really dissuade ones decision to return.
Three of us met another couple there, and that was our third time to do so. Found out that the lunch menu is not offered on the weekends any longer. Two of the five were in their low 80s, one was 92, not necessarily big eaters. The lunch / value menu was exactly the right solution, but no longer. With only the dinner menu available, the "value" is no longer there. Five people, three deserts, NO alcohol, three drinking just water, our bill was $147, which included tip. I don't consider $30 per person a nice lunch get together. Will look for other choices next time we make the 45 minute drive to the South Hills.
We had the spinach artichoke dip which was really good and salmon salad but the rest of the food order was just ok. Potatoes and steak extremely salty. But our waitress was wonderful and we had a nice lunch.
The service was fantastic. The amount of food was generous for the price.
Lovely waitress, patient and kind with my mother, food was delicious. We will return!
When I come in town I always love having dinner with family and friends. A nice atmosphere and great wait staff. The food always taste good and will definitely continue to come to Bravo.
This is not really a 'no' but a 'maybe'. The server always stood behind me, and she forgot our bread after I specifically asked for panini. I had to ask the person who brought our food for bread. She also did not ask us, prior to food being delivered, if we needed more drinks...we would have ordered more.
We were seated right away with a reservation. Felt a little rushed receiving our salad and dinner almost together. I think it was our waitress first night so I guess she was ok. Not real friendly. We eat here a couple times a year. Always different.
Food was good and the service was good - the only issue is that I felt rush as we ordered an appetizer and then dinner and the dinner was coming out before we were even finished with the appetizer. I understand the need to turn tables but also don't want to feel rushed with my meal. Overall value and service was good.
Nice feel in the room. Friendly, gracious. Good food. Sometimes the waiters are too much in a hurry.
Always a great neighborhood resturant to meet old friends and have a DELICIOUS meal! The service is excellent with a relaxed atmosphere. Try the salmon, you won't be disappointed!
Grated cheese should be left at table after entree has been stirred one needs more cheese
Everything was good except bread was over cooked and dry. Tasted old and reheated.
too many call-offs the day we were there....dinner time is busy....crazy noise level in the kitchen with flying pans banging....server was excellent food prices are ok but not much on the plate for the $$$$...food itself was very good.....if we didn't have a dinner coupon we would not have been there because we are retired and it's pricey for us without any $$ help...we will continue to patronize when we have $$ coupons still one of our favs
My sauce on my dinner was cold. The temperature was if it came straight from a cooler. I couldn’t get the waitress’s attention to send it back, So I ate a few bites. My salad was good though.
The food has become mediocre at best really disappointed in the quality.
Had to wait about 15 minutes with reservation but it was a buy one get one free entree night! Greeter was very nice! Taken to a table with great location! Server was fantastic! Linked made the meal exceptional! He was very knowledgeable about food prep! His suggestions were right on target! Even though Luke was very busy he checked on it’s a number of times after serving our meals. I would go back again and request Luke!
Generally have great service and food. Not so lucky with our server this time. Exception to our past positive experience.
Great service, good food, reasonably priced.
Was our favorite restaurant. I had chicken Milanese meat was dry and overcooked little burnt on the edges, pasta with it was good.
Husband had spagetti Bolognese, hated it but he should have read the description. It was brown and not a sauce at all he thought it was going to be a red sauce like he always gets at other restaurants.
Menu has changed a lot since the last time we were there not as much on it now.
We were celebrating a special occasion and were seated in a quiet area where we could chat and feel a separated from the main dining area which was perfect! The staff was friendly and the ambiance perfect.
